Close to jr station but won’t choose it next time. Stayed there for two nights as no choice of hotels due to the balloon event. the twin room is so small and hygiene was not that good, we saw a cockroach in the lobby, probably due to the restaurant next to it.

鳥栖駅からは東に1ｋｍ程度離れており、国道3号線手前。周囲には飲食店はほとんどなく、コンビニも1軒のみだが、駐車場があるので車があれば問題なし。施設はシティホテルで部屋やバスユニットは若干広めだが、紙コップ使用などアメニティやサービスはビシネスホテル程度。朝食はブュッフェスタイルで必要最小限。

Hotel is very new and modern. Room is spacious. I was able to open up two big luggage and still with space to walk about. With such spacious room, it is a pity there is no bathtub in the room. Oh the bed and pillows were very comfortable... probably it was still very new. Haha Provide some coffee and tea in the lobby but sadly no beauty amenities for the guests to self pick as opposed to other hotels all over Japan. Travellers do take note that as this is a very small town, alot of restaurants and eateries might not be open during the weekdays or when it is off peak domestic travel season. Plus... the Google map GPS location brought me to the wrong area of the hotel... it brought us to the mountains! so do beware for those who drive.... pls go to hotel official website and get the pin coordinates for Google map navigation.

先日家族で宿泊しました。 広い敷地と古い建物、モダンなアートやデザイナー家具がいい感じに調和していて雰囲気がありました。 館内の至る所で香を焚いていて、ほっとします。 暗くなってからはランタンアートの金魚たちが異世界のよう。 車椅子の家族がいるのでバリアフリーの部屋に変えてくださいました。 客室は他の方が書いていたように天井に滲みのあるお部屋でしたが、 脱衣入り口は引き戸で開口大きく、脱衣とバスタブの間が段差ないよう簀になっていてシャワーカーテンのみの仕切りでとても解除しやすかったです。 かと言っていかにも的なバリアフリーの手すりだらけでないのが私的には良かったです。 シャワーカーテンもカビていなく、他の方が書いていたような虫も、掃除が行き届いていないというのはありませんでした。エアコンは風量の強弱のみです。 スタッフの方がどの方もほんとに感じが良かったです。 灯りと色と香り、印象に残るホテルでした。 コロナ下、難しい状況だと思うけれど、頑張って残っていって欲しいと思います。

nice view from the window. The room was comfortable and take care us by friendly staff. The breakfast was great. you can choose Japanese breakfast and international buffet with the panoramic view of old moat and trees. Parking was nearby the hotel and free of charge.

We stayed in a Japanese style room with private onsen. It was a truly wonderful experience, the futons and bedding were incredibly comfortable. The private onsen in our bathroom was filled with the alkaline mineral water that the region is known for. Beautifully soft and fabulously hot water! Both the Japanese dinner and breakfast were delightful and delicious. The staff were wonderfully helpful, and although our spoken, Japanese is minimal, we were able to be understood.

One of the few tall buildings in the town, equipped with rooftop indoor and outdoor onsen. Walkable distance to places around town. The hotel is renovating, but no disturbances from that, and I’m certain that after it finished, it will be great. Good facilities and hospitality. If I’m go back to the town, I would stay here again.

ひとことで言うと素晴らしい旅館。 朝食のみをつけて、お庭に面した離れ和室に連泊しました。 お部屋は庭に面した8-10畳ほどの和室で、入り口から3畳ほどの踏込み、小ぶりの温泉給湯檜風呂とトイレ、窓側に中座椅子ソファセットが置いてあります。 備品や建具は年季が入っており一部不具合がありますが、清潔で良いお部屋。 （不具合2点、テレビが接触悪いのとトイレの流れが悪い） 温泉は大浴場が二つ、 一つは日帰り入浴も可能な大きいお風呂、植栽があり天井が高く一部ガラス張りで明るい。 もう一つは小ぶりで新しく、宿泊者専用ですが、やや塩素が気になる。 全てのお部屋が温泉給湯と言うことで、どちらも混んでる事は無く入りやすい。お湯は透明で少ししょっぱくお肌ツルツルになる美人の湯タイプ、優しく温まるとても良いお湯でした。 大浴場はどうしても塩素を少し感じるので、泉質としてはお部屋のお湯がベストですが、大きい浴場はやっぱり気持ちよく、お風呂に入ったという満足感があっておすすめです。 食事は朝食のみでしたが、ほぼ完璧な日本の和朝食で毎日美味しく満足でした。 ご飯に味噌汁，名物の温泉豆腐や焼き魚，煮物，*料理などキチンと作られたお料理を朝からいただけて、毎朝幸せでした。また毎日内容も変えて頂いた配慮にも感謝。 唯一白飯がパサつきがちなのだけがちょっと残念でした。 とても感心したのが、毎日お茶菓子やお花，お茶碗まで異なった種類のモノに変えて頂いた配慮には驚きました。お茶菓子はどれも美味しいモノで、きっとキチンと試食をして選ばれているんだなぁと更に感心。 チェックインからチェックアウトまで終始スタッフ皆様感じ良く，諸々素早くお手配，ご配慮いただき感謝しております。 またぜひ伺いたいと思います。 ありがとうございました。

這家就在飯店前面，走大概50步就到了，去Outlet的巴士就在飯店旁邊，車站內還有便利商店、便當店、烏龍麵店及麵包店，相當方便。都附早餐，吃到飽，日西式都有，不錯吃。就是設施跟市區的比較舊，應該說較老式，如浴室水龍頭及shower頭。門口有不少停車位置，自駕方便。

お部屋 角部屋だったので、川と海とお城すべてが見える とてもきれいな部屋でした。 通常のツインよりも少し広めだと思います。 大浴場 部屋のユニットバスは利用せず、大浴場に行きました。 シャンプーバーがあり、お風呂も広めですいていて、 洗面コーナーでのドライヤーもゆっくりとできました。 以前はスリッパに名前シールを貼って、他人のものと取り違えないような仕組みになっていましたが、 なくなっていましたので、引き続きしていただけるとありがたいです。 ウェルカムラウンジ 新しく始まったサービスで、フリードリンクとお菓子（グミやマシュマロなど）がありました。 コーヒー、紅茶、ソフトドリンクだけでなく、 ビールとスパークリングワインまであって驚きました。 開放感のある会場で、のんびり過ごすことができました。 駐車場は無料、近くにコンビニもあって便利です。 また利用させていただきます。

Location is really good. Walkable to several places like the public bath, free foot bath, Lawsons etc. Room is big for 3 pax. The size is good. The room is pretty dated though and some parts are not cleaned and old and the worst thing is there's a smell in the room even though we stayed there 3 nights. We had to air the room each time we came back and luckily I had a room mist which I had to use quite often. The Onsen is good. Love the facilities and products given for guests to use.

Drove there. Our room is located first floor with private onsen bath in the room. No shoes are allowed when you first step into the Ryokan. Slippers are provided. Staff are friendly and nice, the room is clean and spacious. Food was typical Japanese breakfast. The private in-house onsen bath was awesome but sadly on the second day, the onsen bath tub started to leak hot spring water from all sides of the bath tub and from the wall and there is no way to stop the water gushing out! As a kind gesture, the manager gave us some private time on the private onsen (require booking)

お部屋は景色は良くありませんが、とてもシンプルで清潔感があります。 部屋風呂にも温泉が引き込まれてるのが良いです。 お食事はテーブルがパーティションで仕切られているお食事処で頂きました。 夜朝共、とても美味しく、 一品一品手を掛けて作っているのがわかりました。オリジナリティーのあるお料理で こちらのホテルに泊まって良かったと思いました。 スタッフの方はとても感じが良く、私達が散歩に出かけようとした際には追い掛けて地図を届けてくださり感激しました。 また、お食事時にお箸を床に落としてしまったのですが、近くのテーブルのお客さんとお話しをされていたスタッフの方が こちらから声を掛ける前にお箸を持って来てくださいました。音で気付かれたのでしょう。 お風呂には何種類ものシャンプー、トリートメント類があり アメニティーも十分でした。

Made a booking for the Aoi room. Was blown away by excellent staff service and everything about this ryokan. The dinner and breakfast were delicious. They have both public and private baths. The only unfortunate thing was Japan was hit by a snow storm the day before. As a result, the pipe of our hot spring bath froze and we couldnt have a private bath in the room. But the staff gave us extra booking of open private bath (limited to 1 time usage per room) as compensation.

預訂的雙床房是西式的，國內老牌三星酒店差不多，頂樓的温泉很舒服，定了早餐 晚餐，木有佐賀**較失望，不吃豬肉換了魚肉還是蠻注重客人意願的，附近有蠻多温泉酒店的，個人喜好，我不是很喜歡這個類型的，櫻花一朵都沒有開……另外就是酒店接韓國團，感覺蠻多評論九州都是遇到棒子團的不快。

The hotel is right in front of a lush forest & river. The combination is simply therapeutic to the soul. The vast expanse of nature is welcoming. Service was wonderful everything in the hotel. The rooms were clean & spacious. The tatamis was set up for sleep while we were having dinner & kept in the morning during breakfast. The onsen was definitely a fun place to go to with family members or friends. I had a very wonderful experience at the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at Garden Terrace Saga, with its modern rooms and superb service. We arrived after a long day of travels around Saga prefecture. Please note that there is an entrance via Shinei Dori Street, Dive through the red building tunnel, across a short bridge and make a left turn, the hotel is on your right. After a quick check-in process, we were escorted to our room on the 6th floor. Our agent had booked us the honeymoon suite and it was absolutely lovely. After a brief introduction, she left us to our own devices. Upon entry, two large double beds occupied the double ceiling area. This room was at the apex of the Isosceles-triangle-shaped hotel. Beds had clean and smooth sheets and was super comfortable. Bedside charging points are in built into the side table area. A large flat screen TV is mounted on the wall in front of the bed. Mostly local TV channels though! Walking beyond the beds is the make-up table with comfy chair and large mirror. The closest is behind this and you can find slippers, bath robes and the room safe here. There is an exit door behind the floor to ceiling mirrors here too, with staircase leading down. I believe the housekeeping uses this to get into the room. Beware that the door was not locked when we found it. Some added security here for guests would be ideal. Moving back to the main door, and to the right is a small toilet area, separate from the shower/bathroom area. The standard Japanese toilet and small sink is housed here. if you walk to the left as you approach the main door, there is a large sitting area with comfy sofa, and another TV. There is also a 6 seater dining table. The hotel was really good to us and gave us a box of cakes that was left in the man-height fridge. The hotel also notified the Teppanyaki restaurant that I had a bottle bubbly from a previous stay in the fridge. Thus restaurant flipped the beverage menu to the champagne page we were given the menus. We liked this sharing of information! There is tea and coffee making facilities here too. Wifi is standard throughout the hotel and it was pretty fast and strong.. The bathroom is right behind the living room TV. Double sinks and loads to amenities. There was also a bottle of bathing sake for guest use. A rain shower and bath tub is connected to the bathroom. One can also exit the bathroom and into the enclosed balcony area [or go out via the living room]. where there is a large seating area is ready to welcome guests, as well as a jacuzzi. I went down to the gym on the two mornings we overnighted here. The gym is small and narrow with very select machines. One multi function weight machine, two light dumbbells station and one treadmill and bicycle/elliptical [?] machine. There is a small swimming pool and a Sauna cabin next to it. Towels and water are readily available. Our room came with breakfast and they arranged for us to take it in the Eecutive lounge. The breakfast can either be Japanese or Western. We went with we

짐 맡기는데 불편함이 있어 만약 체크인이나 체크아웃 후 짐을 맡길 곳이 필요하다면 다른 곳을 추천(역 안 캐리어 보관 20인치 500, 그 이상 700엔) 또, 2층이긴 하지만 계단이 가파로워서 무거운캐리어또한 비추 그 외엔 너무 만족합니다! 특히 당일 비가 와서 신발이 푹 젖었는데 신발 건조기가 있어 뽀송뽀송한 상태로 다닐 수 있었습니다. +혼성룸은 커텐으로만 분리되어있어서 여성은 전용룸 권장

我們一行人住3間房2晚，訂了一間新裝修和洋式，一間和室及一間洋室，原本以為分佈在兩個不同館，入住先知道在同一樓層鄰近房間很高興，原來分配給我的洋室是傷殘人士房，這間房及和室房內佈置非常古舊，尤其廁所洗手盆及浴室，洋室燈光昏暗陰沉，幸好榻榻米好像是全新換的非常潔淨，和室浴室直通出客廳都用氣窗，所以外面寒冷空氣不停流入，感覺比其他方房寒冷. 另外公共設施與外面走廊晚上很多燈關了，室外走廊有少量燈光，但一走到宴會室附近走廊完全漆黑，感覺陰森殘舊加恐怖. 大浴場沒有冷水風呂較為失色，從未試過女湯內備品竟然比男湯小，內湯很大樓底很高不會焗及悶熱，有我最愛的馬油沐浴組，內湯出露天風呂位置沒有燈，露天風呂有兩支閃爍沒有光的燈，只靠內湯透出來燈光，感覺一樣陰沉恐怖不能放鬆泡湯，浴場開至早上10:30但我9:45到門口看見已放水，殘念不能最後一泡. 我們有包含早餐，早餐時間較早最遲8:30要入坐，種類以蔬菜 為主，肉食性朋友不喜歡. 還有一個殘破的洗衫房及兒童遊戲室，原本打算洗衫，但烘乾機壞了. 總括而我食咗啦，滯滯言，這是一間平價溫泉酒店，以這個價錢來說是可以的，但需可以改進燈光問題，整體古舊但非常潔淨，亦感覺很好睡，沒有被其他影響. 位置方面到市區購物是非常方便，開車5分鐘有Aeon mall, 位置在公路出口旁邊. 值得一住

最初から少し気になる点はありましたが、せっかくの楽しい旅行だからと気にせず過ごしていました。ですが、最後の朝食に唖然！！子連れの方には絶対おすすめ出来ません！！ 予約の時点で４歳の子供と伝えると「子供用のプレートのお食事にしましょう」と旅館のアドバイスで、それにお願いしていました。 旅館に着いてお茶とりんごのコンポートは大人分のみ。 お部屋は程良く、お風呂のお湯はとても良かったです。 夕食は仲居さんから何度も「子供さんはプレートですね」と確認され、出てきたのはファミレスのお子様ランチの様なプレート。濃い味の揚げ物、ハンバーグ、オムライス、プッチンプリンに野菜はひとつまみ程度。 オレンジジュース１杯。 それでも子供は自分用の夕食に喜んでいましたし、大人のおかずも分けたので、まぁこんなものかなと思っていました。 お布団は頼んでいたのに子供の分はなく、大人２人用をくっつけて大人２人に子供一人で寝る感じであれ⁈とは思ったものの、そのまま寝ました。 翌朝、旅館の最後の楽しみの朝食。 大人のおかずはテーブルに並んでおり、子供には取り皿が置いてありました。席につくと大人用のあつあつご飯とお味噌汁が運ばれてきて、子供も自分の分は何かなと楽しみに待っていました。 すると子供の前に「お待たせしました。どうぞ！」と運ばれて来たのはお茶碗１杯のあつあつご飯とふりかけのみ… ？ ？ 後から来るのかなと少し待っていましたが、何も来ず。 結局、４歳の子供の朝食はご飯と市販のアンパンマンふりかけとコップ１杯の水のみ。 朝食何かなと楽しみにしていた子供はがっかり…大人のおかずを分けて食べました。 家の朝食の方がまだ遥かにマシです。 こんな酷い扱いは初めてで、色々理解するのに時間がかかりました。 他の旅館では同じ料金で子供の夕食も朝食も沢山出てきて、お布団もしっかり一人分ありました。 料金を支払って、サービスのわりに高過ぎると感じたのはここだけです。 二度と行きません！！

清掃が行き届いており、水回りは綺麗で、水垢もなく、ホコリもなく、気持ちよく宿泊できました。周辺も静かで、ゆっくり出来ました。鳥栖アウトレットのそばで立地もいいです。子ども達はロフトベッドに大はしゃぎでした。シャンプー、リンスも最高！髪の毛サラサラになりました！カードキーでオートロックだし、言うことなし！最高でした！吉野ケ里方面も、筑紫野、久留米、太宰府も近く、観光出来ました！満足です。ありがとうございました。
