Short getaway to Geelong and we found this gems😍 Cosy enough for a couple👍🏽 Breakfast was simple and not too bad. Staffs are all very friendly and helpful👍🏽 Location is quiet and convenience to go anywhere👍🏽

Location is great, easy to find and plenty of parking space. The rooms were newly renovated. I didn't mark the service a perfect score, as we have some booking confusion. I purchased set dinner and a bottle of champagne that was not acknowledged until we reminded the restaurant and was quicky sorted and we had a very good dinner, but upon check-out there was billing issues, it's also sorted by the supervisor, but could have been avoided. The pool was closed, and the gym is too small. Overall it’s a great place to be, relaxing atmosphere and friendly people

The room size is acceptable for solo or 2 travellers. No toothpaste/toothbrush/slippers.. Staffs was friendly especially concierge. Paid $38 for their breakfast which I totally regret cause theres not much varieities. Would rather eat out which is cheaper n nicer. Room is clean. lots of eateries, malls, Asian shops and Korean beauty products store. Distance to Emporium is less than 5 mins walk. Through out my stay, I spent walking instead of taking their transport due to crowd. Few cafes outside of the hotel for breakfast or coffees. Overall I had a pleasant stay. Would definitely stay here again if Im in Melbourne. Maybe during off peak season.

The resort is perfectly located right in the centre of town, with supermarkets, cafés, and the beach all within walking distance. There’s also a café just opposite the apartment that serves excellent coffee and food, which was a real highlight. Parking is free, which is very convenient. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable; however, the only downside was that there was only one bathroom, which was not very convenient. Overall, it’s a great place to stay due to its excellent location.

Perfect location to stayover after long drive from Sorento to Queenscliff to Apolo Bay. Recommend to have a good rest and continue the other half journey of Great Ocean Road the next day. Onsite parking available. Nice Apolo Bay seaview when having my breakfast😁😁

I have 2 issues one is the check in and check out time 10 am check out is too early if check in is after 2pm . I wanted to purchase breakfast add on but was told not possible at food checkout even though they had terminal, had to go to reception to do , however reception said they could do at breakfast bar which I just came from !  Second at reception I informed them that my room would not be vacant rd until breakfast was consumed at 10.30 , no problems but upon returning to room it had been serviced at some of my belongings removed!! Location is not far from apollo beach. Facilities are standard but the window in restroom couldn’t close properly so cold from outsite comes into restroom

Stayed for 1 night in Autum. It was a little pricey for my budget. The location was good, it was across the road from the beach but would need a car or bike to the main shopping area & restaurants on the esplanade. The 2-bedroom apartment was nice & spacious with a full kitchen, fridge, microwave & laundry facilities. Ensuite & main bathroom. Our room had a large balcony however our view was not great but didnt spoil the stay. The only issues where the couches are old & not very comfy. The resort facilities were nice with a large outdoor pool that was warm for a non-heated pool, outdoor large spa that was always busy. Spent most of the time in the heated indoor lap pool. There was a games room, tennis court, gym & bbq area. The staff were also obliging in letting us use the facilities before check in was ready. The only issue was Winkipops breakfast cafe, service was not professional, the food was average with lack of presentation, they ran out of some of the ingredients of the meal order & instead of consulting me they just added other ingredients that was not wanted & the price did not reflect the meal or service thus I would not recommend eating there. Overall, highly recommend the resort.

Room size is a bit small & the room allocated to us is having problem with hot water shower. However, the hotel is kind enough to provide another room for us to shower.

Very nice accommodation, bed was so comfortable, jacuzzi bath was a lovely treat . Very nicely furnished & great facilities if you weren’t travelling around like we were. 5 stars
