Hotel Dengan spa di Veneto, Italy

An amazing hotel!  Arrived in Venice by train from Trieste (after disembarking from a cruise ship).  Getting to the hotel and around Venice was easy using the vaporetto (bought the 48 hour passes at the pier kiosk located outside the train station).  The hotel, room, bathroom, and view were beautiful!  The hotel staff including the receptionist and concierge were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful!  They provided an amazing and unexpected surprise on our 2nd day there…recognizing my wife’s birthday.  We returned to the room and they had placed balloons on the bed and had a bottle of champagne and other fine treats waiting for her!  This hotel and staff go above and beyond the 5 star expectations!

I was very satisfied with my stay this time! The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and handled both check-in and check-out efficiently. I even left my card wallet at the front desk and forgot about it, but they kindly kept it safe and returned it to me when I checked out the next day. Any requests I had were promptly addressed. The hotel's location is also very convenient, making travel a breeze. The breakfast selection was rich and tasted good. Overall, it's great value for money, and I would definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in the area, and I'd recommend it to my friends too.

The hotel is beautiful and the environment is lovely. There's a large swimming pool on the first floor with plenty of lounge chairs, perfect for relaxing and sunbathing. The hotel's dining is also excellent; I had dinner here twice and both meals were delicious.

We love the hotel room, it’s so spacious, clean and beautiful 😍 However, the location is not the best, it’s 18 minutes walk from the train station and still have to take another train ( 2 stops) to Venice. Initially we thought the hotel will provide free shuttle service, but we were only told that our package is not included with the shuttle service and need to pay 20 euro per person for one way in order to use the shuttle service. This is a very small villa and I think they are short of staff to work? There’s only one receptionist when we first arrived, and when he directed us to the wrong room, he tapped the door and someone was inside??? He later then told us it’s a wrong room. When we came back at night, there are no receptionist at the counter ( we waited for 5-10 mins and rang the counter bell). We were so surprised that the cleaner that cleaned our room did not top up water for us, and didn’t even replace new glasses/ wash our glasses? The used glasses were remained on the same spots. Overall I think we mainly enjoyed the room, but mainly not there for service or if you need to travel out to Venice.

Good location close to Lake Garda. Big hotel. Sober design. Big comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Good value for money.

This new hotel is awesome! The heated indoor pool n jacuzzi are properly heated n the best of all the hotels we stayed at in Dolomites. It was raining the day we were there n we spent all day in the wellness area with the many facilties including a superb relaxation room. Service is excellent. Their bath robes are the plushiest! They provide complimentary shuttle bus to Cortina D'ampesso town which is very useful.

I had a fantastic stay this time. The hotel environment was clean and comfortable, the lobby design was elegant, and the room was spacious and bright with a soft, comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and professional, and check-in and check-out were both very quick. The breakfast selection was rich and tasty, and the location was convenient, close to public transport and commercial areas. Overall, it offers great value for money and I would highly recommend it to both business and leisure travelers. I would definitely stay here again given the chance.

This hotel is situated 10 mins up on the hill from the town of Cortina on a scenic route to many attractions. It is an ideal location to stay away from the town centre with view of the mountains. The service of this hotel is excellent and the restaurant serve a good breakfast buffet with a good lunch and dinner menu. I would recommend anyone on a Dolomites road trip to stay at this hotel

The hotel is directly on the RIALTO Bridge and St. Mark's Square, with easy access to major attractions. The hotel has a water gate, and the WATER TAXI and Gondola are easily accessible. The breakfast was very good and the restaurant in the hotel was very good. The decor of the hotel rooms and public areas are very beautiful. There is a small gym.

Beautiful hotel on a beautiful island. Room was big and clean with little view of the lagoon. Staff in the reception was helpful and we got a complimentary ride to visit the glass factory on Maurano Island. Really enjoyed our dinner by the seaside restaurant with the beautiful sunset. Highly recommend this hotel to those who visit Venice.
