another great stay at this hotel everything very good this time a big groups also booked this hotel, hence needed to wait for sometime said elevators, breakfast would definite book the same hotel when retutn to verona later 😊

I usually don't leave reviews, but for this place, I have to speak up. 1. The first room they gave me looked exactly like the pictures, but the radiator wasn't working. After a long discussion, they moved me to another room, which was about a third smaller than what I originally booked. 2. The paint smell in the room was overpoweringly strong. 3. The bathroom in the second room had a huge pillar right in it – quite something. Seriously, try to avoid this hotel if you can.

The staff at the hotel are so friendly and professional! We loved the the guy at check in, so friendly and helpful! We enjoyed the spa. The breakfast is decent I would say, basic things, cakes and pastry are so delicious, the juices are soso.

The room I booked can actually accommodate four people. His double room on the 5th floor is a duplex building, with two small beds in the downstairs hall, and the hotel includes breakfast. Even if breakfast is not included when placing the order, the hotel will Give breakfast, I don’t know why?

Ottima posizione, a un passo dall’Arena di Verona. Camera spaziosa e ben disposta, ha tutti i confort necessari per un piacevole soggiorno. Facilmente raggiungibile. Il personale è stato molto disponibile e cordiale. Unico neo: bisogna uscire dall’edificio e recarsi in quello con la reception per fare colazione.

This magnificent establishment is on the island of Murano but accessible at any time and in a short time by Vaporetto from the hustle and bustle of the main island of Venice. Several lines serve the stations of Murano including ”Navaggero” a few steps from the hotel. The establishment is very spacious with an atmosphere evoking a loft with Venetian elements and in particular many magnificent pieces of Murano glassware. The exteriors are just as pleasant.
