Had a very warm welcome. The hotel is a little dated, but was clean. Super friendly and helpful staff and a very large continental breakfast. There were cute tiny olive oil bottles, which was very appreciated. The coffee is a self-serve machine and there was canteen serve for all manner of hot foods, lots of bakery variety. I really enjoyed my one night stay after missing a flight at Verona airport. The staff helped me plan a really fun day until my flight the next day, they stored my luggage, while I went to see the sights. The most beautiful square in the world, dantes statue, Romeo and Juliets balcony, the castle, the river, the amphitheatre and I was lucky to find a wonderful festive market. A wonderful night and day in Verona. I went to the gusti gardens which absolutely wonderful highlight of my day.

Staff were excellent, so friendly and could speak English. Hotel room was a little small but perfectly useable and clean. Nice relaxing garden / outdoor section to relax in. We used the Verona hire bikes right outside to / from city centre. Bus to / from train station also on doorstep. Easy and cheap!

Unica pecca personalmente é che non c’è il ferro da stiro in camera e la reception mi ha addebitato 5€ per stirare una camicia 😂

Un séjour tout simplement exceptionnel ! Dès l’arrivée, l’accueil a été digne d’un hôtel 5 étoiles : le personnel est incroyablement gentil, attentionné et toujours prêt à rendre service. La nourriture est excellente, aussi bien le dîner que le petit déjeuner, varié, frais et très bien présenté.Un grand merci à toute l’équipe, et plus particulièrement à un membre du personnel qui m’a même aidé à recharger ma voiture électrique il l’a fait sur son propre compte quand la borne ne fonctionnait pas avec le mien ! Ce genre de geste, on ne l’oublie pas.
L’hôtel est calme, élégant, avec une ambiance raffinée et une vue magnifique sur Sirmione. Bref, un vrai bijou au bord du lac, où l’on se sent accueilli comme chez soi. ❤️

GGuest UserI can confidently say this is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Having traveled to many hotels around the world, the Hilton Molino Stucky Venice truly stands out as the finest.
We visited for our honeymoon, and the warm hospitality we received from the front desk and the restaurant staff was incredible—they made us feel so celebrated. The breakfast buffet offered a fantastic variety and everything was delicious.
The facilities were spotlessly clean, and every staff member was exceptionally kind and professional. Additionally, the accessibility to the city center was excellent, making our stay very convenient. Thank you so much for providing us with such wonderful, lifelong memories. Thank you!

SSuzyyyWe love the hotel room, it’s so spacious, clean and beautiful 😍 However, the location is not the best, it’s 18 minutes walk from the train station and still have to take another train ( 2 stops) to Venice. Initially we thought the hotel will provide free shuttle service, but we were only told that our package is not included with the shuttle service and need to pay 20 euro per person for one way in order to use the shuttle service.
This is a very small villa and I think they are short of staff to work? There’s only one receptionist when we first arrived, and when he directed us to the wrong room, he tapped the door and someone was inside??? He later then told us it’s a wrong room. When we came back at night, there are no receptionist at the counter ( we waited for 5-10 mins and rang the counter bell).
We were so surprised that the cleaner that cleaned our room did not top up water for us, and didn’t even replace new glasses/ wash our glasses? The used glasses were remained on the same spots.
Overall I think we mainly enjoyed the room, but mainly not there for service or if you need to travel out to Venice.

GGuest UserStaying alone outside the accident, a very good experience. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was good and the variety was full. There are restaurants and shops on foot. The hotel has a shuttle bus to the airport, 8 euros, 15 minutes.

DDavid_GreWe spent 2 nights in this hotel. When you arrive you are getting such a warmly welcome. The room was really nice - especially that Venice oriental style. Just the bath, as some already mentioned, does not fit to the room. It is clean and is equipped with everything what you need/expect. Just different from the style. And one more little highlight are the big air con devices in front of the window which a super loud. The rest was really perfect. Breakfast buffet included everything what you need. Just only the powder coffee you can get for the price - rest you need to order separately which is different to other 5 stars Hotel where I have been before. At least one „good“ coffee should be included in the high price.
Overall really a nice stay with a SUPER friendly helpful staff. And the location is really perfect as you are close to the top sightseeing locations.

GGuest UserLocation is ok, around 10-15 mins bus ride from Mestre Station and there is a direct bus to the main island of Venice. You can buy bus ticket at the hotel reception. There is a big supermarket (CONAD) opposite to the hotel and a few restaurants nearby. Room is a bit small tho, can’t open two big luggages at the same time. Breakfast selection is ok, just usual breakfast choice but the staff is so nice.

RRUOPENGThe hotel is directly on the RIALTO Bridge and St. Mark's Square, with easy access to major attractions. The hotel has a water gate, and the WATER TAXI and Gondola are easily accessible. The breakfast was very good and the restaurant in the hotel was very good. The decor of the hotel rooms and public areas are very beautiful. There is a small gym.

TTrav3ll3rA fantastic place to be on the island of Murano. A 5 minute walk from the waterbus station of Murano Navagero and near to all what Murano has to offer. The room was modern and comfortable, the breakfast varied and the hotel a hidden gem. The staff are accommodating and nothing is beyond their reach. Yes, you are not on the main island, but you are only a 20 minute ride away as you experience life on the water. If you have a few days in Venice, I would highly recommend this hotel as you stay in comfort and affordability away from the expensive traps of the main island.

MMaryMV86We have stayed in this hotel only for the weekend but we had an amazing experience with the hotel staff in breakfast and dinner. So nice to all the customers and always with a smile on their faces. I would be choosing this hotel again next on my visit to Venice. As we don’t like the crowded places the location is great, rooms are clean and nice nothing old or not cleaned. 10 minutes from Venice by bus 5. Bus stop outside the hotel literally. Same bus can take you from airport to hotel and back. Buy 72 hours tkt in the hotel and you can use it for murano burano and for buses with train. Price is 45€. In general ana amazing price experience good food in the hotel. 100% suggest it.
