The hotel itself was fantastic—clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly and professional. I really enjoyed my stay inside the property.
However, the surrounding area was quite noisy on the weekend nights. There were many drunk people around, shouting and making a lot of noise, which affected the overall experience, especially when trying to rest.
If you’re planning to stay here, I’d recommend requesting a quieter room or being prepared for some weekend nightlife noise.

The beach environment is still beautiful, perfect for watching the sunset and also great for kids to play. We happened to be there during Chinese New Year, so there were many activities like lion dances and delicious food. There are lots of restaurants nearby and plenty of spots perfect for photos, including a romantic Ferris wheel. However, we paid an extra AUD 40 a night to upgrade to a sea view room, and the air conditioning in the room was terrible. Despite repeated complaints about the AC not working, they wouldn't move us to another room. After one night, it was so hot that we had to ask for a fan. In the end, the front desk offered some compensation before we checked out. They definitely need to improve the customer experience!

AKwokThe hotel's design is very colorful and youthful, a refreshing change from the usual dull hotel aesthetics. It felt very new and unique. You can request various services and amenities, like different pillows, through the app and they arrive in about 10 minutes, which is quite efficient. We booked a twin room, and both beds were double beds, very comfortable. It's incredibly close to the must-visit Central Market, just across the road, making dining super convenient – no need to even book breakfast at the hotel. The air conditioning was excellent, so the summer heat wasn't an issue at all. Highly recommend!

VentraseeThe best thing thing about this hotel is that it is located in the heart town. It is a walking distance from the Rundle Mall and Adelaide Convention Centre. It also has great spa and decent size pool; breakfast buffet and bar with happy hour daily. I highly recommend this place!.

Stayed here over Christmas.
Room had a kitchen - dishwasher, oven + microwave + washer dryer + balcony over looking convention centre.
Lovely stay, comfy bed, quiet'ish - the toilet sounds like a water pump everytime it fills up. Bathroom/shower is a little dated but functional.
Parking is 30$ per day (reasonably priced - unlimited entry during the stay)
Overall a great stay!! Will definitely comeback!!!

TravelReview92The room is generally clean and very spacious. It has many plugs around and a desk to work. However, there’s no bottled water, dental set, body lotion, etc.
Toilet looks old and there was 1 incident that water started to come out from the drain when I drained the bathtub. Told the staff, they were quick to come and clean up for me and send a plumber to check the next day. Water pressure and temperature was not consistent which means that it will suddenly turn cold/hot while showering.
Staff were overall friendly and professional.
Breakfast was the normal continental breakfast. There were many parking lots in the hotel premises.

Cherry.CherryBooked this hotel for our team during a business trip and had a great experience. The customer service was excellent. I was running late for check-in, and the 24/7 support team answered my call immediately and assisted me professionally. Free parking was a big advantage, making it very convenient for business travelers. Overall, a comfortable and reliable stay.

at the center of North Terrace, the location of the hotel is very convenient. It takes 15m from airport by vehicle and only 5m to tram and trail station on foot. equipments in the room are fully prepared and easy to use. the only cons is thin wall of washroom, which causes a little noise when someone is using the toilet.

Guest UserGreat view, decent service and location however I was put in the room next to the lifts and was kept awake/woken up for a large portion of the night until late, and early in the mornings on both nights of my stay. Complained at reception however they weren’t much help nor did they offer a discount on my stay. Very disappointed - otherwise great just make sure they don’t put you next to the noisy elevators!

We extended our stay for another day and were very satisfied with the hotel's excellent service. From the front desk to the housekeeping staff, everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. As seniors, we truly appreciate all the young men and women who assisted us. A big thank you to everyone, and we will definitely stay at Pullman Hotel again next time.
