Pros: The front desk staff had a great attitude, and the hotel is very close to the airport. It's much quieter than being right at the airport, and the paid shuttle service to and from the airport was very convenient. They even allowed us to check in early.
Cons: Our room was on the third floor and only had a small, round window. **Fellow travelers, please pay special attention:** Someone tried to open our door at night (we had taken precautions beforehand). At different times, we only heard the doorknob turn once each time. At first, I thought I was mistaken or hearing things, but after the third time, which was after midnight, I called the front desk to report the issue and asked them to increase security.
When I checked out, I asked about it again. The front desk said they had gone upstairs to check after my call but found no one. They suggested it might have been someone from the next room who made a mistake.
The driver, however, had a bad attitude. When he dropped us off at the airport in the morning and we were getting our luggage out, he was very gruff š. It really ruined the start of our day.

The staff is generally very friendly and engaging, and housekeeping does an excellent job. The rooms are fine but not particularly special for the price. Breakfast is good, and Michela stands out as wonderfully attentive and kind.
However, the coffee could be improved, and the evening restaurant (the same space used for breakfast) is a major letdown - the food is average, overpriced, and some of the service staff show questionable attitude. For dinner, itās definitely better to head into the city.
The sauna and pool close at 7:30 p.m., which feels far too early. Overall, itās a nice hotel with great views, but given the room rates, it doesnāt quite deliver the experience youād expect for the price.

Very handy hotel right next to the Linate airport. The room was clean and very comfortable, absolutely quiet even though so near to the airport. Very helpful and friendly reception staff. The shuttle from and to the airport costs 5 euro and takes about 3 minutes. The small pool is delightful in the scorching heat. The restaurant (called āLuppoloā) has delicious pizzas, tiramisu and other food in a cozy and inviting setting; the waiters and manager/owner welcomed us with a smile and made us feel at home right from the start. There are books and games available free of charge. Excellent experience.

From Venice, take the high-speed rail and train to Lake Comer Varenna for 3 nights.
From Milan, take the train to Varenna-Esino Station and walk for about 10 minutes to reach the hotel. I was deeply attracted by the scenery of the hotel. Every scenery is beautiful and unforgettable. Its beauty is the perfect blend of nature and artificial creation. Walking between the hillsides and the deep shallow green and red yellow and white flowers, there are various carving artifacts, overlooking the dark blue lake. It is worth taking pictures!
The breakfast was very rich and delicious and the service was good. The only regret is that there are not many restaurant options around. Also, it may be because I went to the second half of mid-October and I couldn't see the perfect blue sky and white clouds.

I m happy with most of the things but I checked in 12.30Am with my son and heās epileptic they gave room right end of the building I have walk with him for ten minutes to go to room he was very tired I checked late night thy should consider again have to walk 10 minutes to lift and then go to level 1 for breakfast I paid for my sons breakfast but because thy gave me room soo far my son was tired he missed the breakfast he said itās long walk and he was tired

The hotel is very clean and close to the airport. However, I have to complain about the bathroom sink ā it's too shallow and drains very slowly, making it impractical. The bed felt a bit too high, making it slightly inconvenient to get in and out. On the positive side, there are plenty of charging outlets in the room. It's a good choice for business travel.

The hotel's hot spring swimming pool is great. It is very convenient to make an appointment in advance. The hotel is right by the lake, the castle is very close to the store, and the central location is very good. The room is slightly smaller, others are very good

JJane-ChenThe hotel is a bit far from the airport, and the room was quite small, definitely not suitable for families with children. We were so tired on the first day that we didn't even notice the AC wasn't working. Consequently, we woke up sweating from the heat on the second morning. When we reported the issue to the hotel, Ctrip's excellent service was a great reassurance; they immediately helped mediate. The hotel staff were also very accommodating, ultimately changing our room and offering a complimentary buffet breakfast for two as compensation.

SStellaLouWe had an enjoyable 4-night stay here! Rooms were clean and the bed was soft and comfy, as expected of every Novotel hotels! Love the huge and spacious lobby and lounge area even though we did not use it but it looks so cosy and well furnished! Location wise is a little far from the city centre but there are trams outside the hotel that will take you there in 30mins. Do note that the air-cons do not work during cold season so everyone have to open their windows for natural air-con :)

GGuest UserThe hotel is located outside of Milan. It fitted well for us as a stop on the travel back home. Positive: the pool (without service), the large park with a playground for children, the overall cleanliness, general appearance, locked parking space. The hotel changed newly to the Ibis Styles chain and we had e.g. no information leaflet in the room. The old hotel signs are still to remove. Some construction work was going on outside. Everything looked a bit unprepared. The once available restaurant is now closed.
We chose that hotel among others for its presumable āfree chargingā offering for EV. Unfortunately, this is no longer the case with the Ibis Style chain. They still have four EV-slots for charging (AC) but claim around 1 Euro per kWh which seems a prohibitive price for AC-charging in Italy as even DC-charging is available for 30-40ct/kWh (see market giants ENEL X Way oder BeCharge with their attractive packages). This is like paying 4-5 Euro per liter of Diesel in comparison - you could just feel robbed. We decided to charge at a Be Charge HPC charger at the ānearā (7km) Coop supermarket. There are more possibilities e.g. around Linate Airport. But of course it's the best to charge along the highway before your arrival - once you know about that unreasonable pricing (we didn't).

GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay at Grand Visconti Palace. The hotel has a timeless elegance ā spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and a peaceful atmosphere.
Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were always kind and professional.
The location is great ā about a 30-minute walk to the Duomo, or just a few minutes by metro.
It was a short romantic getaway, but we truly felt spoiled. Highly recommend! š«

GGuest UserThe property is nice and located a bit outside the city center, but transportation is easy to find. Unfortunately, our first night was disappointing. We had booked a Premium apartment with a balcony and a bathtub, expecting a queen-size bed as we were a couple. However, we were given a room with two single beds and no bathtub.
When I requested a room change, the receptionist informed me that it wasnāt possible that night and couldnāt guarantee a proper room for the following days. Surprisingly, he mentioned that having a bathtub is optionalāeven if you pay for a room with oneāwhich felt misleading. To make matters worse, the room we received smelled slightly of moisture.
Thankfully, the next day, a new receptionist was very helpful and quickly resolved the issue, moving us to the Premium apartment we had initially expected. This room was fantastic, with a lovely view of the garden and swimming pool.
Despite the rocky start, the rest of our stay was enjoyable, and the staff were attentive and helpful after the initial hiccup.

GGuest UserA good overall hotel, but with limited amenities. Outdoor pool closes quite early and some days was closed during our stay for private events. Location is relatively good, around a 15 minute walk to the Duomo. Service was very friendly and helpful. However overall quality of hotel, amenities, consistency and experience is not on par with other leading 5 star hotel chains.

SSikiqiThe hotel is brand new with a great ambiance. We drove and found it convenient that both free and paid parking options are available. While its location isn't central, there's a large supermarket nearby. Breakfast was quite generous compared to other hotels; definitely try the coffee, it's good and you can even take it to go. Highly recommend!
