A very comfortable stay and one I would happily return to on a future trip to Sapporo. The room was spacious by Japanese hotel standards, well maintained, and had a grand feel without being overly luxurious. After long days of sightseeing, it was a pleasant place to return to and rest. The location is excellent, within walking distance of Sapporo Station while still being quiet and convenient. What really stood out was the practicality of the hotel. The airport limousine bus stops here, making arrivals and departures very easy. There are also luggage lockers available, and Yamato luggage delivery services can be arranged from the hotel. A small tip: if you're planning to use Yamato luggage delivery, do take note of the cut-off times and delivery schedules, as they may affect your travel plans. Overall, a comfortable, convenient, and reliable base for exploring Sapporo and the surrounding areas. I would definitely stay here again by next week.

I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Grand Mercure Sapporo. One of the highlights was definitely the lounge, which offered a wide variety of snacks and drinks throughout the day. It was well-stocked, nicely presented, and provided a great space to relax, whether for a quick refreshment or to spend some quiet time. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and soothing, making it an excellent place for rest and recovery. The environment felt peaceful, and everything was designed to help guests unwind. After a busy period of work, this stay served as the perfect break to recharge both physically and mentally. I also appreciated how the hotel balanced comfort with convenience, creating a space where I could truly disconnect from work stress while still feeling well taken care of. This trip left me with very good memories, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway or even a short work break. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Keio Prelia is a new hotel next to mystay aspen hotel. Decent room size at 20sqm. I have been to Sapporo 7th times. This will be the hotel i will be staying going forward. Very Clean and location is convenient. They have onsen in the hotel. Complimentary beverages at the lobby. I am super happy to find this hotel. I.love this hotel. So comfortable.

The basics of all city hotels - location, location, location..... !!! And Hotel Stream is smacked in the heart of everything Sapporo has to offer unless you prefer a quieter and calmer spot then this hotel is NOT for you. Rooms are pretty standard in terms of size and amenities, it's, quiet, and great for city strolling. If your intention is to use this hotel as your base to do day trips to Furano & Biei, The Hill of the Buddha Moai, or the renowned Otaru (which unfortunately isn't that muchl unless you're a die hard music box & glass making fan) this is your BEST CHOICE until Hyatt House opens in Oct 2026 (a bird told me - for those Globalist out there) . Oh... a BIG tip by the way (if you've been reading till this point: request for a room with a direct view of the Sapporo's ferries wheel (not that I am a fan lol) or the view of the Nikka advertisement on my attached photo - they are worth it. It's amazing to sleep with such stunning view and wake up to one..... (check out my photos taken from my room) In case you wonder if that pic of me by the glass overlooking thr Nikka ad sign - that's the main breakfast restaurant where you will be having your daily breakfast but u have to get there early to book that seat, otherwise sit through breakfast till they close and then u get to take this photo for as long as you please...... Ok ok ok... i know I'm a little long winded. But hey... oh yeah... u need to know that you can take a limousine bus from CTS (Chitose International Airport) to Susukino which takes about 50mins on way for JPY1500 per person. Easy weasy and the from the bus stop in susukino where most will disembark - it's only a 5min walk to Hotel Stream which ISN'T that obvious as the hotel sign is NOT exactly on the building. You have to look out for a building that reads ”Coco-something” (ops forgotten the name of the building) and the hotel lobby is located on the 7th floor of that building which also house a shopping center, movie theater and numerous restaurants. If you're srill reading this - give me a like already and don't be stingy with that click will ya? Lol. Up next - I'll bee reviewing my hotel in Noboribetsu, Lake Toya, Hakodate and eventually Waldorf Astoria Osaka. Watch out for my space k. The communal spaces are vibrant and well-designed, making it a great spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The bedding was exceptionally comfortable, and the overall cleanliness was impeccable. It feels luxurious while remaining so functional and relaxed. Was lucky to have an onsen in the room too. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a high-end, stylish retreat in Niseko!

SUCH AN AMAZING HOTEL!! Coming from an airbnb in tokyo to here is an absolute 180 degrees change. We just book the standard twin room but it is quite spacious and very clean!! And the toilet is very spacious using the bathtub is alsoo veryy nice!! The staff is very very nice and when they notice from my passport that it is my birthday they kindly offer to decorate my room. Above all the hotel is just RIGHT BESIDE the station so it is very convenient. PLUS POINT that the hotel is absolutely GORGEOUS in the winter per my pic below. All in all WOULD DEFINITELY stay here again!

Treasure Hotel mempunyai pemandangan taman dan bandar yang hebat. Ia mempunyai akses terus ke Taman Nakajima Ia adalah yang paling dekat dengan hotel melalui taman dari Exit 3 kereta bawah tanah, dan anda juga boleh bermain salji dalam perjalanan. Salji telah mencair di tempat lain, tetapi salji di Taman Nakajima masih ada.

Have been to this airport 3 times, 1st time using this hotel to catch the early morning flight out. It’s ambience quite an eerie experience, a bit difficult to find the hotel initially😄 Otherwise the room was big, toilet & amneties was great! Staffs were very helpful & friendly. Would highly recommend this place if wanna good rest before flight out.

Stayed here for 8 days as a family with 2 daughters of 4yo and 1yo. The Japanese Modern room is spacious and safe for toddlers. The amentities in the room is great, the toilet are separate from the bath tug area which is good for us. There is also washing machine in the room! There is also a sink and table top for boiling hot water that is safe and out of reach for toddlers. 2 parking area although is paid at 1500 yen per night.
