Hotel Dengan Breakfast di Hokkaido, Japan

Saya dan rakan saya telah menempah bilik berkembar, tetapi bilik yang kami pilih telah ditempah sepenuhnya, jadi mereka memberikan kami bilik yang lebih besar sedikit untuk harga yang sama. The hotel is conveniently located near Sapporo Station, making access easy. All staff were friendly, welcoming, and able to communicate in English, which made my stay even more comfortable. I was delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade to the premium floor, adding a joyful touch to my last night in Sapporo. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of selections, with most ingredients sourced from Japan and Hokkaido. I especially appreciated the unique option of sparkling wine in the morning. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

Excellent location which is near to everything: JR Hakodate station, bus station, tram station, taxi station, Hakodate Morning Market, Family mart, etc. The room is spacious and has a sofa seat. At 13th flr where our rooms were, there was a cafe where guests could have a drink free of charge. The breakfast spread was good and the staff were very polite! However, the air-conditioning was auto turned to warm, and we could not switch it back to cool temperature. As a result my daughter has to resort to rent a fan, as it was very warm at night.

Location: Within the airport international terminal. Short indoor walk from Arrivals. Very convenient. Atmosphere: Calm, quiet and friendly. Warm welcome. Full of artistic features. Rooms: Well appointed, spotlessly clean. Spacious. Quiet. Comfortable beds. Amenities: Library. Tea House and Onsen Breakfast: Lovely breakfast spread. Delicious ramen. We would love to be back.

The location is good, and the hotel has a hot spring; the time is 13:00 to the next day at 10:00. Guests can enjoy it before check-out and at night. The ********* Mr. Lin (林) at the front office provides excellent service, clear explanations, and good manners. He explained the differences between the two breakfast styles and smoothly handled the check-in operation. However, the service needs to improve. The receptionist named 小林 rejected my request to borrow a phone to call the room without authentication, although I succeeded in borrowing it one day before. I don’t know if this is a personal issue or if the reception standards are different. The bed sheet and blanket sheet had blood stains; the housekeeper needs to double-check the room before marking it as vacant. Lastly, if you have a reservation at the restaurant, you still have to wait for a table to become available. This does not make sense in terms of the definition of making a reservation, and it affects the guest’s schedule. The hotel needs to improve its reservation arrangement.

Everything about this hotel was fantastic! The location is very convenient, with a tram stop and a convenience store just nearby. Getting around is easy, and they even provide a free shuttle to Sapporo Station, which was a lifesaver, dragging suitcases in the snow is no fun at all. It’s also super easy to get to the airport, as the airport limousine stop is right in front of the hotel. Overall, a superb choice for anyone visiting Sapporo!

Lovely boutique hotel located in the heart of Sapporo! Perfect location that is just a few minutes away and walking distance to Odori Park, the TV tower, Niju Market, Ramen Alley and the Nikka sign. There's also a SeicoMart convenience store next door btw. We visited during the Sapporo Snow Festival. The Knot Sapporo has direct access to the underground mall. From the underground mall, you can walk protected from the elements all the way to Odori Park. There are escalators, stairs and elevators that you can then take to go to the ground level. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The only caveat is the in-house Les Bois Cafe hours. It's kind of weird how the cafe hours are. One time, after having lunch nearby, my wife and I decided to grab coffee at the in-house Les Bois Cafe when we got back at the hotel. It was around 2:45pm on a Saturday. We were told that the establishment was closing in about 15 minutes and we could not be served. Odd. We came back the next Sunday morning and were able to get coffee then.

Helpful front desk which my daughter missed out her parcel the young man willing to help without any unpleasant, thumb up. Location in between international and domestic hall, free breakfast but I didn't try cos I am too tired to wake up. Bed a bit soft and I left my belongings inside which I thought my daughter check them in already, but due on I will not going back to hokkaido so soon therefore I didn't contact hotel about this matter, because I don't have any solution too, sad..

I like the room can view the sea. The room size is comfortable for me. The hotel location surrounding area is less choice of restaurants. Hakodate famous restaurant Lucky Pierrot Bay Area Main Shop is take about 15 minutes walking distance from the hotel.

Menghabiskan 5 malam di hotel ini dan kami menyukainya. Dekat dengan segalanya. Jika kita akan kembali ke Sapporo pasti akan menempah hotel yang sama. Juga akan mengesyorkan kepada rakan-rakan. Kami mengembara DIY dan kami tidak mempunyai masa yang sukar untuk menginap di hotel ini. Beberapa minit berjalan kaki dari perhentian bas dari dan ke lapangan terbang. Sangat selesa.
