Bilik-bilik bersih, padat tetapi tidak terlalu kecil. Boleh buka 2 beg besar. Terdapat juga sofa. Terdapat banyak salur keluar kuasa, yang sangat bagus. Lokasinya bagus, tidak jauh berjalan kaki dari tempat-tempat pelancongan di pusat bandar. Mudah dicari dan diarahkan pada Peta Google. Terdapat kedai serbaneka di sekitar. Kakitangan perkhidmatan yang baik Sebahagian daripada anda bercakap bahasa Inggeris, sebahagian daripada anda sedikit. Boleh tolong hubungi teksi, tapi OK, tiada masalah.

This hotel is super convenient, the rooms are extremely clean, the minibar is well stocked, and the view overlooks the airport runway. After checkout, you can just walk straight to check in for your next flight. Perfect for anyone who doesn’t like leaving extra time for travel.

The hotel is conveniently located near Sapporo Station, making access easy. All staff were friendly, welcoming, and able to communicate in English, which made my stay even more comfortable. I was delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade to the premium floor, adding a joyful touch to my last night in Sapporo. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of selections, with most ingredients sourced from Japan and Hokkaido. I especially appreciated the unique option of sparkling wine in the morning. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

Hotel was packed as it was the golden week. Hotel has three paid parking blocks of space and is great for us driving. Rooms are somewhat smaller than normal. Housekeeping was not done as the reason given was they only top up and change towels and spa wear as we only stayed 3 days and 2 nights. Even though we place make up room and even rang them. Had to bring the tiny rubbish bins out to the door. Best thing is the comfy bed in the cramped room. Notable friendliness and hospitality received from the front office man that speaks Chinese / English and Japanese. I think his name is pronounced as Jyo. He is joval, helpful and informative . He tried to upsell the rooms on the other block as well. He is a GEM to the organization. The concerige and security team are friendly and nice but they speak little or no English. We didn't take it as we felt that it didn't look any bigger than what we had.

The hotel is really worth the price! Cleanliness: good! Nearly perfect; there are still some hairs inside the toilet, but the rest is really good! Keep it up! Facilities: They have free water to drink near the elevator. I really love that! They also have an express checkout box in front of the hotel to save time! The wifi is good. The design is also minimal and luxurious~~ they also have shoes adjustment stick! the staff: They’re nice and do their jobs perfectly! Location: It’s around a 6-7 min walk from JR Sapporo, and they have a delicious place to hang out next to the hotel! space: my room has a semi-double bed, so it’s slightly bigger than usual. It’s a normal Japan hotel size! If you are tall or have a big body, you might find it’s uncomfortable, but for me it’s fine, and there’s some space to pack my luggage!

The location is fantastic, just some minutes walk from Sapporo station. From the hotel, it is easy to reach to other places such as Susukino on foot. The room and hotel are fantastic, clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. They even offer free snack bar with lots of soft drinks, coffee and cookies that you can use as much as you want during the day and night. Highly recommended and will definitely be back in the future!

Hotel Mystays Hakodate Ekimae is a great option for travelers visiting Hakodate. The location is excellent—just across the street from Hakodate Station, making it super convenient for getting around. There are also ramen shops, resto and convenience stores nearby, so finding food and daily necessities is very easy. The room size is quite decent for Japanese standards, offering a comfortable stay. The hotel staff are also helpful and can assist in booking a taxi to the airport, which is very convenient. Overall, the service is solid and reliable. Definitely recommended!

Hotel yang baru dibuka ini terletak dengan sempurna bersebelahan stesen Susukino di Aras 7. Bas Limosin Lapangan Terbang akan menurunkan anda kira-kira 1 blok ke belakang dari hotel. Bilik-bilik agak kecil tetapi berfungsi, bilik yang lebih besar mempunyai pemandangan yang lebih kecil jadi pilih bilik yang kecil. Anda tidak akan dapat mengakses onsen/spa hotel melainkan anda menempah bilik premium tanpa akses berbayar dibenarkan. Ini kelihatan seperti pemikiran pendek yang luar biasa di hotel terutamanya jika onsen kosong. Mengapa tidak menawarkan kemasukan berbayar kepada tetamu semasa waktu sunyi? Hotel ini juga mengambil bahagian dalam pembersihan hijau yang meluas dengan komitmen palsu untuk membantu alam sekitar. Jika anda memilih pengemasan eko, mereka masih akan membuang berus gigi anda dan menggantikan berus gigi yang lain. Selain itu, mereka memberi anda kod QR untuk menebus sebotol air teh percuma (tidak pasti bagaimana ini membantu alam sekitar?) Sarapan pagi tidak mengapa tetapi pastikan anda tiba sebelum pukul 9 pagi kerana makanan tidak diisi semula atau diganti pada bufet. Terdapat banyak kakitangan perkhidmatan berdiri dan berlari-lari tetapi tidak banyak produktiviti membersihkan meja, mengeluarkan pinggan dll. Kawasan tempatan mempunyai bahagian hadapan kedai ”maklumat perempuan” yang luas jadi saya mungkin tidak akan mengesyorkan kawasan itu untuk keluarga walaupun ia berasa selamat.

Hotel ini mempunyai lokasi yang sangat baik, berhampiran jalan membeli-belah dan pusat membeli-belah. Bufet sarapan pagi yang lazat dengan pelbagai pilihan. Stesen kereta api di Susukino boleh diakses dengan mudah, hanya 3 minit berjalan kaki dari hotel. Walau bagaimanapun, walaupun saiz bilik adalah memuaskan, permaidani agak lama dan kotor.

Kudos to this hotel. My stay there was amazing. The hotel is close to streetcar station, but during winter it still pretty challenging to pull your luggage. That is expected situation for any hotel in Hokkaido 😆. The receptionist was really helpful. She help to call taxi for me when I don’t know how to do so.
