Отличные отель за свои деньги. Номера чистые и просторные. В номере есть кондиционер. Завтраки хорошие. При отеле есть небольшое SPA и неплохой ресторан. Есть неколько минусов: в ванной стоит неприятный запах и подушки очень тоненькие.

Hotel reception was very friendly and helpful. Room amenities were excellent, big room, very clean, easy walk to old town and see water front activities such as live concert in old town

It’s a bit remote from downtown however the service including breakfast & room space were excellent, must try the fish & it’s flavorful enough to enjoy it with some bread~ Moreover, it’s just nearby the harbor to the Curonian Spit National park, incredible view with convenient route~

Before arrival, I had contacted the hotel regarding a birthday celebration, and the team went above and beyond to make it special. The arrangement was beautifully prepared, and it was clear that genuine care had gone into fulfilling the request. Small gestures like these create lasting memories and made the stay feel truly personal. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and very comfortable. The rooms were well maintained, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the location was excellent for exploring Palanga while still enjoying some peace and quiet. A special mention to the staff, who were friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the stay. The breakfast selection was great, and the spa facilities provided the perfect way to unwind after a day out. What impressed me most was the attention to detail and willingness to make guests feel valued. The birthday arrangement exceeded expectations and added a special touch to an already excellent stay. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend Mercure Palanga to anyone visiting the area.

A view from room is completely different than was in pictures. Bad point is hard to find and understand where is a number from reception. No slips in number. Car parking is expensive and no clear marks of traffic direction and exit signs, when going up and down can meet another car comming up ahead in front your car. Good point is free swimming pool.

Good but simple budget hotel. Ok for basic night but don't wait anything amazing

We spent two nights at a family flat. For a group of five our two bedrooms and living room were ideal. The cost of parking is five euros per night. Nice apartment, a kitchenette, an unfurnished balcony, a swimming pool with saunas - all little and a bit chilly. There is a 12-meter pool with a jacuzzi that is kid-friendly. There were plenty of options for breakfast, but poor quality coffee. However, the cost speaks for itself. The location is excellent—it's right in the centre of Palanga, yet it's also quiet.

For the price 370 euro per night deluxe suite, I would expect 5-star service and amenities, yet that is not what you will get. And it is a bit strange for a small hotel like this. First positives: Nice good size rooms, which looks less tacky than on photos. Good breakfast. New and nice hotel. Negative: There are no sunblinds in the second room which makes it hot and brings light early. There is no AC. How is it possible to have 5-stars without AC? For this price? Refrigerator did not work. I reported to reception - 0 impact. The spa is a joke. It is just a sauna and jacuzzi. Moreover, the staff did not even bother to fill it with water. They do not care. If you want, you can fill. In a 5-star hotel! There is nowhere to leave luggage on checkout. Even 0-star hotels have that. In general, there is nobody who can help you with baggage at all. Is it arrival or departure - looks like they do not care. It did enjoy my short stay, yet was disappointed with service.

服務員真的是太熱心了。我們想坐船去格但斯克，服務員熬夜為我們查詢船票和航線，讓我們成功坐船去瑞典，又順利坐船到了波蘭。立陶宛人真的很好很善良

Очень уютный отель. Находится недалеко от центра города. Есть городская парковка прям перед входом. Хороший завтрак за небольшие деньги.
