The AC didn't work properly since day 1. I reported it, service staff came to the room just lower the temperature but still was warm at night. It was uncomfortable to sleep. I reported the problem again and they came for service the AC but it didn't work to much, something was missing. It was a little better at night but still a bit warm.

The hotel is in a good location, the staff are generally friendly, the facilities are average, and the price is reasonable. Things to note: [1] Choose a room facing Liverpool Street. Otherwise, the sound from the nearby bar is deafening and you won't be able to fall asleep until 4 a.m. [2] The staff basically only speaks Spanish. Bring a translator. Otherwise, it will be impossible to communicate.

Overall, the value for money is great, and the service attitude is excellent. The room looks clean and bright, and the large window offers a nice view. It's also very convenient for getting around, with a supermarket and restaurants right downstairs. The only thing to note is that there are quite a few steps at the entrance, which can be inconvenient if you have heavy luggage, and the bell staff don't proactively offer help.

The location of the Youth Hostel 🏨 is excellent. Located in the center of the city center. Don't be too convenient to go to the surrounding museums! Breakfast is included from 8 am to 10 am. In addition, a Margaret cocktail coupon will be given on the first day of stay. Going to the rooftop bar on the sixth floor is really not too pleasant. At my request, I arranged a lower bunk bed for me. Luggage can be stored for free at the front desk. The 15% discount coupon given at check-in is more cost-effective than going to a fast food restaurant. This is a great hotel, very convenient and efficient. I stayed here for a business trip, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. The hotel is easily accessible, saving me time and effort on my commute. The room was spacious, with a large desk and stable, fast Wi-Fi, perfect for getting work done. Housekeeping was meticulous and prompt with daily cleaning. The service was professional and thoughtful, with quick responses to any requests. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, easily meeting daily dining needs. It's truly ideal for business travelers.

This hotel used to be a 5-star, but now it's barely a 3-star. The furniture is very old, the carpet hasn't been replaced since it opened, the bathroom tiles are falling off, and the countertop has a hole in it. But for the price, and with breakfast included, it's okay. Most importantly, everything was clean! The water was hot. Breakfast was actually a bit of a letdown. We went to the restaurant, and there was a buffet with cakes, salads, fruit, and a steaming hot dish. And they told us: ”You only get a sandwich and tea... that's it... and anything else is an extra 180 pesos.”

Great hotel to stay at in Mexico City because it's centrally located, and a tour operator picked me up for an excursion to Teotihuacan, which was fantastic. The staff was also cordial in general, and I felt safe with the private guard in the front lobby. As for the room, it was just as advertised in the adverisement description and pictures. Warm water worked, and so did the A/C. Wifi worked well, but because I have used Ibis Hotel in other countries, I already had a general account, so accessing wifi was a little tricky in the beginning, but after resetting my password, I was able to access wifi. With regards to the restaurant, some of the dishes were delicious for dinner, such as the Enchilada Suices. The breakfast buffet was well worth it and had a variety to select from. Overall, this hotel is a good value for your money.

The smallest Novotel room I've stayed in. Apart from the good location, it's really average. The breakfast is OK and the waiter is very enthusiastic, which is very comforting

This hotel is great for an overnight stay at Terminal 1. The room facilities were all good, and they even kindly offered complimentary beer at check-in. Just a heads-up: as of [Month, 202*], the entire Terminal 1 is undergoing major renovations, and the signage is very unclear. I had to ask several people for directions, and saying 'Marriott' seemed to be more recognizable to the locals.
