Hotel Dengan Bar di Federal District, Mexico

It was a wonderful stay! Great value for the price. Location was decent! Many restaurants etc nearby. Only negative would be the constant wait on the elevator, but that’s not saying much.

The location is definitely the highlight of this hotel. They have an airport shuttle from terminal 2 that goes every 20minutes. Then there is a bridge to terminal 1 that is a 3 minute walk, very convenient. The room was okay and the staff were friendly enough I would stay here again for an early/late flight.

Die guten Dinge zuerst. Das Hotel hat wirklich eine sehr gute Lage. Die Dachterrasse hat eine exzellente Aussicht. Wo wir auch ein gutes Menü genießen durften. Zu jeder Zeit gab es warmes Wasser, das war bei unserem Aufenthalt in anderen Orten Mexicos nicht selbstverständlich. Das Frühstück kam etwas kurz. Sehr wenig Auswahl. Der Service sehr schleppend. Kaffee oder Saft mussten mehrmals bestellt werden und kamen dann doch nicht. Die Empfehlung, kein Frühstück bei der Buchung ordern und von der Karte bestellen. Sehr von Vorteil sind auch hier gute Spanischkenntnisse. Man hatte das Gefühl, das Personal fürchtet sich vor englischsprachigen Gästen. Daher nur eine durchschnittliche Bewertung. Für den Preis kann man besseres erwarten.

Great hotel right in the center of everything. The people there are very nice. WIFI was a bit inconsistent and they didn’t provide toothpaste. Everything else was fantastic!

Room had little to do with the images on trip.com. Room was dark with no direct sunlight (wall around 50cm in front of the window). Morning shower was interrupted with an unpleasant surprise as the shower head fell onto me. Both complaints were adressed during check-out the same day, but staff were obviously not trained for complaints and could not handle my feedback, very disappointing for an 'upscale hotel'. trip.com service on the other hand was flawless as usual.

We are a family of three and chose a 60-square-meter suite. The hotel added a bed for us for free. We didn't buy breakfast, but we got a free breakfast on the 22nd floor. The breakfast is rich in variety and very nutritious. If you buy breakfast, you can eat on the 3rd floor. This hotel is very quiet and safe. It is very close to any tourist attractions and convenient for taxis. There is a pharmacy, hamburger shop and supermarket opposite the hotel, where you can buy any product you want. There is a Starbucks and night market stalls downstairs. During the Christmas period, the price of this hotel is very friendly compared to other hotels, We will continue to come back and highly recommend!

We like this hotel. Good location I. A good, safe neighbourhood beside the angel of independence statue. We stayed at the King size bed room on the 10th floor with s views of the city. And free access to the exclusive Brisas Business Lounge that offer fast check-in, concierge service ,specialty coffes and soft drinks all day and free breakfast and light dinner, snakes and an alcohol drink in the evening. We had a little incident at the room but the staff was quick to fix it.

были в номере КЛОПЫ постельные. Сам отель чистый но с клопами. Близко от центра. За завтрак пришлось сражаться. У меня включен, у них нет. Первый день долго разбирался с этим. Сам завтрак скудный. 1 стакан апельсинового сока, выбор из сэндвича, яиц и блины и кофе. Это не шведский стол !

337房衞生間馬桶沖水聲是這輩子聽到最大的！！！淋浴房的噴頭出水太散，導致重點部位集中不了水，也無法調節出水方式！！！牆上放大鏡支架差不多要掉下來了！吹風機按鈕都不見了，衹有通電使用和斷電停止工作！週五晚上，邊上的酒吧音樂吵到了週六早上5點！墨西哥年輕人有這麼嗨嗎？？？隔音要加強，要5層隔音玻璃～餐廳服務員不會英文真的非常不方便～有一天早上一個服務員還要收我早餐費（我是含早餐的）！最後房間隱蔽角落的衞生很臟～

Highly recommended if you decide to find a hotel near this area. Service and environment is very comfortable, room size is big too
