Modern hotel, delicious breakfast, modern room (very well furnished but rather small), free and inviting sauna. Hotel right next to the train station. Definitely recommendable, but the room service didn't come twice or just emptied the rubbish.

can go by car only. the receptionist gave a veru good impression from the beginning with warm and professional attitude. the hotel is new (can smell that), amenities using L'occitane. the shower room design not practical, easily flood the toilet even shower carefully. the restaurant staff is not professional, buffet bar is clearing up at 19:00pm without informing guest the buffet will be closed, even some guests still eating (understand is not peak season and not many guest, but all food are cleared before 19:20pm) overall is a pleasant stay. also fit for family with little one too.

Pretty good. Free beer or juice every night. About 800 meters from the Central Station. It's a ten-minute walk, but the road is uphill with a lot of gravel, so it's a bit difficult to wheel luggage.

This is a 5-star hotel as soon as we walked into the hotel we could feel it. The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. When I reported that the fridge in our room was not working, it was changed straight away. The room was spacious and clean, most importantly the beds were very comfortable. The location of the hotel was great, close to shops, cafes, restaurants and town centre with walking distance. I would stay again on my next visit to Szczecin. 👍

Great hotel and second time I’ve stayed here. Nice restaurants close by and the Spa and pool is a good size. Location close to Glowny which was what we needed

Zum Anfang war es Personal sehr freundlich an der Rezeption. Wir hatten dann eine Beschwerde weil einer hochzeitsfeier zwei Zimmer neben uns war und es wirklich extrem laut war da wurde uns gesagt dass dies bis 4 Uhr morgens geht. Ich fragte wegen einem neuen Zimmer und das der Krach und die lauter Musik unerträglich ist da wo du gesagt nein es gibt kein anderes Zimmer! Ich habe dann bei trip.com angerufen und habe mich beschwert diese haben dann im Hotel angerufen und uns hat ganz unfreundlich eine Dame der Rezeption angerufen auf dem Zimmer und gesagt wir sollen beide andere Zimmer los los... Im Endeffekt ist der Kunde da wirklich nur eine Wanze.. Mitarbeiter meist nur Handy in der Hand . Eine Frage hat und sie das Handy wegpacken müssen ziehen Sie sofort eine Fresse . Im Grunde nach war das Hotel sauber aber Personal war unfreundlich auch im Restaurant....

The hotel is very nice, the location is very good, this is our 3rd stay there. Room, view, breakfast,... everything is really great. The only improvement I would like to see: At the breakfast buffet you can have very tasty scrambled eggs/omelettes prepared. If you're in a hurry, you can get ready-made scrambled eggs. Unfortunately, the quality here is not freshly prepared. It tastes like ”packaged scrambled eggs” which is a shame. There is a huge water park for families (access via the basement) and a rooftop pool with a sauna and whirlpool. Especially since there is a large water park for families, access to the wellness area/rooftop pool for over-16s would be desirable.

As a four-star hotel, it's surprising that there was no drinking water in the room. Furthermore, the room design is really outdated. My room and the room next door were probably originally a suite, later converted into two separate rooms, separated only by a wooden door. This meant I could hear all the noise from next door—watching TV, listening to music, using the toilet—it was so loud it felt like it was in my room, which was really annoying. The only redeeming qualities were the bathtub and the fact that it was fairly clean.

The hotel has a great location. The reception staff are very friendly. You can fill up on hot and cold water at a designated station. The room includes a selection of tea bags, cups, a carafe, and glasses. The rooms facing the courtyard are very quiet. As is often the case these days, rooms are not cleaned. This didn't bother me. The only thing that bothered me was that you can't open the window to air out the room. There's a 10% discount for dining at the restaurant of the nearby Novotel Hotel.

Der Unterschied zwischen seitlichen Meerblick und Meerblick ist marginal. Meerblick nicht von der Seite gibt es laut Rezeption nur bei Suiten und nie bei Superior. Nur doof, wenn man extra mehr zahlt für Superior mit Meerblick. Sauberkeit ingesamt Ok. Bei 5* sollten aber auch die Tassen im Zimmer sauber und keine Zigarettenstummel auf dem Balkon zu finden sein. Gastfreundlichkeit an der Rezeption hat noch Potential nach oben. Der Service im Restaurant war top. Der passte auch zum großartigem Essen.
