The staff at this small hotel is so kind, like a small family. Free drinks are always available. Ice cream and sweet potatoes are always available. Small, quiet, and clean rooms. Small details: a comb, toothbrushes, a hairdryer... the waterfall shower is fantastic and relaxing. There was even a screen for a video projector. The hotel is close to the center and shopping area. Some rooms smell of smoke, but you can choose your room. Highly recommended. 这家小酒店的员工非常友善，就像一家人一样。酒店随时提供免费饮品，冰淇淋和烤红薯也一直供应。房间虽小，但安静干净。贴心的小细节包括：梳子、牙刷、吹风机……瀑布式淋浴非常棒，让人彻底放松。甚至还有投影幕布。酒店位置便利，靠近市中心和购物区。部分房间略有烟味，但您可以自行选择房间。强烈推荐。

This is probably one of the best places I’ve ever visited! The environment is gorgeous, surrounded by nature and the occasional sounds of beating drums and the cheerful chirps of birds. All staff members were friendly, and always ready to assist, even though we don’t speak the same language. The room was very clean, and equipped with everything needed. There are so many fun things to do and see! The animals are all in very good condition, and I love the balance between being able to step into the animals’ habitats, while still respecting their environment. Breakfast offers a huge variety of delicious food, including Chinese and Western dishes. Furthermore, the travel photography service included with my package, captured beautiful moments! The staff were professional, and timely. The giraffes are absolutely gorgeous and worth the visit! I also received an adorable little toy giraffe upon checking out. 10/10!

We booked the room with river view & balcony. Was assigned to building #76, hosted by an incredibly welcoming, friendly, and hospitable host. Despite the language barrier, everyone has been very kind & helpful. The included breakfast was hearty and delicious. On the 2nd morning, we opted to have the infamoud Zao Cha Ke breakfast at the Floating Market - an experience that must NOT be missed by visitors. The prices are reasonable, we ended up feeling very stuffed & contented, having spent the included 60 yuan (30 yuan pp) credit for the Zao Cha Ke. Wuzhen is a beautiful place. Despite the crowd, there'd always be a spot where you can appreciate the charm of the idyllic water town. The streets and alleys are incredibly clean too, kudos to the elderly workers who are everywhere and practically picked up every single debris they saw.

Able to send courier parcel from Taobao to hotel nefore checking in. Parcels are received and placed in a box under check in counter - help yourself to retrieve. Robot delivery to room available. Under renovation right now so lift is rather messy. Surprised that room comes with face wash, make up remover oil, hair gel and laundry detergent. Didn't dare to use it but thought it was a nice touch. Coffee machine and tea in the lobby for self service. Serve supper 9pm-11pm but I missed it during my stay so no reviews on that.

Traveled alone and decided to stay a night here for the room's king-sized bed for some extra comfort after 9 days of walking around Hangzhou for events and sightseeing. Demi was prompt in her responses and was able to answer my questions quickly. Check-in process was smooth and the room is clean. Amenities are good, bed is comfortable and hoarding 4 pillows at once is certainly a comforting experience after a lot of travel. Room is quiet and you can barely hear sounds from the corridor unless someone speaks really loudly. There's no bathtub, and my room has a view of Hyatt Regency. Gym is also decent and quiet. There's also a weighing scale that generates your report if you happen to be interested. Breakfast is decent. I didn't get to eat much due to a loss of appetite but the fried mushrooms were nice. The watermelons however, did not look appetizing but other guests seemed to enjoy it. Overall I think it's nice since it's really convenient. If you're arriving you should see the hotel when you're coming out from T4; if you're coming here by metro then take the elevator down and you should see it in walking distance. Signage is not exactly great but it's not too difficult to navigate around. I'd still consider staying here again if I'm returning to Hangzhou with with an early departure flight.

Kami menyukai hotel ini kerana perkhidmatan dan persekitarannya. Kawasan ini tenang, dan hanya mengambil masa 5 minit untuk sampai ke Tasik Barat. Terdapat juga pusat membeli-belah yang besar di sebelah hotel. Anda boleh mendapatkan KFC, Starbucks dan Pizzahut dengan mudah dalam masa 3 minit. Kami akan memilih hotel ini lagi pada masa akan datang melawat Hangzhou.

We stayed in Nanhu hotel for two nights. The hotel exceeded all expectations! The breathtaking views from our room were an absolute highlight, every moment felt special. The hotel room is clean and service is good. The breakfast is delicious. It was the ideal way to start our mornings!  We really enjoyed our stay and will come back again. Thank you, service team! Keep it up!

這次來龍遊玩，選這家酒店真的選對了！ 位置特別好，出門逛街、吃飯都方便，離大潤發、東方商廈很近，去龍遊石窟、民居苑這些景點也很方便，出行超省心。 房間乾淨整潔，床睡得很舒服，整體裝修很有格調，能看出來是用心設計過的。 設施齊全，住着很舒心，前台服務也熱情周到，辦理入住退房都很快。

這次入住體驗整體很滿意。前台辦理入住效率高，工作人員態度温和有禮貌，有問題諮詢也都耐心解答。房間乾淨整潔，床品舒適，隔音效果也不錯，晚上休息得很好。早餐種類豐富，熱菜、麪點、水果都有，味道中規中矩但勝在新鮮，吃得很舒心。整體性價比不錯，出行方便，下次來這邊還會考慮入住。

The hotel responded promptly to my inquiry about shuttle arrangements. They provide an hourly shuttle service from the hotel to the airport, which was very convenient. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay, the room was bright and clean, and there was a good variety of food available for breakfast. It offered great value for money.
