Honestly i was surprised at how many amenities were available. I think this might’ve been one of the best hotels i’ve stayed at based on the room. There was even a big standalone ring light and a scale to weigh myself. I was shocked at all the amenities that they offered in this room.
The room aesthetics are very cool and modern and the lighting is nice so i took a picture! Hahah
I was genuinely impressed and would definitely come here again when visiting Wenzhou. The location is also very central.

Able to send courier parcel from Taobao to hotel nefore checking in. Parcels are received and placed in a box under check in counter - help yourself to retrieve. Robot delivery to room available. Under renovation right now so lift is rather messy. Surprised that room comes with face wash, make up remover oil, hair gel and laundry detergent. Didn't dare to use it but thought it was a nice touch. Coffee machine and tea in the lobby for self service. Serve supper 9pm-11pm but I missed it during my stay so no reviews on that.

We stayed in Nanhu hotel for two nights. The hotel exceeded all expectations! The breathtaking views from our room were an absolute highlight, every moment felt special. 位置特別好，出門逛街、吃飯都方便，離大潤發、東方商廈很近，去龍遊石窟、民居苑這些景點也很方便，出行超省心。
房間乾淨整潔，床睡得很舒服，整體裝修很有格調，能看出來是用心設計過的。

這次入住衢州金桂酒店，真的超出預期，必須來誇一誇！👍
酒店位置很方便，離衢州古城文化旅遊區很近，大堂裏還貼心地擺放了古城旅遊地圖和攻略手冊，拿上就能直接出發逛吃，對遊客太友好了。
作為浙江省品質飯店，酒店的品質感拉滿。大堂和公共區域乾淨雅緻，綠植點綴得恰到好處，整體氛圍很舒服。前台經理Tracy十分熱情，從辦理入住到後續服務都很周到，讓人感覺很親切。門口的安保特別積極主動的開車門，拉行李。👍
早餐的麪包區真的很驚喜！顏值和味道都在線，開啟一天好心情。
最讓我意外的是酒店裡居然有“學習課堂”和柯城區圖書館的合作點，書架上擺滿了書，還能辦理借閲。在旅途中也能靜下心來讀會兒書，這種“酒店+書房”的體驗太獨特了。

The hotel responded promptly to my inquiry about shuttle arrangements. They provide an hourly shuttle service from the hotel to the airport, which was very convenient. GGuest UserOur stay at Landison Longjing Resort Hangzhou was so memorable and absolutely magnificent that highlights remain sharp, vivid, and immensely uplifting. As tea lovers, it would have been lovely enough to be back in deciduous forests with bursting red maples and bright yellow Ginko trees accentuating autumn colors surrounding the beautifully manicured Longjing (Dragon Well) tea plantations that rest quietly within the hills of the peaceful landscape so very close to the resort—next to and just across the street, in fact!
However, our trip’s joys skyrocketed with our stay at the Landison. The staff was totally fantastic! Exceptional service in every way. Working with a phone translator Tracy, Brandy, Wen Yi (I hope his name is spelled correctly!), and Chris provided patient, attentive, and thorough care, concern, and heartwarming attention as they fully considered and answered our many daily questions on where to go, what to do, how to get there and back. (We were thrilled to use the excellent public transportation in and around Hangzhou. The hotel is just meters from the bus stop of two main lines. These buses provided easy connections to other main lines linking us to much of the rest of the city) Staff also guided us where to buy excellent tea, which turned out to be right there at the hotel, as well as from other lovely teashops nearby!
Landison’s breakfast menu, included in our booking, remained the same throughout our stay and never disappointed. Every day we enjoyed a large selection of beautiful, delicious food that included fresh fruit, vegetables, egg dishes of differing styles, rice, dim sum, pastries, and our go-to each day: a piping hot bowl of noodles, prepared to order by the chef standing behind the varied selection of noodles and fixings! There was so much fresh, delicious, interesting, vegetarian cuisine we can’t account for the entire extensive buffet.
The dining staff was totally incredible with their refined, careful, complete attention. Dining Room Manager Xu became our dear, memorable friend, offering us sweet, caring personal attention and comfort throughout our visit. We couldn’t help feeling disappointed when we didn’t see her the day before we were to leave. When we returned to the hotel for the evening and saw her through a dining room window, we popped into the area to say hello and a magical connection manifested that only world travel can provide, when the distance between two vastly different cultures disappears under the glow of human kindness, warmth, and connection. She provided such outstanding delight for us that our hearts hurt when we had to say goodbye to her. When she translated on her mobile phone, “looking forward to seeing you again,” we smiled broadly and added a very hopeful nod in agreement.
Extra lovely perks included nightly delivery of a delicate, nourishing white mushroom soup to keep us warm and help us sleep, a specialty of the establishment. It was tasty and nurturing every day! The housekeeping staff was amiable and friendly, mutually acknowledging and appreciating the human relationship!
In addition, the parking area staff offered cheerful, welcoming, and happy engagement with us throughout our stay.
Our extraordinary stay at the Landison is the kind of experience that highlights the vast benefits of world travel where the barriers of worldly concerns and tensions can fade away or even disappear into the significant and transformative mix and engagement with a time and place different from where we come from or know habitually. Where one realizes that, although time and place may differ considerably and provide many positive catalysts for meaningful change, the human heart and mind are inextricably linked together by way of mutual desires for happiness, well-being, safety, expression, and connection, however that may unfold in its immeasurable arrangements. The breakfast is abundant and delicious. The location is excellent, very close to Bai Causeway, and the Wulin Night Market is right next door. The subway station is also nearby, making it convenient for getting around. Overall, it offers great value for money.

AAnonymous UserOverall, this was a good stay with some truly special aspects, but also a few areas that could be improved.
The hotel is quite remote, which makes it feel very private and peaceful, surrounded by nature such as the lake, forest, and mountains. Even though we visited other viewpoints around Qiandao Lake, this location felt more special because of its quiet and secluded setting. The hotel itself feels like a destination, with scenic viewpoints, a garden with a lake, a cave, and even trekking trails to explore.
The garden area includes a swan lake, which is a nice idea. However, the swans are kept in a very small netted space. It does not look great visually and feels restrictive for the animals, which took away from the experience.
The room was spacious and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed that was not too soft or too hard. Sound insulation was excellent, which made for great sleep. I also requested a firmer pillow, and it was provided quickly. The lake view room upgrade was a highlight. The view was stunning and made it hard to leave the room. If you stay here, I would strongly recommend booking a lake view room. The layout was nice, with both a balcony and a window view. The thick frame dividing the view slightly affected the overall feel, but it was not a major issue. The bathtub was also a nice addition.
Cleaning was good overall. The AC did not work very well during the hot midday hours, although it was fine at other times of the day.
Facilities such as the gym, yoga room, pool, and game room were nice additions. However, they felt quite standard for a five-star hotel, and I have experienced better quality in similar properties. One great feature was the free Tesla charging, but this was not communicated at all. We only discovered it by chance, which is a missed opportunity as it is a strong benefit.
Breakfast was acceptable but not at the expected level. The coffee and bakery were the weakest parts. Ordering is done via QR code instead of in person, which felt a bit impersonal for a luxury hotel atmosphere. Service during breakfast also felt a bit off, as staff seemed focused on their tasks and were not very proactive in guiding or prioritizing guests, which made the experience feel less warm and not the kindest.
Service was generally kind and friendly, but inconsistent at times. Some staff could benefit from additional training, as not everyone followed typical five-star service standards such as greeting guests or offering priority.
Another disappointment was the welcome fruit, which was included in our package but not provided on arrival. After we asked, a staff member came carrying items for multiple rooms in a bag and handed us just one apple and one peach. This felt unprofessional although something very small.
Another point worth noting is that the hotel was originally booked as an InterContinental, but about 1-2 weeks before arrival it was no longer part of the brand (somehow on Trip.com it still says intercontinental). Not sure if this impacted the experience, but overall it did feel slightly below what you might expect from that level, even though the stay itself was still enjoyable.
The hotel also offers free Tesla charging, which is a great feature. However, this was not communicated at all during or before our stay, and we only discovered it by chance. This feels like a missed opportunity, as it is a strong benefit that could add significant value for guests
I did not try lunch or dinner, so I cannot comment on those.
Overall, this is a very peaceful and unique stay with amazing natural surroundings and a beautiful lake view. However, some service and operational details need improvement to truly match a luxury standard.

GGuest UserThe hotel's renovation is quite impressive, they spared no expense, practically a complete tear-down and rebuild. There's absolutely no hint of an old hotel, which shows the owner's generosity. For a 22-story building, having 5 elevators is excellent, and it doesn't seem to be shared with office spaces.
Back in the room, the amenities are perfectly adequate. While the original room size couldn't be changed, everything else you'd expect is there. The only thing missing is an indicator panel in the elevators.
Breakfast: For the price, it really has everything you could ask for, including several live cooking stations for things like noodles and fried dough sticks, and it all tastes delicious. I'd even say it's better than the Yiwu Marriott. If I had to pick a flaw, it would be with the staff themselves; the training seems lacking. In just half an hour of dining, I saw the same man and woman chatting privately, pushing and pulling each other around.
Housekeeping did a good job overall, though I think they should pay more attention to checking the sofa in the future. Providing 4 bottles of Nongfu Spring water helps reduce the need for refills, which is a big plus. The teapots and cups are both attractive and high quality, and even the coffee cups at breakfast are excellent.
The front desk staff also deserve praise; the concierge on WeChat was always responsive to requests.
The delivery robot for takeout is incredibly fast, whether it's due to the order system or the robot's speed, I'm not sure. Either way, it was faster than I expected.
Given its proximity to Yiwu Tiandi, if they just improve the breakfast service staff a bit, this hotel, in every other aspect, offers great value. Even at a price point ¥50-¥150 lower than the Marriott, it would still be very much worth staying at.

The room facilities are brand new, and they offer complimentary drinks. The lobby area is great, with a coffee machine, and there's a laundry room on the first floor.

From the warm and attentive check-in at the front desk, to the housekeeping staff who promptly responded to requests and kept the room spotless during my stay, even the restaurant staff were meticulous, proactively recommending dishes and refilling tea and water. The entire experience was top-notch, and I will definitely choose this place again for my next trip!

The service is excellent, with a WeChat concierge almost 24/7, always ready to help with anything you need.
Especially Miya, who always contacts me in advance before my check-in to reserve my preferred room.
The hotel breakfast is very good.
The hotel facilities are top-notch among domestic five-star hotels. The gym is huge, and there's also a sauna, yoga room, squash court, and a tennis court with a dedicated coach, which is very convenient.
The only downside is the slow Wi-Fi.
Personally, I think this hotel ranks first among all the five-star hotels in Ningbo for its overall offerings.

GGuest UserMy expectations were fully met, and the hotel lived up to the hype. The only minor drawback is that check-in isn't until 3:30 PM (though earlier check-in is possible if rooms are available), but this hotel is just incredibly popular.
The hotel boasts numerous rooms with an exceptionally high occupancy rate and a variety of room types. Stepping inside, there's a magical sense of calm. For the same price, you might only get a standard room in Shanghai, but here we enjoyed a lake view suite.
The service was also top-notch; my family felt right at home, praising the hospitality. It was money well spent.
Even during the holiday, the swimming pool and hot spring weren't overcrowded, which speaks to excellent management, as reservations are required. Since it's winter, swimming was a bit chilly. However, there's also a sizable, slightly warmer children's pool area, which is absolutely fantastic.
