"Hostel was in a good location. However, the rooms were bad. I stayed in a 6 bed mixed room. Men in my room were sleeping with boxers and changing their clother inside the room. Don’t felt safe while sleeping. People were snoring. Bed barrier was not durable. Bed was shaking when someone turns one side to another. It was okay for 1 night."

"Super friendly and helpful staff, breakfast was good and buffet style, bed has curtains so plenty privacy - don’t forget to bring a padlock for your locker! Unfortunately, my experience was not very satisfying. The cleanliness was below average, and I really did not like that part. The location was not bad, but it was still a bit far from the main center, so it was not as convenient as I expected. Another issue was that they gave me the bed sheets and other items at check-in, and I had to put everything on the bed myself and remove it later. This felt like extra work for guests, and honestly, it did not seem like the most hygienic system either. The beds were also quite uncomfortable. The bunk beds were unstable – whenever I moved slightly on the top bunk, the whole bed would shake. It did not feel secure or comfortable. Overall, I was not very satisfied with my stay, and I would probably not choose this hostel again.

I had a lovely stay at Clarion Congress Hotel Bratislava. Even though it was quite cold outside, the welcome I received was warm and genuine, which immediately made me feel comfortable. The staff were friendly and provided pleasant, attentive service throughout my stay. The coffee machine in the room was a great touch, perfect for starting the day, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. The hotel’s location is also very convenient, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, a cozy and enjoyable experience—I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here for two nights in a dormitory room shared by 6 people. Inside the room there are locker facilities and an elevator. To enter the accommodation and the room, you must use an entry code. It’s very safe and privacy is well maintained. There is no reception area, everything is done online. There are bathroom and toilet facilities, as well as a shared kitchen area and laundry facilities. The lobby area can be used from 6 AM to 12 AM. Free wifi is available. The bedroom is very comfortable and equipped with privacy curtains. The atmosphere here is very quiet and comfortable, and the location is also very strategic and easily accessible by public transportation. Overall, good services.

Fabulous hotel, perfectly situated for the airport, rooms and bathroom are big, clean and have everything you need. Staff are helpful and polite. Breakfast was amazing.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station. It's about a 15-minute walk, and it's downhill from the station to the hotel. Alternatively, bus route 93 goes directly from the train station to an underpass right across from the hotel. The hotel is also only about 200-300 meters from the Old City Gate. The government building is directly opposite the hotel, and there's a casino next door. The hotel itself is very clean and well-equipped. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly. I arrived at 12:15 PM and was immediately checked in. The breakfast spread was excellent. If I had one minor critique, it would be that the stretch from the hotel to the Old City Gate feels a bit deserted, even with traffic, which might make solo female travelers feel uncomfortable walking at night, though I wouldn't say it's unsafe. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this hotel and will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

It was not bad, but it is unshameless to require 25€ per day for a 3kg dog. Have paid in higher quality hotels up to now only 10-15€ per day. Maybe the hotel manager should consider something for the future.

The lockers in the rooms don't have locks; you either need to bring your own or rent one at reception for an extra charge. Hairdryers are also available at reception for an additional fee. The restrooms were always available with soap and paper, and there was no issue with hot water. The key card for my room didn't work well: over four nights, I had to go to reception three times and run down from the third floor in my pajamas through the hostel.
