"The location is good near to the old town. It's just 15 mins walkind distance. There is a lift, so you can use the lift instead of walking the stairs with your luggages. The room was clean but have strong curry or Dhal smells. Maybe because of other roommates. Toilet and bathroom is clean as well. Each floor have 4of each. But the kitchen on each floor is small. Only can boil water in a kettle. U can use the basement kitchen, that one is bigger and with more equipment. There is a bar at the basement too. Love the outdoor hangout area but it's a smoking area too."

"Super friendly and helpful staff, breakfast was good and buffet style, bed has curtains so plenty privacy - don’t forget to bring a padlock for your locker! GGuest UserUnfortunately, my experience was not very satisfying. The cleanliness was below average, and I really did not like that part.
The location was not bad, but it was still a bit far from the main center, so it was not as convenient as I expected.
Another issue was that they gave me the bed sheets and other items at check-in, and I had to put everything on the bed myself and remove it later. This felt like extra work for guests, and honestly, it did not seem like the most hygienic system either.
The beds were also quite uncomfortable. The bunk beds were unstable – whenever I moved slightly on the top bunk, the whole bed would shake. It did not feel secure or comfortable.
Overall, I was not very satisfied with my stay, and I would probably not choose this hostel again.

BBrown bear 2026I had a lovely stay at Clarion Congress Hotel Bratislava. Even though it was quite cold outside, the welcome I received was warm and genuine, which immediately made me feel comfortable. The staff were friendly and provided pleasant, attentive service throughout my stay.
The coffee machine in the room was a great touch, perfect for starting the day, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. The hotel’s location is also very convenient, making it easy to explore the city.
Overall, a cozy and enjoyable experience—I would definitely stay here again.

IIAMLOCALGUIDESI stayed here for two nights in a dormitory room shared by 6 people. Inside the room there are locker facilities and an elevator. To enter the accommodation and the room, you must use an entry code. It’s very safe and privacy is well maintained.
There is no reception area, everything is done online. There are bathroom and toilet facilities, as well as a shared kitchen area and laundry facilities.
The lobby area can be used from 6 AM to 12 AM. Free wifi is available.
The bedroom is very comfortable and equipped with privacy curtains.
The atmosphere here is very quiet and comfortable, and the location is also very strategic and easily accessible by public transportation.
Overall, good services.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel was very clean, the room was spacious, and the location was excellent, within walking distance to tourist attractions. Although there were no toothbrushes or slippers, we had a comfortable stay with amenities like bottled water, instant coffee, tea bags, body lotion, and an iron. The reception staff were also very friendly and helpful, and they even allowed us to check in early when we arrived just before 1 PM. The only downside was that the air conditioning in the room was quite strong, and it remained cold even after turning it off. However, it wasn't an issue once we pulled up the covers, and I'd rather have it cold than hot.

GGuest UserIt was not bad, but it is unshameless to require 25€ per day for a 3kg dog. Have paid in higher quality hotels up to now only 10-15€ per day.
Maybe the hotel manager should consider something for the future.

GGuest UserThe hotel is not located in the very center of Bratislava, but it has very good transport accessibility. The railway station and the central bus station are nearby. The room was cozy, clean, and the design is modern. I had no complaints about the operation of electronic devices or plumbing. I would gladly give the hotel the highest score, but we were denied early check-in (we arrived outside the high tourist season, and I doubt that the hotel had no available rooms). Nevertheless, I recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserThe lockers in the rooms don't have locks; you either need to bring your own or rent one at reception for an extra charge. Hairdryers are also available at reception for an additional fee. The restrooms were always available with soap and paper, and there was no issue with hot water.
The key card for my room didn't work well: over four nights, I had to go to reception three times and run down from the third floor in my pajamas through the hostel.
