In general everything was great. We suggest to change mattress as both we and our friends had terrible back pain but this is of course just a preference and not everyone wants a hard mattress as we do. Apart from that we love it all in this hotel. Thankyou .

Experience difficulties when car plate number was not registered in the parking system. I have to inform front desk multiple time to get my rental car registered for the parking. After the third time informing the front desk, only then the registration was successful.

I recently stayed at this charming hotel, and overall, it was a delightful experience. The property is immaculately clean and well-maintained, though you can tell it has a bit of an old-world charm. The lack of telephones in the rooms added to the nostalgic vibe, making it feel like a bit of a ”bhul bhuliyaan” (labyrinth), but in a fun, quirky way. The hotel offers a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding. One of the highlights was the fantastic swimming pool, a great spot to take a dip and relax. The backyard, which was beautifully landscaped, provided a serene place to sit and enjoy the surroundings. What made it even more special was how close the backyard was to the beach—it was a short walk to the shore, and the beach views from the hotel were simply stunning. The views through the hotel were equally impressive, giving you glimpses of the ocean and natural beauty from various corners of the property. It’s the kind of place where you can just lose track of time, relax, and enjoy the beauty of the surroundings. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway with great views and a lovely atmosphere.

The room wasn’t what I expected for the price. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the water pressure in the bathroom for the shower was awful. We had a better shower in the indoor pool at the other hotel. Some of the staff we very friendly but others came across rude. Other than that the location was perfect

Breakfast can be, the actual needs of the stay, note the number of people per stay, parking, off the sea and estimated attractions are more convenient

The welcome during check-in needs to be reviewed. I didn't have breakfast, only dinner. A fruitless discussion began, and the receptionist actually noted that there was no breakfast, but only dinner... No one explained how the hotel worked, where the restaurant was for dinner, and I just asked what time it was. I felt out of place. I had two bags upon arrival, I struggled to get in, and no one was there to help... My English wasn't great, but I made the effort to communicate. On the other hand, the waiters in the evening restaurant were kind, pleasant, and attentive. Bravo! Check-out was much better, and they were understanding. Nothing to complain about. They always had a smile. The hotel is very clean, nothing to complain about.

We had a 3 day stay at the Harbour Hotel in Christchurch. We ate dinner there twice - once at ”The Upper Deck” and once at ”The Jetty”. Both meals were excellent: we had lovely tables, the food was great and the service made us feel special. The experience at breakfast was the same, with attentive service from all the staff and great food served on the open veranda. Although we were using the hotel as a base for our walks around the area, we also used the spa which was well maintained and had all the facilities you could want. We did have an issue with our assigned room which was not as ordered from Trip.com. Although the reception team reconfirmed they had allocated the room accurately based on what Trip.com had ordered for us, the Cherry the reception manager took it on herself to compensate us for the mismatch. From start to finish the service at The Harbour was outstanding. All the staff that served us in reception, the bar, the restaurants and the spa were helpful, efficient and friendly. Although our room was smaller than we'd ordered, it was well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. All in all, this was one of the nicest hotels we've stayed in, this in no small part due to the professionalism and caring attitude of the staff team. We will return !

The Swanage Grand Hotel is in a good location, 20㎞ from Bournemouth and 14㎞ from Bournemouth Railway Station. The hotel is on the hill and has a great view from the window.

We specifically booked this hotel for our anniversary and they decorated the bed with petals which was a nice touch. The hotel itself was very nice but the rooms were a bit outdated and the toilet was dirty. There were quite a few downsides which did ruin our short stay. We booked this hotel specifically for the spa facilities mainly the jacuzzi pool but this was out of order before we got there and we were not informed of this otherwise we would’ve booked elsewhere and it wasn’t fixed for our entire stay. Swimming pool was decent but not the cleanest as i felt dirt on pool floor. On our last night we ran out of water and my wife is pregnant so i went to the night porter and asked for a bottle of water which they provide complimentary daily but he said he couldn't give me one and he could sell one from the bar, which i found ridiculous. The room didnt have a fridge so we couldnt buy any water and keep it cool. Parking was £10 a day which I believe should be included in the stay. Hotel staff were friendly other than that but I would probably look elsewhere next time. For the price we paid I did expect a lot more from the hotel.
