Good for the price paid. Was allowed to check in a bit early. Room better than red roof. Towels could be newer. Bed sheets, pillow covers could be starch ironed. Deeper cleaning of the bathroom would be great. Internet didnt work well. Parking lot needs cleaning. Good hotel for the Detroit area.

Nice but expensive

Location is perfectly placed downtown Detroit, close to restaurants and the stadiums. Room was beautiful, spacious and large bathroom (stayed in a king suite). Valet service was professional and courteous (really liked that they have a bag drop in case you arrive prior to check in) My only downside was one of the employees at the front desk. The male was unhelpful and very rude. The females we spoke to during the evening and following morning were kind, courteous and VERY HELPFUL!

Pagi hotel adalah baik dan ia layan diri. Meja penyambut tetamu di sini juga sangat mengalu-alukan. Sangat mudah untuk menaiki teksi ke sekolah.

Quick check in and there is a shuttle to and from the airport. Location is near the airport and rental car locations. The beds were nice. The bathroom was a little dated, but still good for the money.

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was clean. The staff at the front desk is amazing. They are friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. I enjoy staying here and I would pick this hotel every time.

This hotel is a “Fair”field We just stayed. The hotel was good enough but nothing exceptional. The positives: it was easy to park and go in, the room was mostly clean but not totally, breakfast was ok, the staff were kind and helpful. The negatives: the air system was awful, our room was hot and muggy and we could get the air to ever properly ventilate and the windows are screwed shut, there was a pill on the floor which feels troubling in the hotel room, there was hair and dirty smudges on the wall of the shower, the sink drain was slow and I asked for it to be repaired and it wasn’t attended to. Also this hotel is constructed in a way where every door slam, foot fall and sound is audible. Mercifully people were quiet during our stay but we always knew when our upstairs neighbors were up and walking around their room. It’s a cheap hotel, it’s clean enough but you definitely get what you pay for.

Hotel sudah usang. Ejen Meja Penyambut Tamu boleh menggunakan beberapa latihan Perkhidmatan Pelanggan-sangat kering dan tidak dapat didekati. Hotel ini besar jadi bersedia untuk melakukan banyak berjalan. Kipas bilik mandi kuat dan bilik hanya mempunyai alat pembuat kopi yang terletak di atas peti sejuk mini. Saya akan mengatakan Restoran ini sangat baik. Sarapan percuma adalah baik. Kopi- tidak begitu banyak.

酒店在Bloomfield的主幹道旁邊，前台和清潔衛生等等服務員都很nice，去Somerset Mall 和 Wholefoods 都很近20分鐘左右。一樓早餐品質很高，但都需要單點。

We were in for 1 night stay for a wake/funeral. Booked 3 rooms. The price was right but the rooms need some serious updating and maintenance. Room 1 needed better cleaning (cobwebs, dirty floors). The lamps were garbage, the toilet paper roll holder fell off, ceiling in bathroom paint totally peeling. Room 2 ok with cleanliness, could do better on tub floor. Bathroom door handle falling off. Room 3 ok cleanliness but serious maintenance in this room. Lamps, bed frames, outside door all falling apart (peeling paint/veneer) the AC/Heater wall unit face falling off. All 3 rooms had similar issues. Balcony doors either didnt work or bad draft or dirty. The lobby was beautiful but they need to move up to the rooms and really upgrade. Thr front desk staff was GREAT. I also left my charger there, didnt realize till hrs later, went back and they found it. Thumbs up to staff and pricing, thumbs down to the room conditions. Disappointing because our usual choice of hotels is usually Quality Inns. Not much ”Quality” this time.

I stayed 4 nights at this Hampton Inn and although there were a couple minor issues, it deserves 5 stars. First of all the employees are all extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and the bed is probably the best I have ever slept in at a hotel. The location is great, not right on the expressway where you get too much noise but only maybe 3 minutes from I 75. Breakfast was better than most and an employee was always standing by to make sure nothing was running low. The only negatives were some noisy guests in the hallway one night at 10PM and again when they returned at about 4:30 AM. I've encountered this at other hotels and it is hard to blame the staff for this. Only other issue was a drainage problem with the shower/tub. This is my second stay at this location and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Upon walking into this hotel, we liked what we saw. The lobby area was nice and inviting.The room was nice and clean. We Loved having a fridge and a microwave. The ammenities were nice. The bed was very comfortable. We didn't use the pool or exercise area. We arrived later in the evening and checked out before breakfast even began. Can I just say tho......AMBER! She was absolutely amazing. She greeted us with a smile and a great attitude which we needed after what we had gone thru at our previous hotel. What a breath of fresh air. We chatted on and on while we checked in. I cannot say enough about how wonderful she was. When we had come down to the lobby shortly after checking in she was mopping the floor and I must say she was happily doing it. She always had a smile on her face. Hotels need more GSA like her. You have a real gem on your hands there. We just loved her.

A relief after our horrible experience elsewhere, Mark was a ray of sunshine helping to get us into a room on a very short notice and saved us from a 5 hour trip home and missing our son’s collegiate event on Sunday, room was outstanding and pillows were great, enough to snap a picture to find ones for home. Breakfast had options for everyone and it was probably one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. I will definitely book here again when we are in the area.

Location: Easily accessible from 75, easy to find and right in the downtown area. Access to the People Mover from Millinder Center or RenCen. Check in was a breeze, we were able to check in 5 hours early! Friendly, accommodating staff. Everyone we encountered smiled and greeted us. Valet: Great amenity but they will adjust everything in your vehicle. The seat, steering wheel, mirrors, etc. My husband was always having to readjust his setting. They turned out vehicle off of eco mode, changed the radio stations, and temp settings. Odd, considering you’re only driving 30 seconds. Was upset to find what was listed on the site was not true when we arrived. The listing states a shower and tub combo, there was no tub. Went down to utilize the pool and whirlpool, but was let down again. The photos show a beautiful setting, it’s not true. The pool was smaller and the look isn’t the same. The whirlpool was drained save for 1ft of green, dirty water. We really wanted to soak in hot water after hiking Belle Isle all day. If you do opt to swim, watch your surroundings. While there, there were kids swimming and two young women in the pool. There were staff above watching from a glass wall. Be aware that housekeeping will not come and clean your room. This wasn’t a big deal, I travel for dance and am aware that that is now the norm. Housekeeping did stop by the first morning to see if we needed any fresh linens. We did take our own trash out each day as the cans are very small. Overall, would stay here again. We usually stay at the RenCen but wanted something different to try. Location and staff were great at the hotel.

Satu dalam pengalaman seumur hidup !! Sangat menyukai gelanggang di mana anda boleh bermain beg dan melepak, di luar. Tempat yang sangat bagus! Suka! Tidak sabar-sabar untuk kembali tidak lama lagi!

Very clean hotel, and within close proximity to The Magestic Theater. With it being a ******, no kids are allowed, which I appreciate. I also appreciate the attached parking garage. Would definitely stay here again.

酒店非常小，但是很有特色

This place is a total dump. Well located but the room was disgusting. Trash in the drawers and the carpet was sticky. Smelled like death. On the plus side, plenty of hot water.

Very nice staff. Great location. I would stay there again. Walking distance to many good restaurants.
