Very comfortable room, equipped with a kitchen, the layout is very reasonable, but it's a pity that I couldn't experience the feeling of the fireplace in winter. However, there is an extra charge for lighting a fire in the fireplace, and the laundry service is charged but self-service, and I was not able to use it successfully. The location of the hotel is very convenient for walking around the center and climbing up the hill to watch the sunset. It is worth recommending. However, the breakfast is really very, very average, but it is included in it, otherwise it is very comfortable to make breakfast in the room by yourself

Everything was great. My husband and I spent 2 nights during their slow season. Hotel was clean, room was great, and staff was extremely helpful and attentive to our needs.
At the time of our visit, the outdoor fire pit was under construction and the off site gondolas were closed for repairs, but the staff encouraged us to explore the village on hikes and gave of recommendations for other activities nearby.
I also lost a necklace and although I never found it, the hotel staff was empathetic and made every effort to locate it and communicated effectively with me.

The room is spacious and bright, the facilities are clean and sanitary, the front desk staff are smiling and very friendly. The hotel is located in the center of the town with a beautiful environment. It is a hotel worth recommending.

The room is small and stuffy, humid and not ventilated, and there is no service 😂
I can't enter less than 4pm. I was locked outside the door an hour early. I couldn't enter the hotel lobby. I was forced to wait until 4pm.

This is a resort hotel built along the lake only 3 kilometers away from Cuihu Villa. It is full of solid wood structure, good room hygiene, stoves and tableware, convenient for cooking. The room is facing the autumn scenery. During the stay, customers can rent water amusement facilities such as canoees and pedals for free. The family has a great time. There were small problems during the stay: after the check-in, the hotel said that our order could not be found. After the coordination of Trip.com customer service, the problem was dealt with. Thank you very much for the enthusiastic service of Trip.com , like it! ! !

It is a five-minute drive from Mont Tremblant Lake and there is a beautiful lake on the edge of the hotel. The old lady at the front desk is very good and the breakfast is good. The ideal place to stay.

Wow what a beautiful place. Very clean and with a beautiful view. Many things accessible by foot, the only small hike in my opinion, is the pool that closes at 19:00.

Pls note we went to this Hotel for a long weekend gateway with another couple. The check in process was easy and friendly. On our way to our rooms we noticed the corridors could have used some vacuuming, not a great first impression. Our room smelled musty and could do either an update, there was no safe in the room so we carried our valuables with us. The bathroom towels looked really uninviting in a greyish hue that once was white. The hard mini container shower gel was impossible to get out. The grounds and outdoor facilities were great, we used the pool and the Kayak on the lake. We also had a wedding party next door that kept us up till the wee hours, not very considerate at all.

Come over for an hour in the city center, the paradise is located, the room is clean, the linen is clean, and the meal service is excellent. Walking in the hotel's garden, the magnificent North America and exquisite gardening are perfect combination.

Unfortunately, the bed was bit too soft for my taste and it had a cavity pulling me towards its centre making hard to sleep.

LLittle⭐️The room was quite clean and the front desk brother was very good! When it arrived, the laundry room was closed too late, and the brother gave me the key to wash clothes. The surrounding area is very convenient, less than a minute walk is the net red restaurant and breakfast shop

GGuest UserThe hotel rooms are spacious and comfortable, and some kitchen equipment can meet the daily needs of the family. The hot springs are very comfortable, and the breakfast and dinner in the restaurant are rich and delicious. However, the only drawback is that there are not many entertainment facilities around, and the service is a bit chaotic when there are many guests in the restaurant, resulting in mistakes in serving dishes. Hope it will be improved!

GGuest UserWe loved the Manoir Richelieu. The room was very clean, the furniture is very nice, the bed very comfortable. The room was on the river side and the view was outstanding. The hotel in general is very nice. The employees are very professional and very kind. The outdoor and indoor pools are heated and the place is very well landscaped and the sun loungers are very comfortable. We will definitely go back. I am a more than satisfied customer and thank you to Trip.com for the great price.
