周邊道路在施工，出個門七繞八繞。但酒店內部很好，乾淨舒適，還可以免費游泳、泡溫泉。半層樓的行李專用升降梯太差了，開個門費死勁，要碰運氣才能打開。

I did not receive a checkout receipt of the stay in spite of many phone calls and assurances it would be done.
The property did provide a room with a walk in shower helpful for my wife's needs.
The room was good. The morning breakfast was marginal.

Wow quelle belle place. Très propre et avec une vue magnifique. Beaucoup de chose accessible à pied, le seul petit hic à mon avis, est la piscine qui ferme à 19h00.

Hotel was a Dream for our daughters and us.
We stayed only one night during trip through Quebec, but we appreciate access to the beach and pool.
Our room was really big and bed confortable. Not far from the City Center

This is a wonderful hotel far from the city. I love the large room, free parking, lovely restaurant and relaxing spa. Perfect place to stay for a vacation. Just a few things - there are no food at late nights, even if you check on UberEats. Sleep earlier and wake up earlier. It would be better if they could change the bed and pillows - they are not really comfy so I couldn’t sleep well. With this price? No complaints though.

SSelinda NgaiThey fulfilled majority of our requests, like providing a baby crib and an electric kettle but they placed to a wrong room. Also, the rooms are not close to each other, one was on G/F and the other room was on 1/F. The receptionist was nice but he could not speak English and told us no baby crib and no kettle! He checked the system there was an empty room next next to room 18, but it was still occupied. I doubt the accuracy of the hotel reservation system!
We finally kept the original two rooms on G/F and 1/F. We did not use the baby crib as it was on the 1/F and we didn't want to move or ask service man to move (it seems that limited manpower in the hotel).
Anyway, the view was very good and we enjoyed the sunrise early in the morning.
Finally, I need to point out that the location of the power plugs inside the room was poor. They provided us a kettle but it was not user friendly with the power source. You can see the picture below.
However, the food in the restaurant was excellent. We enjoyed a dinner and a breakfast there. The staff were very nice and helpful.

In Tadoussac, parking is often difficult to find. The owner emailed us to let us know we could park there even before check-in. We arrived at 11am, and were planning on parking there until we could register, but our room was already available. After reading some of the reviews, we were expecting a very basic room. What we got was anything but basic. The room had a good sized refrigerator and a coffee maker, along with a nice sized table and chairs. The real bonus was the wall-mount for the television - it could be pulled out and turned so you could watch TV from the table, ideal for eating in. The map we got from the owner with some of the hikes and best stops of the area was also greatly appreciated. The only issue was the noise from the upstairs room when they were running water. Otherwise, it was a very pleasant stay and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

We had a great experience at the Manoir Richelieu Hotel. A historical site where old meets new! The site is well kept while maintaining a historical vibe to it. Clean hotel, staff very friendly and wants to help to allow you to live a memorable experience. They go out of their way! Food at the hotel was very good , the restaurant was a 5* experience! Pool, spa, sauna , gym, game room, cinema, sports equipment offered, forest trails, skating rings outdoor, singer on weekend nights were all great experiences and we would go back anytime! :) it was definitely a beautiful discovery! The only problem was a miscommunication between trip.com and the hotel as trip.com states the breakfast is 15$ on site . It is not the case but they ended up honouring it when I showed them my detailed reservation information.

The place is gorgeous and very cozy. However we were very dissapointed in the spa. The sauna doesn’t get hot enough and there is no cold bath. We also were hoping to find a little gym to get a workout in during our stay. The beach and its activities are fantastic. Overall we found the place to be overpriced/overated for what it offers. We give it a 7/10. We are happy we experienced it but we wouldn’t go back.

KKellyImA good stop for a one-night rest on the way from Gaspésie to Montreal. The room is small but clean and well organized, and I especially liked the table by the window. However, the bathroom was less comfortable—it has a very small window, no proper ventilation, and is located right next to the bed, which made it a bit unpleasant.

SSimonWell located (amazing view of Lake Témiscouata, see photo), very friendly and helpful owner, exceptionally clean, freshly renovated, choice of pillows for every taste, reasonable price. Unfortunately, the bed was bit too soft for my taste and it had a cavity pulling me towards its centre making hard to sleep.

Great lakeside hotel. Very quiet even though it’s right beside the main road. All lake activity equipment are available for free. Too bad the weather was too cold to do anything when we stayed. Great hotel for families with kids.
