Good Winter 2025 holidays with good hotel, cleanliness, good bedding *we slept deeply and soundly * all heater works well superb good Rm5005 ( no windows with round tub), giving thanks to the most friendliest staff to Pretty Miss Liu and the gentle lady during our first day 11/12 on duty! Keep up your service! They are always so welcoming and helpful to assist esp. our food delivery ( that need a local number) she even use her rewards point for our ordering! So thoughtful and kind! We will visit dalian bcos of *刘小姐* good memorable service! Yummy b1st from hotel good setting too. Travel anywhere with didi are so convenient, good location with residential turn out so homely. We had free costume dressing from hotel, gdscent capsule laundry and my baby girl experienced her first snow in dalian too 13/12! We love snowy in Dalian! Facilities: A bit dated, with small cracks on the cabinet above the mini-fridge and some wall areas, as shown in the last two photos. Overall, it's nothing major and doesn't affect the stay; considering it's a hotel over ten years old, one shouldn't be too demanding. The hotel's facilities are generally complete, with standard luxury hotel amenities. The breakfast is decent; it offers more variety than some Westins but less than some Marriotts. However, the quality is good, especially the desserts which are delicious, and there's a wide selection of juices and milk. Some Marriott hotels even offer a full Cantonese dim sum spread, whereas here there are only a few hot dishes, making the variety seem limited, but the taste is excellent. The potatoes in the pork rib stew are very fragrant, and the boiled shrimp are quite large. All the fruits weren't sweet enough; the fruit quality could be improved. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. Environment: A landmark building in Dalian, nestled against the mountain and overlooking the sea – definitely worth a visit. It's even more stunning for photos at night. It's about a 10 to 15-minute walk downhill, and a bit far from the subway station, but it's away from the city's hustle and bustle, and getting a taxi is very convenient. There's a sky garden on the 5th floor, and the lobby is magnificent; any photo taken there looks great. Service: Thoughtful and attentive. Someone helps open car doors and handle luggage upon arrival. There's a dedicated butler service that tries its best to accommodate reasonable guest requests. The mini-bar requires extra payment, but a welcome fruit platter and dessert were provided, along with a large bottle of homemade beer. This hotel's beer isn't available online, but it's genuinely delicious.

The location is average, but as a new hotel in the same price range, its advantages are obvious. The bathroom shower is very comfortable; it's great to take a hot shower after returning from the beach. It also comes with charging cables and USB charging ports, smart control, and a large TV that can screen mirror. The room was exceptionally warm, definitely exceeding expectations, offering great value for money! The relative downside is that daily cleaning wasn't very thorough; sometimes mineral water wasn't replenished, and the bed was only made without a detailed cleaning. However, the front desk was always responsive to requests. Water and takeout could even be delivered to the room by a robot, so that was acceptable. Also, the vanity mirror was stuck to the wall and kept falling off. Finally, regarding the key card for electricity: it seems you must use the room key card here; a regular card won't work. In that case, I'd suggest the hotel proactively provides multiple room cards when multiple guests are checking in.

The hotel service is very good. The location is close to the Yalu River. There are many restaurants around. The tunnel is also very good. I will continue to stay in this hotel next time I go on a business trip. I like it very much and it is very quiet.

The hotel is very close to the seaside, just a minute or two walk away. The decoration inside the hotel makes people feel particularly comfortable, with reasonable layout and practical placement of items. It feels like the decoration design is very thoughtful. I heard that there were no vacancies when we booked a suite. The big bed we booked was also very good. This hotel was the most comfortable hotel to stay in during this trip. In addition, the breakfast here is also very rich, and the service staff are also very good. I will definitely come again next time. grateful

If you're coming to Dalian, you have to book a hotel by the sea! This guesthouse is right in Xinghai Square, facing the ocean, yet it's quiet and peaceful. The environment is really relaxing, living up to its name, 'Elegant and Stylish'. The guesthouse has six floors. We booked a twin room on the second floor, and the view was already great; I'm sure the rooms on the higher floors are even better! There's an observation deck on the sixth floor, perfect for taking photos of the seascape during the day 🏖️ and the beautiful lights at night 🌉. The room was very clean and tidy 🛏️, without excessive decoration, which actually made it feel more relaxing. It was very spacious; a double bed could easily accommodate three people. The amenities were complete, and the hot water was excellent 🚿. The owner provided excellent service, including afternoon tea. They thoughtfully recommended nearby attractions and delicious food 👍🏻. The breakfast was abundant and very healthy, which I loved! For the off-season, the price wasn't expensive at all. It was a wonderful stay!

Our stay was incredibly satisfying. The hotel contacted us a day before check-in to confirm our travel plans and even prepared a thoughtful setup with wine for us. From check-in to check-out, the staff's service was consistently warm, professional, and responsive. A big thank you to front desk staff Kailey and Ricky, and to Crystal, the Front Office Manager. My girlfriend said Crystal's daily greetings made us feel a sense of belonging in a place over 2,000 kilometers away from home. Yesterday, we happened to catch the room next door being cleaned. My girlfriend was very curious about the layout of that room, so she asked the housekeeping staff if we could take a look. The housekeeping attendant was very friendly and generously showed us what the views were like from the other side of the hotel. A special thanks to Shenghong from housekeeping. We are really looking forward to staying at the Grand Hyatt again on our next vacation. While the views are shared by the city, it's your service that truly makes the Grand Hyatt stand out.

The main reason for coming here is that the hotel is five-star and the conditions are quite good. There are two other reasons, one is the hot springs and the other is to see the sea. In fact, with the gradual completion of the construction of the seaside, this sea is no longer beautiful. At a glance, it is not an endless sea, but more breakwaters. I feel sorry for the hotel. When I first came to this hotel, it was really good, very good, but now I feel a little sorry. But it is worth mentioning that the hotel has a gym, swimming pool, lounge, jade plate hot kang, which is very good, and there are free breakfasts for two. The hot springs can be circulated, and you can rest after soaking, and then go again. The bathtub in the room is very large, and you can also take a bath, which is very worthwhile.

Really wonderful service. The manager was so wonderful, she even added our wechat so we had direct communication with her. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The place was super clean. we had our own hot spring in our villa, it was easy to use and so relaxing. The resort itself was lovely . Will definitely go back for another staycation
