I spent a weekend here, and it was a great experience! My apartment was absolutely fantastic, offering breathtaking views from the 42nd floor. Waking up to that sea view every morning was truly a highlight of my stay. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax after a long day. The facilities and services provided by the hotel are top‑notch. The hotel staff are helpful and professional. I am glad I chose this hotel for my trip! I genuinely enjoyed every moment spent there. My stay at Hilton Yantai Golden Coast was fantastic! Winnie at the front desk was so friendly and efficient with the check-in process, and she patiently answered all my questions. The room offered a superb ocean view, with floor-to-ceiling windows directly overlooking the sea – watching the sunset in the evening was incredibly therapeutic. The breakfast buffet had a rich variety of options, with both Chinese and Western dishes available, and the local specialties were delicious. I was very satisfied with the food. The hotel is very close to the beach, making it convenient for walks. The overall environment is clean and quiet, ensuring a comfortable stay. It's an excellent choice for a vacation in Yantai.

This European-castle-style resort hotel, nestled on Aoshan Bay in Jimo, Qingdao, offers an exceptional overall experience. It's great value for money and perfectly suited for family vacations with kids, as well as leisure and wellness retreats. 1. Location and Views The hotel is about 50 kilometers from downtown Qingdao. While it's relatively remote, this distance from the city's hustle and bustle ensures a wonderful sense of tranquility. It's right next to Aoshan Bay's kilometer-long golden beach, with direct access downstairs. The sea views are outstanding, and some sea-view rooms boast a panoramic 270-degree vista, perfect for enjoying the ocean and taking photos. The hotel itself features a Mediterranean European style, with an exterior resembling a dream castle and a grand, elegantly decorated lobby. Next to the hotel, there are numerous indoor and outdoor hot springs with crystal-clear water, ideal for a relaxing soak.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, directly across from MixC mall. It's a mere 3-5 minute walk to May Fourth Square and the seaside boardwalk. Olympic Sailing Center, Hisense Plaza, and the Third Bathing Beach are all just a 10-minute taxi ride away. The subway station is right outside, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. I loved the Westin Heavenly Bed, the spacious room, the White Tea scented toiletries, and the well-designed bathroom with a separate wet and dry area. I was extremely satisfied with my stay during this Qingdao trip! 👍

The hotel is right next to May Fourth Square, just a 10-minute walk away! The room is very spacious, a suite with two bathrooms. The bedroom's bathroom has a separate shower and bathtub, and the ocean view outside is also beautiful! The cleaning lady for the room was exceptionally good, always replenishing mineral water and juice promptly every day. The front desk service was also excellent; sometimes when we returned late and couldn't find a parking spot, they would proactively come to the main entrance to direct and help us find one! Overall, next time I visit Qingdao, this hotel will definitely be on my list!

The positive attitude and service performance of the staff ranging from front desk, concierge/security to breakfast restaurant and house keeping is excellent. The classic hotel personal service with a modern twist makes the stay a memorable experience. On my check-in, Ms Xiao Jiao and Ms Xiao Cong gave me and explained briefly the leaflet on the hotel’s suggested tourist attractions in Yantai. They also enthusiastically exchanged small RMB notes with me. They also gave me a piece of mooncake of my choice (and during my check-out too). The restaurant staff is attentive, replenishing food and drinks and attending to requests promptly. Due to my lack of command of Mandarin and accent, the chef cooked the wanton instead of the mackerel dumplings for me, he immediately served me the dumplings when he realised the miscommunication. The next morning, after serving me the mackerel dumplings, he, I think, recognised me, suggested I could add soup and condiments to the dumplings. I find their fleshly cooked dumplings are even better than the dumplings from the most famous dumplings restaurant in Yantai. The concierge staff on 2 days helped me book taxi using her phone app, paying in advance on my behalf as booking via internet cannot be settled in cash. The concierge/front desk lent me umbrella without question. After a delayed and tiring flight, Mr Xiao Gao brought me to my room and explained the mechanics of the switches in the room. There was a hand-written welcome note from Ms Liu, with 2 cups of white fungus/goji drink beside it. The drink together with the note and fruits in the room, not only soothed my dry throat but also lifted the mood. House keeping provided fruits, white fungus/goji drink and dried chrysanthemum/rose flowers (to prepare for drinking) and 4 bottles (500 ml) of water daily, with up to 14 bottles at the lift lobby on my floor, and guests can also request house keeping for more bottles. On my check out day, during my breakfast, they left at the door handle, a bag of goodies, fruits and bottles of water and souvenirs (4 key chains with various types of sea shells), together with a hand-written farewell/bon voyage note from Ms Liu. Well done The Center Hotel staff, you are a pride to the hotel, the hospitality industry and Yantai!

The female staff members I encountered at this hotel were all wonderful. When I booked a tent, I was told the beach would be shady in the afternoon, but I actually needed the tent more in the morning. They were very helpful and changed my reservation to the morning. When checking in, they noticed I had a small baby and proactively asked if I could wait a few hours to get a room upgrade to a sea-view room. Since I was going to Mount Laoshan that day, I checked in in the evening and was upgraded directly to a sea-view room. Many thanks to the front desk staff who checked me in and the staff who helped me book the tent. The room was also cleaned very well every day.

This hotel is right by the sea, which makes getting around incredibly convenient. You're just a few steps away from seeing the ocean, and there are tons of restaurants nearby. The room was absolutely huge, and the price was very reasonable. Shandong people are so generous! Next time I'm in Qingdao, I'm definitely staying here again. Highly recommended!

For the past few summers, whenever I travel with my child, we've stayed at a Crowne Plaza. The Crowne Plaza Qingdao is in a great location. While the facilities might be a bit older, the cleanliness and service are consistently excellent. What's more, the price was half of what I paid last October in Xiamen. During my stay, I received a handwritten note from Ms. Liu Fengci from the service team. Even if it's part of her routine, it still brought a warm feeling to my heart as a guest. And then there's Ms. Yu Fei from customer service, who proactively called to check on our needs during our stay. The hotel truly demonstrates the soft power of an established brand. This time, I could genuinely feel they valued and looked forward to guest feedback on their work. I rarely write reviews, but this time I felt compelled to leave my thoughts.

The living room in the apartment is incredibly spacious! Even though it's not a sea-view room, the night view is stunning. The bedroom is super comfortable and quiet, and they even provided complimentary fruits upon arrival! There's an ample supply of Nongfu Spring mineral water, and the daily cleaning service is very prompt. The front desk staff are excellent and respond quickly to any issues. They even have robots to deliver food and medicine. The MixC mall is just a 10-minute walk away, it's a huge shopping center with everything you could possibly need! It's also connected to the subway, making the location truly unbeatable. I highly recommend everyone to stay here! I've seen many foreigners staying here, from Korea, Russia, and Japan, with lots of golf bags at the front desk.
