Beautiful ocean view and lovely room, I really enjoyed my few days of sunsets and mornings here! Not the cleanest room or newest building, but everything works and it's amazing for the price. The smart home voice feature for lights and curtains was so useful. Deposit required at check-in. The staff is very responsive and helpful, after notifying them about a broken screen in the room they already dispatched people to help fix it within minutes. I had zero issues with takeout being delivered to the room which made breakfast and meals easy. I came to Weihai for the snowy beach but the weather was disappointingly good lol. However it was a relaxing staycation because of this homestay and I'm so glad I decided to choose this place in the end!!

It was a very satisfying stay overall. The staff were friendly and responded quickly whenever I needed assistance. Thanks to Liu and Ding, I was able to stay very comfortably. I really appreciate their help. Location – The location is very convenient. It’s within about a 10-minute walk to Wanxiangcheng and around 5 minutes to May Fourth Square. It was also easy to catch a taxi right in front of the hotel. Room – The room was spacious and apartment-style, which makes it a great option for stays longer than one night. It was clean, and the slippers were replaced daily. The refrigerator was large, and having a separate living room makes it especially suitable for families. The only minor downside was that the bathroom shower head was quite small and a bit inconvenient to use. I brought a portable shower head, which worked well for me. And the hair dryier was not that good. Overall, it was a very satisfying place to stay. I had a great experience.

This is an absolute gem among all the hotels I've stayed in over 15 years of traveling across 40 countries. The design of the rooms, corridors, and common areas is stunning and truly unique. There’s an arcade machine in the room with Nintendo games from my childhood… It feels like the hotel owner's personal signature style - and it's the most amazing highlight of this place! A special afternoon tea with fantastic cookies is a wonderful service. Breakfast is usually a buffet, as far as I understand, but on the day of my stay, there was no buffet, and breakfast was served individually for each guest. Still, it was very good and filling. The location is excellent - right next to the bus station. That means you can check in immediately after arriving from the airport by airport bus, or leave your luggage if you arrive early. Getting anywhere in the city is also easy, quick and cheap by local buses. The room was very comfortable: quiet and very warm (I stayed during the cold season), exceptionally clean, with a great bathroom, and everything was in perfect condition. The bed was very comfortable with amazingly soft pillows worthy of a high-end hotel - and they even provide several pillows with different levels of softness! The staff's attitude toward guests is excellent: I'm a light sleeper, and quietness is important to me, but in Asia this is often a problem even in expensive hotels. So when booking, I requested a quiet room on a high floor and away from the elevator - and my wishes were fulfilled perfectly. And for all of this, the price is simply incredible. This hotel is worth traveling to Yantai just to stay here! Overall, it's a masterpiece. The only places I've seen that are better are classic five-star hotels, but even they don't have such outstanding interior design and arcade machines. 😊 And if you were born in the 1980s, you absolutely have to stay at this hotel to play the games of your childhood on a real arcade machine right in your room. 😊

這次來威海蔘加千里山海40公里越野賽，盲選的山海雲汀酒店直接超出預期，住完必須給全五星滿分好評！ 作為參賽跑者，這家酒店的位置真的是無可挑剔的核心優勢！下樓步行3分鐘就到半月灣海水浴場——也就是本次比賽的起點，賽前不用早起趕車、不用擠通勤，賽前踩線、領物後回酒店休整都巨方便，完賽回來也能第一時間回房放鬆，對越野跑選手簡直是量身定製的友好，徹底解決了賽事日的通勤焦慮！ 我入住的是聽濤大床房，雖然房間不是海景房，沒法在房內看海看日出，但酒店的位置完全彌補了這一點！下樓幾步路就到半月灣沙灘，是威海看海上日出的黃金點位，我賽前晨跑踩賽道那天，清晨從酒店出門，幾十秒就到沙灘，看完日出初露直接開跑往貓頭山，全程絲滑不折騰，體驗感直接拉滿。 再説説房間本身，聽濤大床房的體驗感完全超出了這個價位的預期。房間空間寬敞不侷促，裝修簡約乾淨，床品軟硬適中，賽前一晚睡得特別踏實，完全沒有陌生床品的不適感，給第二天的比賽攢足了精力。全屋智能設施用着很順手，乾濕分離的衞生間打掃得一塵不染，洗漱用品、毛巾浴巾都很乾凈，冰箱裏還備了免費飲用水，各種細節都做得很到位。房間隔音效果也很好，晚上安安靜靜的，完全不影響賽前休息，住得特別舒心。 酒店的服務也特別加分，前台工作人員全程態度温和熱情，入住和退房都辦理得特別高效，有任何問題諮詢都能耐心迴應，全程沒有任何拖沓和敷衍，給人一種很舒服的賓至如歸的感覺。 最關鍵的是性價比！坐擁半月灣核心地段，離賽事起點、網紅打卡點都這麼近，房間設施和服務都在線，價格卻特別親民，實打實的物美價廉，同價位裏絕對是天花板級別的選擇。 不管是來威海蔘加千里山海越野賽還是來威海度假看海、追日出的朋友，這家酒店都可以閉眼沖！位置、服務、性價比全在線，下次再來威海，我一定還選山海雲汀！

這次入住體驗非常滿意，必須認真寫個好評。 首先要特別感謝殷志勇廚師長！我出海釣到了幾條石斑魚，正愁沒辦法加工帶走，殷廚師長二話不説，主動幫我精心烹飪成了魚湯。那味道真是絕了，魚肉嫩滑，魚湯奶白鮮美，比自己做的強太多了，而且完全是無償服務，這份熱心實在難得。 其次要感謝李仁仁經理，是他幫忙聯繫協調，才讓我順利解決了這個難題，服務非常周到。 還要感謝袁國斌管家，從入住到離店，全程都很細心，問什麼都能及時迴應，讓人住得很踏實。 説實話，出門在外能遇到這樣真心實意為客人着想的酒店員工，真的很難得

This is my 3rd stay at the hotel. Unfortunately I was disappointed with dinner. Firstly, 3 people arrived with the wrong meal and I had to call one person back. He returned back promptly with the right tray and food. The fishnchips was warm - fine, but the burger and fries were cold. I ate everything without complaint because I was hungry. The icecream had also melted, and looked flattened by something being placed on top of it - there was no spoon, so I slurped the icecream in the glass it came in. Disappointing.

Easily the best hotel we stayed at. It was more affordable than anything we found in Beijing or Shanghai and better in every way. The service was exceptional, and everything was spotless. We received individually packaged fresh towels every single day, which really stood out. The room itself was incredible: spacious, with a queen-size bed and a fantastic view. The location couldn’t be better; right next to a large shopping mall and just steps from two metro stations. The hotel also has a bakery and restaurant downstairs, which was super convenient. I honestly can’t recommend this place enough.
