All over good but, restaurant food is not very nice and have not get the room which i booked online . I have payed for balcony room which have a sea view as well but ended up staying in a normal delux room. Washroom doesn’t have good supply of water.

Disappointed with the pool , dirty, no cups available for water, locks broken on doors . Floor slimmy.
Room ok but dusty at the bottom of the tea station, fan not working in bathroom,
Breakfast was terrible, orange juice was really watery and tasteless , plates too hot and no serviettes provided to hold , cereals were ok , no pastries very poor selection for the price , bread was cheap and soggy and when toasted burnt...yuk ! Too much pepper on the tomatoes , baked beans cheap and nasty , sausages were nice, bacon horrible and cooked in clumps so some were under cooked and some extremely crispy and salty.
For the price of £17 a head , I think the breakfast was 1/5. lady staff member was very nice, polite and helpful 5/5.
Sorry to say but we won't be back 😞

Situated on the seafront short walk into the town centre. Many restaurants and pubs nearby. Decent sized rooms and nice breakfast. Dog friendly. Paid parking next door. Old fashioned bathroom with weak shower. Some confusion at the front desk where they tried to make me pay for a pre paid room.

Great hotel with a great location overall and the staff are mostly friendly. While the noise insulation is extremely horrible you could hear kid shouting just next to your room( I bet the whole family got bad etiquettes ), i thought the hotel reception is still trying to solve it somehow showing responsibility.
Newly built hotel with loads refurbished and polished amenities such as the coach, fridge… The balcony provides some amazing views of the promenade along the sealine
Not bad in conclude.

Booked to stay here over half term with my daughter for a couple of nights - had a cosy room which was just right for the two of us.
Front reception staff were really kind and helpful.
Breakfast was lovely - the lady there was so nice and although was busy as she was on her own, she was always smiling.
We dined in the restaurant one of the evenings - food was delicious but the heating wasn’t working on that floor so the whole room was cold. Bar / restaurant staff were really nice.
Overall, we had a lovely stay and we would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

It was a very lovely experience to stay in this hotel- meticulously clean and it has good ambiance.Most of the staff are all amazing and accommodating. I would like to extend my gratitude to Jingy Evan’s who done extra mile in terms of good hospitality etiquette. I will highly recommend this hotel and definitely staying again if I visit Folkestone.

This was a three night ‘escape’ to explore a completely new area. Broadstairs is a lovely small old fashioned resort with bracing walks, friendly people, some lovely eateries and many places to sit and watch the world go by.
Artfuls was a perfect base. Small and friendly, it is ideally located near the seafront, promenade and town centre.
The staff were all absolutely lovely, extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area and good places to eat.
Our room was quirky but comfortable with everything we needed. Breakfasts were excellent and unhurried. There was easy parking nearby.
I readily recommend Artfuls to any couples wishing to enjoy a relaxed break in a lovely place.

San Clu Hotel is a very nice cost line hotel nearby all windows have a TV view to the sea except from the back side of the building.
There is parking spaces outside front side and the back of the hotel. No parking restrictions.
Walking distance the park and shore.
Makes it altogether a perfect place for any summer holiday! Staff are very very helpful and always are happy to help!

AAkki_M13Overall the hotel was pretty decent. Good location and great views fron the room. But you know the building is a but old one some dont expect 5star model. You want some thing vintage and good you are in the right place. I loved it . And the staff was so lovely and friendly. I will suggest this one.

GGuest UserI stayed a couple of nights over weekend , room was large with a double bed and a single , clean with tv and coffee and tea . Bathroom was clean , had bath with overhead shower . Room on main road but wasn’t too noisy , space for vehicle parking at the front and around side of building Saturday night they had a marquee up in the grounds and quite loud music but went off at eleven so didnt disturb my sleep. Bar looked nice and dinning area and tge food smelled nice but I was there for friends barbecue so didnt eat there , would definitely stay there again .

AAkki_M13One of the best hotels i have stayed in. Best whrn it comes to location and cleanliness. Eventhough they have a shared toilet and shower, the way they kept it clean will amaze you. One of the best in the location.
They were very friendly and cool. Actually last check in time is 10pm and when we asked them if we can do it before 12am they said okay and a guy was waiting for us in the reception as we reached around 11pm beacuse we were hiking from dover all the way. These people are so cool. And dont forget to try their breakfast. It tasted soooo good.🥰🤘🏾

MMG from SurreyI used Hilton's a lot on business in the past & Dover lived up to my high expectations. Booked 3 twin rooms for 3 nights for a reunion. Very happy with our stay & will book again. Friendly, attentive staff. Spotlessly clean rooms & bathrooms. Some of the comfiest beds we've slept in. A few issues with (cold) breakfast (resolved) & a great selection. Some of our party enjoyed the sauna. One downside - the single lift is very small & slow creating a bottleneck.

CCGEThe Marine Hotel in Had provided me with the best sea view, offering a peaceful and picturesque stay. The friendly hotel staff added to the pleasant experience, and the breakfast was enjoyable.
However, the way to my room was a bit unconventional, with a maze of staircases leading up to it – a memorable and amusing aspect of the hotel stay. Despite the quirky path to the room, the stunning sea view and welcoming staff made for a delightful and memorable stay at The Marine Hotel.

I arrived and was welcomed at reception by Chloe.She was amazing,happy,welcoming,chatty,down to Earth which was brilliant.The residents bar was lovely and quaint.Yes its an old style hotel but I love the old style seafront hotels,the decor in my room was abit too much(covered in parrots haha) but that was minor. The room itself was spacious for me,had everything it needed,was perfect for my stay. The bar they have in the basement,well what a night that was. Being served by Connor,and joining my new American friends who also stayed at the hotel,we had an absolute ball. Few too many but lovely cocktails and happy hour,I will say it was a hit aha. I don't have any faults at all with this hotel,it's cheap,cheerful and is perfect where it is overlooking the sea.No curfew coming in,free WiFi,very helpful when it came to asking for information. Couldn't of asked for a happier,more comforting hotel. I would recommend this hotel,a perfect old style seafront hotel,a view to dream about,everything within walking distance,amazing hospitality and care for the residents staying,and for what it costs,it most definately holds its value. Definately somewhere I would stay again xxx

GGuest UserWe stayed at this hotel during a family trip. The hotel made a very good impression: everything was very clean, the rooms were spacious, and the breakfast was tasty and varied. The only downside is the location — you can only get there by taxi or car. A taxi ride from Ramsgate town center cost around £20. For those traveling by car, this is not an issue. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay.
