Hotel Beach di Hokkaido, Japan

Kali ini, kami datang ke kampung halaman isteri saya untuk menunjukkan cicitnya kepada neneknya. Ini merupakan kali pertama kami menaiki kapal terbang, jadi ia agak mencabar, tetapi kami dapat berehat di mata air panas dan menikmati makanan laut yang lazat, dan ia merupakan kenangan yang menyeronokkan. Stayed here last week during heavy snowfall, and choosing this ryokan turned out to be the perfect decision. Check-in was detailed and thoughtful. The butler, who I believe was named Junko, spent about 30 minutes explaining the room, amenities, and house rules, using picture cards and translation tools due to limited English, which made the process clear and smooth. The room was cosy with a beautiful ocean view. The furnishings are not modern, but that is part of the charm, as it feels like stepping back into the 80s or 90s while still being well maintained and fully functional. Heating was sufficient even in temperatures of -5 to -10 degrees. The room was clean, and the bedding was prepared during dinner and folded again at breakfast, which made us feel very well taken care of. We pre-ordered dinner and breakfast via Trip.com and requested a beef and crab set in advance, which was accommodated. The portions were very generous, and while the food may not be top-tier, it was better than many ryokans I have stayed at. There is a private onsen available free for the first use for 45 minutes, with additional charges for subsequent sessions. The onsen closes daily at 10am for cleaning. The ryokan is located in Yunokawa Onsen, about 30 minutes from town. I recommend dining in, as going out requires a walk and staying in allows you to fully enjoy the experience. Overall, a very pampering stay. Highly recommended for those looking for a five-star level ryokan experience.

Nice resort with onsen facility. We enjoyed the stay. A good choice for those who intend to stay nearer to the Hakodate park or Goryokaku park (travel by car).

Fantastic City Center Stay with Relaxing Onsen My recent stay at this hotel was absolutely delightful. The location couldn’t be better – perfectly situated in the bustling city center, with major attractions, shopping areas, and public transportation just a short walk away. It made exploring the city effortless and convenient. The on-site hot spring was a real treat: clean, spacious, and with perfectly warm water that melted away all stress. Soaking there after a day out was pure bliss and true relaxation. The room was impeccably clean, modern, and comfortable, with quality bedding and all necessary amenities. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained. What impressed me most was the staff – everyone was genuinely polite, friendly, and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. This hotel offers the ideal mix of prime location, soothing facilities, spotless rooms, and warm hospitality. A wonderful experience I’d highly recommend!

About 10-15mins driving distance from the city center. Parking is located next to it (around 2mins walking distance) where u have to walk through an alley to hotel main door. Perhaps they can install a street light in the alley way or a back door near to parking lots coz it is quite dark and scary to walk alone. Breakfast is lack of variety but acceptable. Other than these, overall is satisfied.

Excellent hotel with kids facility Food are nice But they have free flow with bingo tem on the day we checked in, don't know why the restaurant staff don't want to show us the free flow menu . We asjec the waiter for detaills, he showed us. But we don't know our kidx can play bingo ten after dinner . No one told us. Other than that , all are good

Plus, the room offered a breathtaking view, which added to the overall experience. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking comfort and exceptional service.

Their Wi-Fi worked for maybe 5 minutes, and was extremely slow. I had to buy data from my phone and hotspot it to work, costing me much more money. I was so frustrated because this is so basic and they couldn't get that right. The workers were great but I'm still never coming back.

This resort has everything you need for a fun time on the slopes. It has close proximity to 2 chair lifts, drone shows, fireworks, nice fireplace at a restaurant complex that you can both walk and ski to, good few different choices of breakfast and dinner buffets, nice relaxing outdoor onsen and indoor swimming + wave pool, lockers for ski gear and ski gear is easy to rent. Everything is payable by card EXCEPT for ski equipment for some odd reason, that you'll probably need to use cash or wechat, alipay etc. Overall had an amazing time with my group of 6 friends.
