Hotel Beach di Budva Municipality, Montenegro

Хорошие, чистые, просторные апартаменты. Рядом с набережной. Находятся в торговом центре. Рядом большой супермаркет. Нормальные цены и очень большой выбор всего. Недалеко, на набережной, большая стройка. Как почти по всей набережной. Заселение в 15:00, выезд в 11:00. Внизу есть парковка - 15 евро/сутки. Очень удобно. При заселении дают карту, по ней можно безлимитно заезжать/выезжать в течение суток. В самих апартаментах есть небольшая кухня, сушилка на балконе. Не хватает небольшого обеденного стола или барной стойки (место позволяет) и крышки для сковородки 🙂. Хозяева - приятные люди, все рассказывают, встречают, в каких то моментах идут навстречу 👍🏻.

Меня так все задолбали, что я просто сняла номер с видом на море и провела два дня в тишине и покое. Итак, что я делала: 🔸Лежала в чистой свежей постели квин сайз ОДНА и несколько часов смотрела тиктоки и смеялась 🔸Пошла в спа, лежала в джакузи, плавала в бассейне, лежала в сауне, опробовала все эти разные приятно пахнущие души 🔸Поужинала в китайском Жаде (норм, но десерт оверпрайс черпала какой-то суп кокосовый с севиче из фруктов) 🔸Заснула примерно за 5 минут, смотрела очень много снов, выспалась и не хотела вставать и никуда идти; проснулась под шум моря О ДА 🔸Позавтракала как королева, реально роскошный шведский стол с лососями, яйцами всех видов, выпечкой, я переваривала завтра следующие пять часов 🔸снова пошла в спа, посетила тренжарку (там никого не было, только я, шикарно), откисала в джакузи. Приняла душ, помыла голову, ждала такси до дома до бечичи (5 минут на авто 5е) Учитывайте, что это условия не сезона и мне крайне повезло, что в отеле было мало гостей (в основном семейные албанцы). Мне понравилось.

Das Hotel ist aus dem Jahr 2023 und leider immer noch nicht fertig gestellt. Alles wirkt noch wie im Bau. Die Wohnung roch stark nach Essen, jeden Tag. Als würde es aus der Lüftung kommen. Die Aufteilung der Räume ist gut, jedoch ist es lieblos eingerichtet. Der Blick vom Balkon ist zwar auf das Meer gerichtet, aber auch auf einen leeren Platz mit Bauschrott. Es ist relativ laut, da man direkt an der Hauptstraße ist. An der Rezeption erhält man den Code auf einem Notizzettel um in die Wohnung zu gelangen, sehr unpraktisch. Genügend Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung. Budvas Altstadt ist nicht weit entfernt, mit Auto (10min), zu Fuß (50min).

The location is great - walking distance to Slovenska and Mogren beaches, old city and shops. A nice balcony to take breakfast on. Dedicated space to keep and hang clothes in both rooms. Shadowy parking. Picturesque garden with kiwi, lemons etc. The host takes care of local registration. All good!

Hotel Zeta is an amazing hotel, I felt so loved immediately I entered the hotel. Svetlana customer service is impeccable!!! Always willing to assist in anyway she can. She is WONDERFUL!!! My room was beautiful and the views were to die for❤️❤️❤️. Behind the hotel is very touristy….you can take so many amazing pictures also there are so many sea side restaurants close to the hotel. The location of hotel zeta is spot on👌 . The breakfast was so so good. The environment was very clean it felt like home. I had access to the sauna , jacuzzi and steam room. Mario was also amazingggg. I really enjoyed my stay and I will definitely visit again. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Отель очень понравился, организовали встречу в аэропорту по моему запросу. В номере очень чисто, уборка каждый день. Кровать шикарная, очень удобная, подушки классные! Все понравилось! У меня был улучшенный номер с частичным видом на море - с балкона потрясающий вид на бухту, каждое утро радовал глаз! В номере кофеварка и чайная станция, также мини-бар. Кофе с утра на балкончике с прекрасным видом на море- просто сказка! Завтраки великолепные - все очень вкусно, местные сыры - особенно понравились! Непременно остановлюсь в этом отеле снова, если появится такая возможность! Спасибо за приятный отдых!

The hotel's breathtaking ocean views were simply mesmerizing. Waking up to the sound of waves crashing and being able to enjoy a cup of coffee while overlooking the sparkling blue waters was a dream come true. The room itself was elegantly designed with a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The staff was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable.

I travelled to Montenegro with a friend, and we decided to stay around Budva. We chose the 2 bedroom suites, and they were large and comfortable, there was a small fridge in the kitchen area (that was full of unpaid snacks and alcohol). The bathroom was clean and functional. Breakfasts were pretty good, there was everything you could want, including coffee machine, and there were some healthy options. One thing that was really bad are juices, they were reeeeally watered down, barely drinkable. We travelled off-season, and there was a lot of construction going on around, and it was really loud. You can also hear everything your neighbours are doing, and doors are really really loud, it almost feels like someone just broke into your room. Unfortunately, we had two very unpleasant things that happened: 1. There is only one road that connects the hotel to the main road. One day construction started on that road, and we could not exit hotel parking on a car, because it was blocked by them. We could not drive our car that day, essentially. Just by coincidence, we didn't need to go far, and decided to just walk to Budva. But imagine if we needed to go to the airport that day. 2. The laundry was broken, and they could not get spare parts in time. There were no laundries around, and pretty much every other hotel was closed. And I could not get to Budva, because the car was blocked! In the end, I had to hand-wash my clothes (in a 4 star hotel that was kinda weird thing to do). The staff on the first floor was great, and tried to help as much as possible, and tried to find solutions. More questions are to the management of this hotel - how that happened that staff didn't know about construction (I doubt that they randomly decided to fix one random road without notifying anybody), and how one broken piece of washing machine made the laundry unusable - is there just one washing machine for the whole hotel, and how are the towels being washed if laundry is not working. 

Соотношение цена качество. Скромный отель в удобном месте . Рядом с большим отелем . Мои друзья просили поменять номер из за запаха канализации в номере - поменяли только за 25 евро . Парковка в отеле есть - 20 евро в сутки. Матрас нормальный, сантехника нормальная. До старого города близко .

Очень довольны отдыхом в этом отеле. Вид из окна номера фантастический. Отель расположен достаточно удобно, можно быстро оказаться на пляже, с авто/такси не нужно петлять через Рафаиловичи, остановиться и спуститься можно сверху.  Персонал крайне внимательный, завтраки хорошие и достаточно разнообразные.
