Hotel Beach di Budva Municipality, Montenegro

Хорошие, чистые, просторные апартаменты. Рядом с набережной. Находятся в торговом центре. Рядом большой супермаркет. Нормальные цены и очень большой выбор всего. Недалеко, на набережной, большая стройка. Как почти по всей набережной. Заселение в 15:00, выезд в 11:00. Внизу есть парковка - 15 евро/сутки. Очень удобно. При заселении дают карту, по ней можно безлимитно заезжать/выезжать в течение суток. В самих апартаментах есть небольшая кухня, сушилка на балконе. Не хватает небольшого обеденного стола или барной стойки (место позволяет) и крышки для сковородки 🙂. Хозяева - приятные люди, все рассказывают, встречают, в каких то моментах идут навстречу 👍🏻.

酒店環境不錯，海景房景觀很棒，還有**可以娛樂，前台服務非常好，還給了兩個小時的延遲退房，桑拿泳池設施也很好。位置離市中心有點距離，不過可以步行穿過一個很漂亮的公園可以去stefan島。早餐是自助的，味道還可以，酒店有中餐廳不過很可惜周二三不開。攜程標註的無獨立衛浴是錯的，按摩浴缸和淋浴是分開的，酒店可以改下標註，以免大家誤會因為這個不預訂，我就差點因為這個點了取消，還是相信了圖片。

The location is great - walking distance to Slovenska and Mogren beaches, old city and shops. A nice balcony to take breakfast on. Dedicated space to keep and hang clothes in both rooms. Shadowy parking. Picturesque garden with kiwi, lemons etc. The host takes care of local registration. All good!

Отель очень понравился, организовали встречу в аэропорту по моему запросу. В номере очень чисто, уборка каждый день. Кровать шикарная, очень удобная, подушки классные! Все понравилось! У меня был улучшенный номер с частичным видом на море - с балкона потрясающий вид на бухту, каждое утро радовал глаз! В номере кофеварка и чайная станция, также мини-бар. Кофе с утра на балкончике с прекрасным видом на море- просто сказка! Завтраки великолепные - все очень вкусно, местные сыры - особенно понравились! Непременно остановлюсь в этом отеле снова, если появится такая возможность! Спасибо за приятный отдых!

Everything about the hotel was amazing - the view, the food, the room, the location! It was nice and clean! The staff were very friendly. Highly recommended it! Will be back again! 😊

I travelled to Montenegro with a friend, and we decided to stay around Budva. We chose the 2 bedroom suites, and they were large and comfortable, there was a small fridge in the kitchen area (that was full of unpaid snacks and alcohol). The bathroom was clean and functional. Breakfasts were pretty good, there was everything you could want, including coffee machine, and there were some healthy options. One thing that was really bad are juices, they were reeeeally watered down, barely drinkable. We travelled off-season, and there was a lot of construction going on around, and it was really loud. You can also hear everything your neighbours are doing, and doors are really really loud, it almost feels like someone just broke into your room. Unfortunately, we had two very unpleasant things that happened: 1. There is only one road that connects the hotel to the main road. One day construction started on that road, and we could not exit hotel parking on a car, because it was blocked by them. We could not drive our car that day, essentially. Just by coincidence, we didn't need to go far, and decided to just walk to Budva. But imagine if we needed to go to the airport that day. 2. The laundry was broken, and they could not get spare parts in time. There were no laundries around, and pretty much every other hotel was closed. And I could not get to Budva, because the car was blocked! In the end, I had to hand-wash my clothes (in a 4 star hotel that was kinda weird thing to do). The staff on the first floor was great, and tried to help as much as possible, and tried to find solutions. More questions are to the management of this hotel - how that happened that staff didn't know about construction (I doubt that they randomly decided to fix one random road without notifying anybody), and how one broken piece of washing machine made the laundry unusable - is there just one washing machine for the whole hotel, and how are the towels being washed if laundry is not working. 

Соотношение цена качество. Скромный отель в удобном месте . Рядом с большим отелем . Мои друзья просили поменять номер из за запаха канализации в номере - поменяли только за 25 евро . Парковка в отеле есть - 20 евро в сутки. Матрас нормальный, сантехника нормальная. До старого города близко .

Плюсы отеля: великолепный вид из номера sea view, удобное расположение, в номере есть все необходимое.  Минусы: завтрак очень скудный, нет вывески со стороны пляжа - не сразу смогли найти.
