1. 個別酒店前台英語不夠流利，影響交流。2. 居然在辦理入住時忽悠我沒房，給我一個在一樓的不一樣房型。再我再三跑到前台後，還是認為沒錯。這期間包括攜程找其代理商溝通給的回覆也是沒錯。當我再去前台後，另一個工作人員，不再像之前的忽悠了，在我再三質問後，默不作聲，默認錯誤。然後攜程再去核實並確認了錯誤。另外，儘管多次要求，酒店始終沒給我道歉，包括那位忽悠我的工作人員。3. 頭天在禮賓部定了送機的van，該工作人員再三確認並在工作簿中記錄了時間，但是第二天換了個人，居然告訴我他同事沒有告訴他任何定車的事宜，嚴重耽擱了我們當天的行程！4.房間裏的水也沒放。5.一樓黑的跟地下室一樣。 差評！！！

Reserve en esta app una habitación con una cama extra grande , y al llegar al hotel mi reserva decía que eran 2 camas matrimoniales , obviamente no sabia lo que pasaba o el por que del error , le comente al recepcionista que si podría hacer algo para cambiar eso ya que yo no quería dos camas y afortunadamente y como dijo el muchacho de la recepción que como era domingo no había mucha demanda de habitaciones si no no me hubiera ayudado con el cambio de habitación y eso que ya estaba pagado , espero que nunca vuelva a suceder ya que por esos detalles uno cambia de app y hasta de hotel ..

We had a nice stay. The room was nice and spacious, with a nice desk. The aircon filter maybe needs cleaning but apart from that we would come back.

There were mold all along in the middle of the ceiling across the entire floor we were staying. Breakfast was amazing and the view can’t be beat.

房間裏面挺乾淨整潔的。預訂的時候顯示部分海景，確實去了不是正對大海，這個户型窗户還不能打開。
酒店自帶泳池，有通往海灘的通道，早六點到晚八點開放。這邊遠離市區，比較靜謐，人也不多，是一個偏小眾的海灘和酒店。餐食酒店都有，如果要出去吃就要進城了，大概12公里左右。

We have a good 4d3n stay, Hilton hotel welcome us with cookies 🥰
It have a swimming pool which is great, we hv a good swim after back from beach which infront of the hotel
Hotel restaurant was quality good, we had our dinner here as out there night was very windy.. the wind from north blow in today

Llaolin53711. Individual hotel front desk English is not fluent enough to affect communication. 2. Actually, I fooled me without a room when I checked in, and gave me a different room type on the first floor. After I ran to the front desk again and again, I still thought it was right. During this period, including Trip.com , the reply given by his agent to communicate was also correct. When I went to the front desk again, another staff member, no longer like the previous fool, after I repeatedly questioned, silent, default error. Then Trip.com went to verify and confirm the error. In addition, despite repeated requests, the hotel never apologized to me, including the staff who fooled me. 3. The van was set up at the concierge the day before, and the staff repeatedly confirmed and recorded the time in the workbook, but the next day I changed someone and told me that his colleague did not tell him anything about the car, which seriously delayed our trip of the day! 4. The water in the room was not put. 5. The first floor is black like the basement. Negative Ratings! ! !

JJimenezThis was a pleasure trip, accompanied by my wife. The hotel has no good service at reception and the room that I was assigned was damaged the air conditioning diet so the room was all night a very bad freezer facilities
