Hotel Beach di Northland, New Zealand

This hotel was amazing and we really enjoyed the location to everything aswell as the customer service right up to the manager as girls who have lived in auckland and experienced hotels there this place has immaculate care for their customers within their space we also enjoyed the body wash that smelt so beautiful we are going to get some of that also we are truly greatful thank you.

Slightly tired with some maintenance due. Too many emails (I think 9 in total) re the stay. When on holiday I don't want 9 extra emails!. Staff great, rooms really good and quiet considering the location. It would be good to get all the Sky TV channels for the amount charged. I.e it was missing Channel 7,17,21 etc.

Service is good, location is good, staff also good The lady let’s us check in early, which is big help. She can help you to book the tour if you need. Location is close to the ferry and Paihia center. Room is not clean epspecially the bath room .. I saw cockroach in the bath room that terrify me …

The bathroom and room is tidy, but in-terms of cleanliness should have more room of improvements, as we still found some dust on the bed and in the bathroom as well. But since it's a backpacker style hostel, couldn't be much picky bout the hostel itself. Kitchen amenities is great, and I love the common area there. Definitely a go to if you have budget concerns!

Very nice place to stay at. Very clean and close to beach. Very friendly staff right through from restaurant to front office and front desk . Made us feel welcomed

We spent 2 nights recently and found everything to be excellent. The room and location was beyond our expectations. We had room service and breakfast in the restaurant. The food was excellent. A truly enjoyable experience.

I had a lovely lady at the front desk when I checked in. Professional & polite even with my late evening check-in. Room was great - clean tidy & well presented! I enjoy my status at The Sands, thank you!

Hotel was below. No A/C in the bedroom, EXTREMELY NOISY as well. Shower pressure was crap, super overpriced. Only good thing about it was you could hear the waves from the ocean at night and bed was semi decent.

I stayed 4 nights at Centabay and overall it was ok- it is in a central location in Paihia close to the wharf. the structure needs more renovations but they do their best to keep it clean with the volunteers cleaning every day.

Nice environment. Clean unit. Comfortable. Minor complaint would be that the lighting was a little dim and could have done with coffee plunger in room. Did not eat at hotel restaurant. Good place to stay.
