That was nice place to stay near the center of the city with good staff and fully equipped with all necessary amenities. There are many places near by such as restaurants, bars, stores. So if you want to stay with comfort and enjoy it I certainly recommend you to visit this nice and cosy hotel.

I love this hotel. It is flawless. The pool was fantastic and staff were very professional. Try to ask for a room facing the main square. The only hiccups were that the hotel wanted to charge me for early check in. I did NOT like that and refused and something surly and was able to check in early free of extra cost!! The drinks were also kind of pricey at the hotel but if you go across the street they are half the price. I used the hairdresser at the hotel spa and for $40 I washed that gray right out of my hair!!! This hotel is very new and is in pristine condition!!! I would stay there again if I was ever to return to Armenia !!!

For the person who is a lover of modern, cozy and convenient place to stay... it is a perfect version located in the city center with a beautiful garden and surely with the best service. I was happy to be in touch with the sales team, which is incredible... THANK YOU GUYS

Это даже не отель, а гостеприимный армянский дом, где всегда вас рады молодые и приятные, очень красивые, хорошо воспитанные и образованные, добрые и внимательные молодые ребята. Так сложилось, что последние много лет я больше живу в отелях, чем у себя дома. Будучи «отельным экспертом», проживал во многих отелях центра Еревана и, когда оказался в отеле Сфера, что находится ~ 3 км от площади Республики, боялся не ужиться. Но отель мне подходил и территориально и по цене, поэтому в этот раз я остановился именно тут. Хочу заметить, что с виду в скромном помещении спрятан шикарный отель- уютные, свежие, красивые, до мелочей продуманные номера с самыми удобными кроватями (матрас обеспечит самый приятный и спокойный сон) и мебелью. Интерьер и его составляющее по всему отелю и в номерах - шторы, мебель, ванная комната и сантехника, халаты, полотенца, тапочки, мини бар и остальное, именно то, что нужно каждому гостю отеля- не важно он бизнесмен или отдыхающий. Завтрак и персонал ресторана, который спокойно говорит на многих языках, отдельная тема. Вы найдете все за нескромным завтраком, при этом все очень свежее и вкусное, с правильной подачей. Помимо правильного шведского стола из горячих блюд и холодных закусок, свежих овощей и фруктов, каши и сладостей, молодая красивая и очень оригинальная актриса Лилия,или кто нибудь другой из персонала ресторана, для вас сварит ароматный кофе по-восточному и приготовит омлет так как нужно вам. Прожив в этом отеле около 20 дней, мы теперь точно знаем где будем останавливаться в следующий раз в Ереване. Кстати, пешком до самого сердце Еревана ровно 35 минут. What an impressive hotel - arrived early but met with incredible staff and service. After a coffee, shown to a great room; comfortable bed, huge bathroom with a deep bath and loads of space. Located very centrally, the hotel was situated in a beautiful historical building easily accessible to the metro, restaurants and main sights. Breakfast was good with a varied offering with attention to detail throughout. All in all, probably the best hotel that I stayed in during my visit to the Caucasus.

I stayed at the Nairi hotel for 4 nights on business trip. It's is a budget-friendly 4 star hotel located 1.7 kilometers from the Opera. Seems out of the way, but not really. Near the hotel is a bus stop, it just takes ten min to get to the city center by bus, however, you will need a cab to return to the hotel after 10 PM. Additionally, a bakery and a few grocery stores, are nearby, and they are open until late at night. The room was comfortable and had an open window with an amazing view of the city. Breakfast was very good, and the dining room has a microwave for warming up your meal. As a final note, I would like to thank the receptionist, as well as the rest of the staff, for their efficiency, kindness, and professionalism.

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. The hotel has a great location in the heart of Yerevan city, very good service, welcoming and very helpful staff, clean, spacious and modern rooms. Beautiful restaurant with amazing panoramic view, live piano music and delicious Armenian food. It has a nice open common area balcony with a view on Cascade Complex and full of live Yerevan city streets, spectacular in the night. There was a good choice of food and fresh fruits on breakfast.

The hotel is modern and located in the heart of city centre. The staffs are friendly and speak English well enough. The lobby zone is comfortable. I enjoyed the setting in the lobby, it is modern and friendly zone. The barman named Roma took my experience to extraordinary level. He is very friendly and good at making cocktails. I felt at home and I had great times.

The hotel is good and the rooms are huge enough for me. Although, they don't have lift specially when your room is in the higher floor but it won't change the fact that they give best service. Room was perfectly clean and sanitize which is i love most. Breakfast is from 8-11am which I was so excited everyday to wake up and eat their traditional food as I never tried. They have contacts in reception if you wanna call a tour package, it was close enough to Republic Square.

Me and my daughter stayed there twice, both times for a considerably long period of time and our experience has been beyond our expectation. Superb conditions, very friendly, approachable and welcoming staff. The rooms were exceptionally clean, luxuriously decorated, gym, spa, massage rooms - everything of highest standard and everything you would really need. The restaurant, located on the 11th floor, was also beautifully decorated, the food was delicious, the restaurant staff welcoming. Truly Armenian hospitality! We stayed in separate suites with a door between the two as well as entrance doors. Mine was probably the bigger one with a king size bedroom, a large living room, 2 bathrooms and a huge lounge with a little kitchenette/dining area. Very spacious and luxuriously decorated, it does feel as if you are in a real palace. I highly recommend this special hotel in the heart of Yerevan city and would like to thank all for making us feel at home during our stay.

*Yerevan Best Hotel. * It is my fourth stay in this member of the “small luxury hotel of the world” hotel. The Guests list of this hotel includes Royalties. Heads of states, Movie Stars , famous Musicians, and international celebrities. You can see their pictures and guest book writings in the hotel impressive hall-of fame. The hotel has a very unique location at the heart of central Yerevan, on one of the main roads in the city. I was staying in a beautiful Room which had classic elegant design. Very comfortable and spacious rooms, with excellent king size bed, high quality beddings, large Bathroom with upscale amenities. The rooms are disinfected and are very clean. The hotel has many disinfection Stations throughout the entire hotel. The Service is excellent on every level . A special compliment to Liana Hovsepyan the profesional front office manager that arranged for me the perfect accommodation. She is very professional and very kind and speaking fluent English like most of the staff . The breakfast in the hotel is one of the best you will find in Yerevan . They have good quality choices including fresh detox juices and tasty local products that you can find only in Armenia. The waiters staff are very effective and polite and I must give special complement to the excellent Restarants manager David who takes care of every detail. The hotel surrounding has many Restaurants, cafes and shops worth visiting. The hotel is always a buzzing place with VIP’s and guests thanks to the professional PR manager Syuzi Ayrumyan who makes everyone feel like VIP and is also the best personal shopper and adviser to all magical places and Shops in this Beautiful city . Other things i love in this hotel are the chic bar/cafe lobby area with live pianists every evening . I love the elegant spa, the fitness Room and the roof swimming pool. I love the Classic ambiance and I fully recommend Grand hotel as The best and excellent choice for business or pleasure in this amazing and charming city. I will be back .

Upon arrival to Yerevan our driver was directed to an address other the one I had booked with close proximity to Republic Square. Landlord carried our luggage's up from back alley of a restaurant, metal door cement stairs, and showed us his unit trying to promote it. After long arguments we agreed to stay three days. This was my first visit to homeland and it took me time to recover from the shock. At noon and after we checked out, next landlord called to tell us the address is going to be other the one we had booked online too. At this point, it was clear this was organized online hack of system or bookings. I told the landlord we are heading to the booked address to meet us there. We had luggage's and it started to rain. I had to let my daughter watch the luggage's at Republic square and walk to the unit where the second booking was. Two security guards approached us took the phone and gave it back saying you have no booking here. Four hours back and forth with no place to stay and under the rain in foreign land with my husband shivering under the tree and daughter stunned at the unprofessional behavior's of the people who are supposed to be in hospitality business and me running around looking for a place to stay and at the point of giving up, our path crossed with Manager of National Hotel, Sophia. Suddenly, we were at the care of a professional in hotel management and hospitality expert. She matched the price we were going to pay and gave us a unit on the spot. National hotel staff were ready to help us with different services and we settled down at a great location with all the amenities a tourist requires resting and catching up with where we left off. Next think we know, we are on a tour bus, touring the whole city. We met all kinds of people who made a difference. Sophia was the first to remind us that she was there for us if we needed anything. Pleasant to talk to, showed empathy, was responsive to our needs in a way that we decided to stick around and go nowhere else during the term of our visit. Fortunately we were able to cancel our next booking as well which had all of a sudden dropped from the list of ***********. I will follow up and investigate this further but in the meantime I owe Sophia a big thank you. I thank God for this miracle. I recommend the National Hotel and you can depend on it's manager Sophia. You will not be disappointed. Also, don't trust online booking as pictures you see might not exist and alternative solutions might not be what you were promised in the first place. Not all hotels provide same standard of service. We were lucky to end up with one that has high standards to deliver and commi**ent to satisfy visitors. We are forever gratefull. This is everything you would expect of a modern Luxury Collection property. The rooms, the pool, the gym, breakfast... all top notch. Location is also perfect. There were, however some problems. Some serious. Some minor. Serious: - there is no way to contact the hotel electronically prior to arrival. There is no published email. I contacted them by Facebook Messenger, and they gave me an email address.... to which they did not reply. I recontacted via Messager... and they did not reply. No email address for a hotel in 2023 is not acceptable. - I was arriving ahead of the check-in time (10am vs 2pm) and checking out well before the check-out time (6am vs 12 noon). I explained the situation, said that I did not need my room early but i) if it was available great but ii) if it wasn't I would freshen up and change my travel clothes in the gym changing room. The answer - 'if you want the room before 2pm, you pay 50% of the daily rate. You may access the gym only after 2pm'. I was shocked. I understand that they are under no obligation, but refusing to allow someone to use the changing room?? I insisted. Eventually they relented. The changing room was perfect (and empty). But not good first impressions. - Returning from dinner, I was surprised that there is no evening turn-down service. I went to bed just before 10pm (I had been travelling) and did not think to put up DND sign because I was getting up at 6am and receiving room service breakfast. The turn down service came into my room just after 10pm when I was in bed. That is bizarrely late IMO (note that Yerevan is a late city with limited morning activity). - Room service breakfast was delicious except that orange juice was in a bottle. In Armenia, fresh OJ is available from any roadside stall. Surely the kitchens of the Alexander can produce it for breakfast? The hotel is expensive. It seems to be priced with the diaspora in mind who will not be surprised by NYC or Paris prices. For example, the $200 per hour for a massage is really extreme in this part of the world. I have no doubt about their claim to be the best hotel in Armenia, and I appreciated the luxury and service after some challenging travels through the Caucuses. However, I do think the management should get a grip on the service/value balance.

Хороший отель. Расположение не очень удобное, находиться на горе, рядом нет никаких магазинов. Номер уютный, чистый, но очень тонкие стены, и высокая слышимость. На наш взгляд слишком жесткий матрас. Спа, бассейн один из лучших на нашей памяти, бассейн осень теплый и приятный.

AWFUL MANAGEMENT!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! I cannot stress enough on how disappointed I am with this property. Considered one of the best hotels in Yerevan, they managed to completely ruin their reputation in one day. My weddin took place in Yerevan on August, and I had one of the deluxe rooms booked with them for the photoshoot and filmography. I visited them 1.5 months before the wedding day to confirm my booking and ask permission for my wedding photoshoot around the territory of the hotel, lobby, and rooms. They've told me that, typically, they do not allow it, but will make an exception. Grateful for their kind gesture, I added another room (cancelling another hotel I had booked). Fast forward to the wedding morning, the photography crew arrived as scheduled at 10AM, and they were not allowed upstairs by the reception workers. They kept calling me and telling that no prior arrangements were made so they cannot allow the filmography. I tried explaining that when I booked the rooms and I asked multiple times if we could film in their property, and since I was told there will be an exception made (quoting: don't worry we'll make an exception), I did not think that further discussions were needed. I paid over a $1000 for a night in a room that I was only gonna use for photoshoot purposes. Because of their incompetence, We started the photoshoot an hour and a half late, were late for church, and almost got denied of our service. My wedding morning was completely ruined!!!!!!
