Really good although there is no noise cancellation windows so the sounds of the planes were really loud. Also no housekeeping. Really out of the way of the city centre as well. No restaurant, it is really a BUDGET hotel
Ottimo hotel, locato in una posizione vicina all’aeroporto di Zaventem, i ragazzi della reception sono tutti cordiali e gentili, c’è la possibilità di eseguire anche il check-in anticipato pagando 20€, ha il suo parcheggio interrato e anche all’aperto volendo con colonnine per auto elettriche. Le stanze internamente sono molto spaziose e moderne, con letti comodi e confortevoli. Sicuramente ci tornerò !!
Booked this room due to having an early flight the day after in Brussels airport. It did not disappoint! The hotel has a parking and is located very close to the airport. The staff is very friendly and efficient. This hotel is actually much cheaper than all the other airport hotels in Brussels, while offering a service as good or even better.
The location of this hotel is perfect if you're having a flight. I could see the departure hall from my room. The room was spacious and quiet at night. However, I do feel that the price is a bit high for what you get.
Price was acceptable at the time I was deciding whether to stay near the airport or not. I was not disappointed given the comfy room and free hotel airport shuttle ( shared with Holiday Inn EXPRESS next door and further up Holiday Inn, ....). It was raining in the morning when we were waiting for our big bus. As the bus did not turn right in front of Adagio or HI Express, we braced the winter rain to queue up with many people to board the big bus.
The receptionist was awesome. He got us rooms suited for the family and was very friendly. The guys are the restaurant were great, made sure we were ok. It was great meeting other guests, we played and socialise. The experience was worth it, I would recommend Holiday Inn Brussels Airport to any traveller
Manuel at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. When the room was incorrect he corrected it without any issues. His friendliness was very comforting. The hotel has great location and the room was spacious and clean. Highly recommended.
The hotel doesn’t look like much from the outside but inside it’s very nicely decorated and has a great atmosphere,

I have never had doubts about Novotel, having stayed at Novotel hotels in Antwerp, Singapore, and now Brussels. I usually have good experience with Novotel hence the hotel has been my choice. Normally, I always inform the hotel in advance if I will be checking in late by using the link provided by Trip.com, and I usually receive a prompt and professional response from Novotel hotels.
Unfortunately, my experience with Novotel Brussels Airport was disappointing. Despite sending emails to inform them about my late check-in—first via the *********** link and then directly to the hotel—I received no response at all. This is unusual, as on the same day I contacted two different hotels for upcoming stays, and the other hotel replied promptly. Only Novotel Brussels Airport did not respond.
There was also a booking issue where I was told that my two children were not included in the reservation, even though the booking was made through Trip.com’s automated system and full payment had already been completed. The receptionist told me they cant do anything since I came late. But I showed them my email via the trip.com link and they said that was not their email address. So Is the management or your staffs not doing a good homework professionally?
To make matters worse, I accidentally left my mobile phone at the hotel and only realized it half a day later. When I called the hotel, I was told to send an email. I emailed twice, yet I still have not received any reply. It is very frustrating when phone assistance is unhelpful and emails are simply ignored.
Overall, I felt unsupported and unsure where to seek help due to the lack of response and assistance. This experience does not meet the standards I have come to expect from Novotel. I sincerely hope Novotel Brussels Airport will improve its communication and customer service.

My only complaint is the lack of luggage storage, which was a bit inconvenient. The self check-in was fancy, but if you arrived early, you couldn't get in, which felt a bit pointless.

GGuest UserExcellent hotel. Very clean and new room. Also very quiet despite planes flying in the neighborhood. It had many small extras like an umbrella rental. I can appreciate this as I forgot my umbrella :)

SStannaHotel has very central location on the nice street eith a lot of cafe and restaurants. Ladies on reception are absolutely friendly and professional and ready to help. Their hospitality is fully consistent this hotel motto ”Come as a stranger leave as a friend”. Hotel is eco-friendly - no excessive cleaning, plastics etc. But if you need you will receive. Breakfast was good.

I booked this hotel near the airport to catch my flight. Its best feature is the superb location – it's right across from the departure level entrance. The breakfast was also pretty good and suited Chinese tastes.
GGuest UserThe room is very spacious and has a kitchen, which is quite nice. The hairdryer works great, with strong airflow! You can have breakfast at the Holiday Inn across the street.
There's a free shuttle bus from the airport, but the departure times aren't very accurate. We queued at 6:30 PM for the 6:50 PM bus, but it still hadn't arrived by 7:10 PM, so we ended up taking an Uber. On the way back to the hotel, we actually ran into the shuttle bus that was supposed to take us there earlier... There's also a free shuttle bus to the airport, and its departure times are more or less on schedule.
PS: For travelers departing from Brussels Airport, make sure to arrive at the airport three hours in advance, otherwise, you'll be queuing for a very long time and might miss your flight.
GGuest UserI'm very happy with our stay at the Brussels airport Park Inn by Radisson that smelled nice, easy access to a nice reception lobby that is next to guests restaurant with a garden view that is so peaceful and beautiful. Marius, the kind chief concierge officer, received us kindly, provided us with our requests, an accessibility room for my sister, handicapped shower room seat, and an immediate response to everything the hotel could provide. All concierge services are available as soon as we request.
I will come back to this hotel happily.
