Hotel Dengan Pools di Mugla Province, Türkiye

The staff are one of the least helpful during my Türkiye trip, you can feel they are very robotic. Does’t feel welcomed at all but the room is really lovely as seen on the pics. Bfast is great with lots of choices. Location is great cause it is close to all the yacht and the old town. From the balcony of our room we have the view of the marina. Ps: when i booked the room I saw theres a swing in the web however the room I stayed doesnt have one.

Апарт отель сильно уставший, но с приличными завтраками. До набережной 15-20 минут пешей прогулки. Wi-fi работает в номере, кондиционер, холодильник есть, чайника в номере нет, вода, напитки за деньги на ресепшене в три раза дороже,чем в соседнем магазине, и телевизора у меня тоже не было, зато была обширная библиотека на турецком . В целом , нормально.

The rooms were very clean, the room service ladies did my laundry really good, the hotel breakfast was great (although we almost got scammed at their restaurant/bar when I was there and they did a scan called “menu-switching” thinking I’d not notice). When it was 3 of us, they showed us a double bed room with only 1 bed and didn’t offer a Family deluxe room with 3 beds UNTIL I asked them if they have such a room (Cause I saw it on trip.com). At the end we decided to get into 2 rooms. But somehow now the Family deluxe rooms with 3 beds says they are sold out, and only the rooms with 1 bed are available on this app. I wonder why. Is it another scam to make customers get separate rooms and pay more.

A very beautiful, calming hotel.  On the entering it feels almost colonial, the young man greeted us with drinks and bottles of water, he was very passionate about the service.  The reception desk was neat and the receptionist greeted us warmly.  The room was beautiful and decorated to a high standard.  My son’s room was as beautiful , and had a balcony with lounging chairs overlooking the marina.  The pool area was clean, inviting and relaxing.  Our room was beautiful. Quite, and decorated to high standards.

設施：健身房很小 而且位置不好找。spa 土耳其bath 什麼都是外包的 人均500 左右 。毛巾是臭的。整個地方都發黴，搖搖欲墜的感覺，按摩也很差 ，不夠專業 一邊按摩一邊玩手機，同樣的擦腳毛巾 不換接着給下一個人用。 衞生：酒店整個細節都很差 衞生更不用説 洗澡間有蜘蛛網 玻璃模糊不清。隨處都有像圖一一樣的積灰。 環境：拋開體驗感來説的話，酒店是挺美的 但是去任何一個臨近的餐廳什麼的都最起碼要30分鐘左右。所以出門打車是必要的。打車隨便都要150里拉。 服務：酒店前台一個小姐姐服務是不錯的，也很貼心 負責任。其他人 就那樣吧，感覺有點吊吊的 不太友好。 早餐沒啥熱菜而且沒肉 一堆預製麪包和便宜芝士 連歐姆蛋都沒有。 總之這個價格的酒店沒必要住這個，體驗感非常差。

Отель с достаточно новым ремонтом, всё чистое, свежее, вода в душе отлично идёт, кровати удобные, есть лифт, WF хороший, холодильник с морозилкой. Номер наш состоял из двух комнаток с двумя балконами, с одного из которых видно море. Завтрак отличный, разнообразие. До моря идти 2 минуты. Единственное, что если вы чутко спите, то небольшая проблема в том, что под окнами поют караоке и прочая музыка гремит, но нам это не помешало. Одна грусть, что я забыла в номере на балконе часть своего любимого купальника, эх.

This is my second time at Jiva Beach and 7 years later the service is still excellent. The restaurant has a new extension ,the variety of food is exceptional and so is the service, the staff can't do enough for you. Special thanks to Atakan, Musa, Tansu in the restaurant and Samira and Oguz at the reception. The beach front has had a makeover with a new beach bar, new sun loungers and cocktail hour in the afternoon for those cocktail lovers . Perfect location, best food and excellent staff what more would you need for a lovely holiday.

Тихий отель, на вершине города. До центра 15 минут пешком, до замка минут 20. Но нужно быть готовым к ходьбе по лестницам и крутым дорогам. Невероятно красивый вид, поэтому стоит брать номер с панорамными окнами. Завтрак проходит в ресторане с видом на бухту. Есть открытая терраса. Каждый день одинаковый набор: яйца(жаренные/вареные) тарелка сыров, оливки, маслины, апельсины, масло, картошка, трубочка с творогом, хлебная корзина и чай/кофе. За два дня не надоело, но если оставать дольше, то наскучит, хотя всё вкусное и горячее. В бассейне не купались, так как холодно. Рядом есть хамам и сауна, а так же спортивный инвентарь.

Хороший отель с видом на море. Красивый интерьер в холле, ресторане и номерах. Недалеко от ресторанов города и магазинов, но на небольшом отдалении от суеты. Из того, что не понравилось: слышно соседей.

lokasinya sangat bagus, hanya 5 menit jalan kaki ke pantai. kamarnya juga tidak terlalu besar dan tidak terlalu kecil, pas. hotelnya bersih dan nyaman. hanya saja tidak ada lift jadi lumayan harus effort angkat barang kalau dapat kamar lantai 3. lahan parkir diluar hotel atau pinggir jalan jadi kalau musim yang ramai agak struggle cari lahan parkir. breakfast standar tapi tetap good dengan harga hotel yang masih affordable dan dekat pantai.
