Hotel Dengan Breakfast di Victoria, Australia

We had a lovely stay at Balgownie Estate. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable, with a relaxing balcony that offered a beautiful view of the stars at night. It really added a special touch to the stay. The breakfast buffet was generally okay, a decent selection to start the day, though not particularly outstanding. Overall, it’s a peaceful retreat in a great location, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the beauty of the Yarra Valley.

For the price it's good. Rooms a little small for a king size bed and shower over bath not great but service was amazing, breakfast complimentary and enough to be satisfying (just a little stewed fruit would make all the difference). Comfortable bed and quiet location. Spa not big enough for more than 2-3 people. overall our stay was enjoyable. Others have given the Thai restaurant high reviews but we were not that impressed. Limited menu options anyway bur 3 items also unavailable so didn't give a lot of choice. I'd stay again but would find other dinner options

While the cleanliness was good, the daily housekeeping wasn’t available as listed on their website or yours for amenities.  We got an unprofessional answer from a staff member who on request gave us extra towels that due to salary/wages and time of year that daily housekeeping wasn’t being done. We stayed two nights and needed rubbish removed and sheets changed, also new towels, bath mat replaced daily. If we wanted to stay in self serviced apartments, fair enough, but we were staying in a hotel/resort without a kitchen sink to wash our wine glasses provided or the glasses etc.  I found that they left cleaning clothes and dish wash liquid under the bathroom sink which I think is wrong as due to health regulations, you don’t wash dishes in the bathroom sink. It’s a hotel not a self contained apartment.

Very nice accommodation, bed was so comfortable, jacuzzi bath was a lovely treat . Very nicely furnished & great facilities if you weren’t travelling around like we were. 5 stars

This hotel was a pleasant surprise as a stopover from Melbourne to Cairns. It's very close to the airport and offers a free airport transfer service. The hotel is clean and tidy, with spacious rooms and wide beds. There's also a gym. The food in the restaurant is delicious and all free of charge. There's a big projector screen in the restaurant for movies, which is very enjoyable.

Nice room, however toilets kept blocking up every couple days and the showers could be a bit cleaner. There was one shower on our floor and 2 toilets which didn’t seem like enough. The vibe of the place is nice and the people

The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and provided great service. The facilities were also in good condition, making the stay quite comfortable. The location, however, was a bit far from the city’s CBD area, but getting there was still easy thanks to the nearby tram access. Overall, a good stay with only the distance being a small downside. good view at night if you get a good room.

I have 2 issues one is the check in and check out time 10 am check out is too early if check in is after 2pm . I wanted to purchase breakfast add on but was told not possible at food checkout even though they had terminal, had to go to reception to do , however reception said they could do at breakfast bar which I just came from !  Second at reception I informed them that my room would not be vacant rd until breakfast was consumed at 10.30 , no problems but upon returning to room it had been serviced at some of my belongings removed!! Main building is lovely and cosy with its open fires on a winter's evening, although it's a shame that the bar closed around 9pm and the main building by 10pm, so I had to go and sit in my room, which was in an outside block and quite cold, especilally because there was quite a gap at the bottom of the main door. The rooms are comfortable with lovely decor. I used the spa the next morning, which was small but relaxing. It would be great to be able to get a discount as a guest at the hotel.

We had a wonderful one-night stay at the RACV Goldfields Resort this past weekend. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful — they really made us feel at home. The resort itself is beautifully maintained, with stunning grounds that are perfect for a peaceful walk or simply taking in the scenery. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout. The facilities are excellent — from the relaxing outdoor areas to the well-equipped amenities, everything felt top-notch. Although our stay was short, it was the perfect little escape, and we left feeling refreshed.
