The check in process was quick. We were looking forward to staying here as we just came in from Cartagena staying with Movich and It was wonderful. Unfortunately, the Movich in Barranquilla is tired. We walked up to our room and the hallway carpets were filthy. We booked a suite and it was a bunker. It had one small tiny window, which Looked like it had not been cleaned in years. The furniture in the room was worn. Dead plants and broken floor tiles. When you looked out the window, you saw no view and it looked into rusty old Air-conditioning units. We did walk downstairs and refuse the room. I will say I felt like the hotel handled the situation. They gave us a higher floor suite the manager and two additional staff walked to the first room and the second room and acknowledged that needed to be clean better. They comped a dinner. Over the next couple of days you saw an effort to clean the floors because we could hear them vacuuming early in the mornings in the hallways. I will say that this hotels food was excellent. It was the best that we had in our 14 day stay in the country.

Todo muy aseado , el desayuno ok , falta como más trabajo en equipo para que todo el personal tenga la misma información , o que tengan información . Unos saben y otros no . No había señal de tv . No había caja de seguridad que para mi es súper importante . Hay mejores hoteles en Barranquilla por menor precio .

Mi estadía en el Hotel Windsor fue excelente. La habitación era espaciosa, moderna y muy limpia. La cama supercómoda, lo que me aseguró un descanso perfecto.
La ubicación es ideal, cerca de buenos restaurantes y sitios de interés. Lo que más destaco es el personal, siempre muy amable y atento, haciéndote sentir bienvenido en todo momento.
Sin duda, es una gran opción en Barranquilla por su calidad, comodidad y buen servicio. ¡Volveré!

Check in was super slow, just 1 person at reception made checking in a big waste of time. The room was ok, a bit dated already. The water from the shower took ages to be hot and sometimes it didnt even went very hot. Breakfast was ok, not Amazing but had most of what youd expect although the restaurant itself had zero ambience, same as the lobby, not a nice place. big plain simple areas. Nothing alusive to the country.. or the city or the culture.. sad place. Bed was good and pillows also. Mini bar was well stuffed.

Pésimo servicio. Me quedé una noche con una amiga que venía de Chile y me cobraron el doble... me toco llamar vários días para resolver.
Al final me devolvieron una parte en dinero y otra parte en puntos (Lo cual no es justo).
Aclaro que por un funcionario daña todo el nombre de un hotel y la experiencia del cliente.
Obs: la comida también muy malita por el precio.

RRodrigoA very good and convenient location with unstandingly friendly and helpful staff. The room, however, is just what you need as even toilet paper has to be asked for at the reception. I’d say you get what you pay for.

AAngel M. D’ la RosaMy stay was very good, the staff was professional and helpful. My only complaint was the imposed tax on Colombian citizens. I believe, I should be given the benefits of a foreign visitor. Colombia has forced us US citizens to have dual citizenship if you were born in Colombia, so they can penalize us with their tax laws. I’m a U.S. citizen I’ve lived in the US for 53 years. I paid the taxes because I came to Barranquilla to have a great time and I truly did, I didn’t come to argue or dispute their laws. The problem was that I decided to extend my stay at the hotel not knowing that I would have to pay the taxes again, that upset me and expressed my feelings. But the staff are there to do their jobs. When I read the fine print with booking connections it mentioned that the tax would apply if I was staying at the hotel for more than 60 days, I only 6 days maybe I totally misunderstood the information.

SSuThe location of this hotel is good, the Extro supermarket is very convenient! The room is large but the facilities are a bit old, especially the toilet cover is turned over and it is blocked by the sink and immediately falls off! I live in an apartment, the air conditioner is too loud, and the windows are uncomfortable (Barranquilla is close to the river and the Caribbean Sea, the outside air is too humid) so I accepted it, and by the way, Barranquilla The airport is so small. There is only a single room with a locked door in the airport toilet. It ’s amazing!

FFredLovely hôtel, sweetly designed, breakfast tend to be smaller than the usual buffet, but I think it is better quality. only 4/5 on cleaness because there could have been a little more vaccum in the room but nothing disturbing. Bed are very very clean and the room as well overall. Aircon doesn’t smell.

XXicoFuimos con mi mujer por el carnaval y el hotel sin duda que te lleva de una a viver el carnaval de Barranquilla. Música y animación durante los desayunos, el personal con su maquillaje carnavalesco todo muy bien. Hotel limpo, personal simpático, lo único que podrían intentar mejorar sería el desayuno que no tiene mucha variedad. Para alguien que se quede más de dos noches (que fue lo que paso con nosotros) el desayuno es siempre igual. Pero sin duda que regressaríamos.

The hotel still does not have an electric kettle.
What I don’t like is that it was originally a buffet breakfast. The waiter was too enthusiastic to let himself do it. Which one I like, he will help you.
