I stayed at The St. Regis Mumbai for two nights last week and had an excellent experience. The check-in process was efficient, and the staff maintained a high level of professionalism throughout my stay. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered an impressive city view. Housekeeping was consistent and attentive, ensuring everything was in order without needing to request anything. Although I did not try the breakfast service, I did visit the bar on the 37th floor, which was a highlight of the stay. The night views from the top were outstanding, and the atmosphere was refined yet vibrant. The service team at the bar was attentive, and the overall experience made for an enjoyable evening. Overall, The St. Regis Mumbai delivered a high-quality stay with strong service standards and a well-maintained property. I would highly recommend it for both business and leisure travel.

The hotel service is very good, and the equipment is quite new. However, the elevator is slow to respond. Many times, I thought it had sensed the room card, but it ended up running to another floor. The food is good, but the lack of bacon is the only regret.

Breakfast featured a mix of continental and Indian dishes, with highlights like fresh pastries, dosas, and flavorful coffee. Lunch offered a more elaborate spread with live counters and delectable desserts, ensuring that every meal was a feast. The attentive staff at the restaurant further enhanced the dining experience with their courteous service. The Christmas tree in the lobby was a particular highlight, and the effort to create a warm, festive atmosphere did not go unnoticed. It truly added a magical touch to our stay, making it all the more memorable. Overall, Fariyas Resort seamlessly blends luxury and comfort with its stunning location, exceptional amenities, and attentive service. Whether you’re looking for a family vacation, a romantic retreat, or a solo getaway, this resort has something for everyone. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Lonavala, especially during the festive season when the resort is at its vibrant best.

Close to the airport (but only by car), quick check-in, quite clean and comfortable. The rooms are a bit run down, and at 3 AM someone knocked on our door twice, which was very scary. Also, the TV turned on by itself in the middle of the night. We're deducting stars for these reasons, as we didn't feel safe.

A wonderful weeklong stay, thanks to the entire team We had a truly pleasant weeklong stay at Taj Lands End. The staff were genuinely warm and helpful throughout. The breakfast spread was quite good, offering plenty of variety. While frontline staff rightly receive the most recognition, I’d like to shine a light on the silent warriors behind the scenes—the housekeeping team, who work tirelessly to ensure every guest is comfortable. A special shout-out to Mr. Umesh from housekeeping, who went out of his way to make a real difference to our stay. Thank you, Team Taj Lands End, for a memorable experience.

Everything is excellent except system of not giving invoice of room rent for 3 days Hotel people were adament that for room rent only trip.com will give receipt So this thing never happened in any of hotel. They will give bill even if hotel is booked by trip.com Person stay in hotel he should be given bill by hotel only

Great experience at Taj Mahal Tower, from the check in, to the room service, to the breakfast variety and restaurant food everything was superb. Located just outside India gate. The little touches like the traditional welcome and the complimentary heritage tour make it all the more special. The room service staff were friendly and nothing was too much effort for them. I would definitely recommend it if you want a relaxing high end stay in Mumbai.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk from Airport Terminal 2, making it perfect for travelers catching a flight. However, the check-in experience was significantly marred by an unprofessional front desk. I was assigned an uncleaned, dirty room, which is a rare oversight. Fortunately, the room itself was outstanding: spacious, clean and tidy (including the bath towels), with a plentiful supply of drinking water. The best part was the bathroom system; the water heated up quickly, the pressure was strong, and the toiletries smelled great. Overall, despite the service process needing improvement, it's still a very good value-for-money option near Mumbai Airport.
