The comfortable room, and enough small hotel with good location, very friendly staff and buffet breakfast varied and enough, easy parking and very clean

EXPERIENCIA DECEPCIONANTE. Nos dieron una habitación que no tenía ni cortinas ni persianas y no pegamos ojo en toda la noche. Se suponía que nos habían hecho un upgrade porque el hotel no estaba lleno y en lugar de darnos la habitación que yo había reservado, nos dieron ésta sin cortinas… ¿eso es un upgrade? Había un foco justo en la ventana que iluminaba la fachada exterior así que dormimos con un foco apuntándonos toda la noche. Lamentable. Esa habitación no debería estar en el catálogo hasta que no se resuelva este problema porque vas a un hotel a descansar, no a contar ovejas. La habitación tampoco tenía espejo de cuerpo entero y había muy poco espacio para dejar las cosas en el baño. Para ser un cinco estrellas, habitaciones muy básicas. No volveré ni lo recomendaré.

This hotel is well located and definitely a solid 4 star. The room was very comfortable and spacious, with a good distance between the bed and the doorway. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches like the coffee maker and snacks, which were perfect after my late afternoon arrival. The only drawback was the doors. While they look stylish with their decorative design, they aren’t soundproof, so you may hear some noise. Fortunately, the rooms are far enough apart that it wasn’t a major issue. Also I should have booked a room with a view as this hotel, like most hotels in Spain, gave me an inner courtyard view which is basically a window that faces a wall. Most importantly, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

Excellent staff. The room was phenomenal, very large, clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

A very grand hotel, the building is the appearance of the ancient Roman Colosseum, the room is large and comfortable, the breakfast is good, the location is a few hundred meters away from the Roman Bridge, although I only stayed for one night, I was impressed

Absolutely loved this parador! We also upgraded from the basic room - and it was worth it! Good and helpful staff! We had a lovely dinner there!

The picture is the public area and window of the hotel. It happens to be a square. Every day, the square is full of drinkers all day long. The main scenic spots around are all within walking distance. The hotel's breakfast ham is very good. The 4-year-old child does not charge the head fee but charges more than ten euros for breakfast.

We enjoyed our one night at the hotel. The lobby and the common spaces were all well decorated and clean. The rooms were well kept, clean and comfortable, everything worked. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was breakfast, there were few choices and just underwhelming for a four star hotel. I would still recommend this hotel and would stay there again

Hotel is very convenient, not far from the station and center , exiting the river and the park The condition is not new, even where it requires upgrades. The hotel is declared as 4 stars, but in fact 3. We stopped for 2 nights, went on business, ripped and paid attention to the state of the state. Breakfast costs 9 euros, delicious enough diverse.

Very basic accommodations at a reasonable price. I paid $40 USD 20 minutes before I checked in. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk from the train station but there are not many hotels close to the train station so that is not really an option. The room is good for the price as the bed is comfortable.
