日本のビジネスホテルの感覚で行けば5つ星、世界基準で考えたら3つ星、だから、4つ星にしました。料金に対しての価値は十分です。2025年現在、アジアの街でもこの価格でこのクオリティが得られるホテルは、少ないと思います。ラグジュアリーさはありませんが、日本人の感覚で全く問題のないホテルです。
オーナーのスラブさんは、本当に働き者で親切です。他のスタッフは異なりますが、オーナーのコントロールで全てが成立している印象です。
町から少し離れますが、歩けます。空港に向かう道で不便ではないです。バス停の目の前、真横にスーパーマーケット、道路を渡って左に行くと美味しいパン屋さんがあります。
水道水は、飲めます。フロントにウォーターサーバーがあります。
アイロンはないです。洗濯は、16:00までにお願いすれば、GEL 20/1袋でクリーニングに出してくれるそうです。
朝食は、09:00~11:00。EXCURSIONで出発が早い時と深夜の空港に向かう時には、BOXを作ってくれました。
私達は、初めての日本人宿泊者だそうです。日本人の観光客が少ない街だそうですが、クタイシを訪れるなら、このホテルをオススメします。満足感のある滞在でした。

驅車來到美麗的庫塔伊西，酒店不大，服務很好，沒有停車場，服務人員會幫你指定停在酒店旁路邊，房間不大但很乾凈，早餐不算豐富，但吃的很舒服，服務很好，酒店位置特別好，就在噴泉附近，一個慢生活的小城市，一個特別適合city walk的小城，非常喜歡。

This is a good choice for budget travelers for a one or two night stay. Hotel is in a central location (set back from the road so look out for the signs on the main street) , 2 km from Kutaisi train station and 10 minutes to city centre . The rooms are small but very clean and comfortable. Wifi is good, beds are comfortable, room is well heated. There is a balcony which we didn’t use but would be nice in the summer months . Breakfast was plentiful and hearty. There were two negatives for us. The balcony door didn’t lock and there were no English speaking staff on premises. I was checked in over the phone by the manager and her number is posted on the door. The next morning we were able to ask the lady who cooked our breakfast if we could store our bags for a few hours, we managed ok with translator. However if you needed help to call a taxi or for anything else this was not available, which might be an issue for some travelers . I also wasn’t sure how secure our bags were for the time we were gone, perhaps a locked cupboard or storage area would be better. Having said all that however I would stay at the hotel again because it was excellent value for money

Pensjonat położony w cichej ,bocznej uliczce Kutaisi, ,jednak blisko centrum, spokojnie w zasięgu spaceru. Kompletne wyposażenie, czysto i schludnie. Bardzo uczynny gospodarz-
-dobrze doradzi, zorganizuje wycieczkę i pomoże w załatwieniu różnych spraw, jak wydruk biletu na samolot, zakup karty SIM, ale też ma się przekonanie, że nie zostawiłby gościa samemu sobie w poważniejszej potrzebie, po prostu widać, że mu zależy, ma czas i indywidualne podejście doi każdego.
Poza tym obiekt jest bardzo elastycznie zorientowany, pobyt zadowoli zarówno pojedynczego turystę, rodzinę z dziećmi, jak i kilkunastoosobową grupę przyjaciół.

The hotel is decent for a short stay. Room was basic but clean, with comfortable beds and quiet surroundings. Staff was polite, but not very proactive — had to follow up twice for extra towels.
Location is a plus if you're exploring the area, and it's walkable to a few cafes and stores. Breakfast was average — enough to get by but not much variety.
Great value for budget travelers, but don’t expect any luxury touches.

OOrdevGreat place if you have a late or night arrival! They picked us up for free from the airport in the middle of the night, which was super convenient. The hotel is located halfway between the airport and the city center, so it’s easy to get around. The staff were really kind and helped us find a taxi when we needed it. Everything was smooth and well organized — definitely recommend it!

SShengsequanqiuI gave all 5 hearts purely because of the actual experience, I want to tell my compatriots in Chinese to be mentally prepared for health and facilities. Next, the good side, the small yard is well cleaned up, the boss and the wife are very enthusiastic, but the old man may often drink a little more, but he is really enthusiastic and at home, in line with the experience of the homestay. If you can't find it, ask people with the picture. There is a error of about 100 meters between positioning and Google Maps. Almost everyone around knows the old man. It is suitable for a transfer or two nights. There is no commercial taste at present, and the human touch is still very good. 😀

The front desk is on the first floor, and the hotel room is on the highest floor, among which are residential houses, which are not connected.
The balcony overlooks the entire city, the restaurant has a very good view and can see the church on the mountain. The room will be a little sound when the wind is strong.
