room is ok. breakfast starts at 7:30. I booked this hotel because the good location. Service improvement is needed.

The property has maintained what one expects from TAJ hospitality. From check-in through check-out was an excellent experience. Service received from every staff member was very courteous, professional and personal. Food at the restaurants was very good, while the attention provided was exceptional. My colleague from Singapore, who also accompanied me in this visit share the same opinion and was very impressed as well.

The hotel is very near to elante mall and They have given me the elante mall facing room also they help me for morning buffet breakfast as I am allergic to many things . The chef prepared special food for me which is very delicious… If I get another chance I will definitely stay there

I had exceptional stay at the lalit hotel chandigarh. The quality of food was out standing, with a vast spread at the buffet breakfast and dinner. The love kitchen was a marvel, and the cleanliness and organization of the food counters were impressive. The service was top and i appreciated Room is so clean Housekeeping team and the security personnel, particularly the officer stationed at the lift, who ensured the safety and security of all guests. Specially thanks to mention some name Mr. Sarafraj. Mukesh. Kriti. Manpreet meghraj

We have stayed in hyatts across America this has got to be the most staff friendly and tastiest food wise Hyatt we have experienced hands down!! Every staff member made us feel very welcomed and greeted us and went out of their way to make our stay feel special. I'd like to mention some names that really stood out , first off Aayush who from the minute we walked into corbys restaurant from morning or until evening helped us professionally and made us feel part of the Hyatt family. Aayush developed a bond with my kid and my kids would ask about him every day. Thanks Aayush for all you do! Samarjeet Singh also with his personality greeted us everyday and found my kids Nintendo on the elevator and tracked us down and delivered his toy to us. There are many other names that helped contribute to our experience as well. The staff that cleaned our rooms everyday ensured our rooms were clean everyday! Also Jotkaran helped us with our laundry needs. Shivursh Agarwal , rajit choudey and the concierge team with their greetings and help were amazing and all the front desk staff and everyone at corbys restaurant played a huge roll in really wowing us with their professional prompt and delicious meals by the chefs and sous chefs like Harry. I really want to applaud this whole staff and organization at the hotel from the top down creating a memorable experience for my entire family. When we come back to Chandigarh we know we will be staying here again and in good hands. My heart is happy and my stomach is full of delicious food. Thankyou to you all you all deserve recognition!!

Excellent service and hospitality. Friendly staff and very helpful. The food was amazing, I especially recommend trying their Black Dal and Sarson ka saag.. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. But please be mindful of room selection while booking, a single bed room is very small which may disappoint you. I did mistake selecting one bedroom, however on my request the owner of the hotel upgraded my room to a complimentary double bed.

We recently booked this hotel for our trip to Chandigarh - Manali. Location wise the proximity to airport is convenient..takes around 35min by car. The staff is very good and helpful. We booked 2 Rooms in this hotel. Comfortable rooms with all amenities and a sauna jacuzi tub in the bigger room which my daughter really enjoyed. The receptionist were great, they made us feel welcome and catered to all requests. The food is also nice in ample quantity. Look forward to staying here in our next visit again. 🙂

Of late, have started staying at Mountview when visiting Chandigarh. It gets back all the nostalgic memories of 20 years back when we used to stay in Chandigarh. Remember the lip smacking Chinese food at Magic Wok and how we used to come to their dining restaurant for the most amazing cheese omelette on Sunday mornings. Also realised, there is no substitute for experience. Believe they would have the most vintage employees working for them. The service levels are the same, to put it straight - amazing ! The rooms/ infrastructure could do with some catching up with the newer top notch names that have now come in Chandigarh. But when you get the kind of service that wows you, who cares as much. Afterall you’re staying only for 1-2 nights ! Rock on fellas !

The rooms have a good layout, the beds were comfortable. Staff and service is great. Would definitely recommend coming to this hotel. The breakfast was good and to our taste. Everything is well maintaining. We would definitely visit again. One of the staff (Shiv) who served us breakfast in the morning was excellent. Has good service, well spoken.

It was good and comfortable and everything worked ok. I did have a problems understanding the menu and it wasn’t described well in english. But the food was good.
