Hotel Dengan Breakfast di Capital Region, Iceland

Staff was friendly. i paid for the breakfast - got a bag of food including a drink, a bread, an apple, a small box of granola and jam, and a yogurt and a free access to coffee machine - nothing fancy but good enough to feel full and energised. i was pleased to be able to choose the room type (upper beds or lower beds). i particularly enjoyed using the kitchen and the common area as the design was so nice and well-equipped. i was able to make my own meal there. Highly recommended!

We had a pleasant stay overall. The check-in staff were extremely friendly, warm, and helpful, making a great first impression. The hotel is centrally located, which made getting around very convenient. Parking is available at the back of the hotel on a first-come, first-served basis, and we were fortunate to secure a spot. Breakfast offered a good selection and was enjoyable. The main drawback was the balcony door, which opens onto a shared corridor, so we weren’t able to leave it open for ventilation. Aside from that, a comfortable and welcoming stay.

The room is a good size, very clean, warm comforter, nice TV, clean bathroom. But! Poor lighting, no in-house telephone, no instructions for remote.  But,  the receptionist young man is full of information, very well spoken, and took care of my needs.  The breakfast, an avocado toast, and coffee were excellent. So good! I would recommend the hotel as its location is super.

A good stay overall! A nice hotel just on the outskirts of town. Nice foyer area and the room itself was clean and good. Reception staff were okay without being exceptional. Shower water was slow to run away.

Stay 4D3N 1. Location: Hotel is located in the main shopping street, almost central in the downtown, 4 mins walk to either Bonus or Kronan supermarket, and about 10mins walk to the big church, the swan lake and harbourfront, also close the bus stop no 6 2. Amenities: Room cozy and spacious enough with pantry and all necessary kitchen wares, so we can do our own cooking here 3. Service: Staff are nice and helpful 4. Breakfast: Inculded, buffet type with many choices, croissant is great, has Skyr yogurt, also have other local specialists such as Icelandic fish, very delicious and we enjoyed very much, highly recommended

To my surprise, the time to access the locker is only from 9am onwards!!! (only when the staff is at the reception). My plan was to put my luggage into the locker and I have to catch a morning bus at 7am the next day!! Next time please design the lockers in a way such that it is accessible 24/7 😅😅 Anyways, I still figured out a way - which is to walk to the bus terminal to leave my luggage at the lockers. I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Iceland. The location was convenient for exploring the surrounding area, and the scenery nearby was absolutely stunning. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-heated, which was especially appreciated given Iceland’s weather. The staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to answer questions or provide local recommendations. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The hotel facilities were well maintained, and the overall atmosphere felt calm and welcoming. Breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety of options, and it was a great way to start a day of sightseeing. Overall, this hotel offered good value for money and made my Iceland trip more comfortable and memorable. I would happily consider staying here again.

Really friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast, clean spacious apartment and so central - what’s not to love!!

One of the best guesthouse in town with complimentary breakfast which is absolutely good to have because Iceland is very expensive
