The whole trip was not very satisfying. First, the seaplane time I requested is at noon on the 22nd, so that I can have a half-day tour of Male. As a result, I was arranged for an early morning seaplane. The hotel said that because the time of the seaplane is not under their control, and the time of the next day's seaplane will only be known after 6pm before 1 day .Second, I don’t know whether the lock of my luggage was broken by the seaplane staff or the resort staff. Anyway, the lock on my luggage was completely missing between the seaplane and check in the resort. Third. neither the birthday room decorations nor the cake that was promised to me was delivered. I was sick that day, so I didn't remind or ask, but I think the hotel completely forgot, which is a big mistake. Fourth, I told that I am sick and uncomfortable, can I ask for some hot soup for breakfast? The front desk said that there is no way, you only can eat whatever the kitchen prepares, which I can understand, But the front desk didn't even have a word of concern and greeting! I feel so indifferent! I was very happy to choose you as my first vacation after the covid ,but now I feel that this is a complete mistake.
Hotel Riu Palace Maldivas - All Inclusive

This was one of if not the best trip we have ever taken.The pictures DO NOT justify the intense and unimaginable beauty of the Maldives.This place has a tranquility and peace all its own; that you must be there to cpmprehend. This was a celebration of our 29th Anniversary and Wedding VOW RENEWAL on 9/29/2024 so yes it was ALL THAT!!!
Riu Atoll-All Inclusive

We have just returned from the best holiday we have ever been on, 100% paradise. We travelled with TUI and flew with Qatar via Doha which was fabulous. On arrival in male we were greeted by a riu rep who showed us to a restaurant and we could pick from the menu free of charge. After a couple of hours we then got escorted to the domestic terminal and checked in for our flight to Dhaalu which took 35 mins, got bags and straight on to a minibus to harbour and a 10 min speedboat ride to riu atoll/palace, we didn’t realise both these hotels were connected by the reception. However the palace side used everything on the atoll side but atoll couldn’t use the palace side but to be honest there was nothing on the palace side to use or any better. On arrival we had a quick welcome in reception and checked in. We were then escorted towards our rooms, some rooms were around a 10 minute walk away from the restaurant and bars so if you want to be closer you need to ask for a lower room number, they started at 1000-3000, we were in 1900 and it was around a 7 minute walk but seemed much quicker along the beach. The blocks had 12 rooms 6 on the bottom and 6 on the top and the we were the only guests in the block, with our own private beach with Sunbed’s, as no other guests around. The room was lovely and so spacious, our cleaner Nizam really looked after us with towel decorations and leaving us plenty of towels everyday. We liked that the beach towels were in your room too. We always had plenty of shower gel/soap and the mini bar was always replenished daily. The rooms all had a kettle with brew kit, fridge, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and a big umbrella. the beds were huge and extremely comfortable. Everywhere is spotless and the staff work tirelessly to keep it like this. The toilets are the cleanest we’ve ever been in. We walked around the island which is pristine but unfortunately you can’t walk the whole way due to the workers area but it was around 2 miles and there are so many huge shells all over the beach. We used the gym daily which was air conditioned, had great running machines, x trainers, weights etc water, tv and scales. The main restaurant was great and the staff were outstanding especially mary, Sintya, yogi to name a few, the food was outstanding with 5 different cooking stations - fish, Italian, Maldivian, indian and Mediterranean and then lots of salads, breads, fruit, cake etc We used the watersports centre several times, using the pedalos and kayaks free of charge. The pool bar was lovely and especially at the end of each day where they had a sunset Dj with amazing chilled out music. There was a huge chess set and a boules area to use whenever you liked too. The sports bar was a great place to go and have a free game of pool and a drink and was open 24hrs with snacks too. We went to the Italian Al a carte 3 times and it was absolutely delicious, the steak in there was unbelievable, we also went to the steakhouse twice and it was delic

This was by far one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in! We had high expectations but it was even better. The staff is amazing, they are always making sure that you are having a good time. I would like to give a special thank you to some of the team members that really made a difference in our stay. Thank you so much to Niyaaf, our island host. He was incredible from the first moment we checked in at Sun Syiam Vilu Reef. He gave us his WhatsApp number and was always available for any special request or even bookings during our stay. He gave us really nice recommendations, always very polite and available, very helpful and showed us true hospitality. We would also like to mention Digajan from Nautilus Bar. He was super nice and gave us the best drinks recommendations! Then there was Faruk, a chef at Aqua restaurant. He was always smiling, super attentive and every time he saw us he tried to speak some Portuguese, which we really liked :) I would also like to thank Anis, a spa therapist. I did an Asian blend massage and it was incredible, I even ended up booking another treatment with her. Super nice and attentive. I truly recommend Sun Syam Vilu Reef, it was the best honeymoon trip we could have asked for. We will definitely be returning!

استمتعت جداً في رحلتي الى جزيره نياما ، واشكر جميع العاملين فيها والاستقبال بصدر رحب ، واشكر خصوصا السيد الفاضل زياد واشكر تعامله وتعاونه معانا وسوف اعود يوماً ما باذن الله ، يتميزون ان لديهم لكل يوم منيو في المطاعم جديد حيث يتنوع في الاكلات مثل اليوم الايطالي و اليوم المالديفي ، واشكر اخوي زياد كثيرا 🌹
Baglioni Resort Maldives - Luxury All Inclusive

We visited Baglioni for one week for our honeymoon, first of all I would like to thank the following staff at Baglioni who really made our stay on the island impeccable: Swadha, Ramees, Siraan, Chef Andrea, Megan, Harris, Prafhul, Zacky, Jin, Margaret, Chef Ajay and the General Manager Monica. All the staff on the island are extremely friendly and helpful, the ones mentioned above just went that extra mile to make us feel so welcome and they really looked after us during our stay. Restaurants & Bars: Fuego BBQ on the beach is amazing lots of variety of fish and meat, Gusto the Italian was fantastic a new menu recently released, Yama the Asian unfortunately was not as good food wise as the other two restaurants in our opinion, all the restaurants are lovely inside and have breathtaking views over the ocean. Pool bar is great has great food and drink options with a proper wood fire pizza station at lunchtime, lunch menu here is good. Taste is the main restaurant only went here for breakfast and few lunches not dinner, this is all buffet here. Aperitivo on the beach during our stay was fantastic drinks and cocktail bites with the sunset was great got to meet the staff and mingle with other guests. Villas / Rooms: The villas are fantastic extremely clean modern lots of space, beach villa with pool was better for us but you do not have much privacy between villas, the water villa with pool was lovely but just too noisy if high winds and rough sea. The daily turnaround of the room cleaning was always to perfection and thorough. Leisure Activities & Facilities: They have great facilities at the resort, big swimming pool, spa, yoga, gym, tennis courts, snorkeling excursions, dolphin cruise, watersports, all these facilities were great and met our expectations. Games area also at the pool bar, pool table, tennis table. Cooking classes, Cocktail making classes. Movie night, Bingo night, Karaoke night, Maldivian culture night. Every night they always have on new entertainment or different theme nights, they were a good laugh and break the evening up, so you do not just end up going back to your villa after dinner, was great they always mixed it up. Snorkeling: Great island to go diving or snorkeling around, shallow and deep areas across the island and on the outskirts off the reef and cliff edges. The island itself and beaches are great not to rocky and not so much damage coral etc around the island. An island that is extremely environmentally friendly. Once again just like to say a massive thank you to the Baglioni team for looking after us during our stay.
