Hotel Dengan Kolam di Daerah Lodz, Poland

Once upon a time, this was an exemplar hotel, and by far the best in town, in particular in term of service. It has unfortunately sleeped away in the last 4 years, and what was the must stay at hotel, is now only the shadow of this massive former text mill, itself the glory of Lodz 100 years ago. Room are still larger by an standard, building is magnificent, but during my stay in mid May 2022, the once excellent ground floor restaurant was shut close, the tables at breakfast where taking ages to be cleaned, so you had to do it yourself if you wanted to seat without waiting 10mns (this is what it took them to clean the table next to mine), food is averagely good, the buffet still offers a high variety, quality is OK, not spectacular. The bed rooms are still massive by any standard, still fresh and clean 15 years after its opening, thr architecture goegeous, but service is a let down, when i came back to my room at 18h00 it wasn't cleaned since the morning, the same happened to me during my last stay there pre Corona outbreak. Luckily it wasn't midnight when I came back. Additionally, I discovered that they don't change linenes daily, but only every 2nd day, not what you can expcet in a 4*. This is a cheap trick to save 1$ on the cleaning cost, usually such hotels offer you the option they don't impose it on you like here. After complaining to the head of reception, this was the 2nd time it was happening, they sent a platter of cakes and latter called me to excuse themselves. This is appreciated and professional, but could be totally avoided, by ensuring that all rooms be cleaned during the day. If you make abstraction of the weak house keeping & breakfast service, it is a good hotel for 1 night if it is cheaper than Puro across the street, or the HI on Pietrokowska. The main pro in this one is the roof top pool and the huge room size, which can make it a great combination even for weekend stays, if you can forgive them all the service gaps. So Lodz has now probably better serviced 4 * hotels, just without a pool.

Bardzo dobrze czułem się w tym hotelu. Pyszne i urozmaicone śniadania (jedzenie jakby domowe) i obiadokolacje (BRAWO dla kucharzy!!!). Uczynna obsługa sali restauracyjnej dwoi się i troi w obsłudze sali. Do kolacji obsługa mogłaby nie włączać ekspresu do kawy (kawa jest tylko do śniadania). Pani Małgorzata Szczerba z obsługi sali restauracyjnej stara się zwracać uwagę licznym klientom bez masek, otrzymując przeważnie niemiłe odpowiedzi. BRAWO Pani Małgosiu za odwagę! Miła obsługa restauracji nie wyrzuca gości spóźnionych na śniadanie, po czasie wydawania posiłków! Pokoje czyste, choć przydałby się na wyposażeniu co najmniej czajnik elektryczny jeśli nie ekspres do kawy i herbata/kawa w torebkach (na powitanie są 2 butelki wody mineralnej i 2 szklaneczki). Basen, jacuzzi, bicze wodne czynne REALNIE od 14:00-20:45 (oficjalnie 14:00-21:00). Sauna i jacuzzi na zewnątrz, czyste i czynne od 15:00-20:30. Białe szlafroki frotte do wypożyczenia w recepcji po zostawieniu zastawu 50 zł. Pani Anna Telążka z recepcji stara się uszczęśliwić klientów- brawo! Piękne widoki dymiących kominów elektrowni w Bełchatowie, ale mimo tego powietrze bardzo czyste. POLECAM każdemu także rodzinom z dziećmi- nie będą się nudzić, jest specjalna sala dla dzieci z ekranem kinowym i z grami stołowymi i siłownia. Hotel znany jest w okolicy jako dobra baza wypoczynkowa na weekendy więc wtedy jest kolejka po kawę przy śniadaniu i prywatki z muzyką w nocy. Nie lubisz kolejki do kawy to wybierz pobyt w dniach powszednich

Very good localization of the object and comfort at the hotel. During the stay we used also rooftop bar, and we were well served, during our stay DJ was playing music and despite lack of the drink in the menu we were served with the drink we have chosen. Moreover, there is free coffee at the restaurant available all the time. I can easily recommend this hotel for couples visiting Lodz city mostly due to the localization which is near the main street Piotrkowska and Manufaktura.

Hotelnya bagus, tidak jauh dari pusat bandar. Terdapat stesen bas di tingkat bawah dari hotel, tetapi jika anda perlu menaiki trem, anda mesti berjalan kaki sejauh 800 meter, yang sedikit menyusahkan. Jauh dari bandar lama, dan mengambil masa lebih dari setengah jam dengan bas. Persekitaran di tingkat bawah hotel sangat baik, ini adalah taman yang besar. Namun, tidak ada kedai serbaneka yang berdekatan, menjadikan belanja sangat tidak selesa. Secara keseluruhannya memuaskan.

Nice 3 star hotel in the middle of Bełchatów Town. Rally nice, calm, not so large hotel. There is a swiimming pool, sauna, bowling, bilard. Restaurant serve fresh , natural and tasty food. It is reqlly cheap, both the stay in the room and food. There is possibilty to arrange hudge conferences and meetings, even for above 1000 participants using the hall situated next by.

Beside the good size and modern rooms, but with very bad pillows and sheets, this hotel has little to offer, even as an holiday inn (they are a franchisee that use the brand to attract customers, but do little to recognise brand status). Location at the southern end of the city requires that you walk 1 km to the nearest restaurant and bar, the reception service is soviet style, dry and totally unfriendly. The reception area is as welcoming as a hospital reception, the staff unskilled and definitely not passionate to work there. The venue offers almost no facilities for a new hotel, the gym is miniature in the basement, no pool like at Vienna House and the hotel looked like a ghost ship during my 3 days stay, no customer around. A very weird experience, and definitely not a good Holiday inn. There are much better options in town with much better and friendlier service, i was fooled by the reviews, its a cold and unpersonnal post Communist venue. If only they would treat Diamond status with top service Never going back there (i am in Lodz every quarter)

This is a relatively new hotel, located not far from the main train/coach station, in the traffic free commercial area. The amazing Manufaktura shopping district and other main tourist attractions are all within 10-15 walking distance. The hotel room facilities are modern and efficient. The private bathroom is of decent size and serves the purpose. The bedding is basic, but modern (each bed has its own power and usb outlets) and comfortable. The one thing the Hotel should improve is to provide coffee machine, or water kettle, and/or bottled water.

Great location. Spotless. Good price. Stayed here during trip to Lodz for friend's wedding. Loved it. Staff very friendly and booked taxis for us. Reasonable price. Right next to Galleria Lodz for everything we needed.

Very good and comfortable hotel in the city centre. Large underground parking next to the hotel with direct hotel access. Comfortable room with good amenities. Very good breakfast with superb selection, some food was really good, very friendly staff and good coffee.

This used to be Hotel Trybunalski where we stayed in the past . After the Best Western taken over the hotel was totallly renovated and moved from the 19th century straight into the 21th! Typically BW standard but most enjoyable with great Service.

Typical ibis. Good localization on the end of Piotrkowska Str. Rooms are comfortable; nothing special but good enough for a single night. Because of high status In loyalty program I got an upgrade. Be careful, some rooms are without external windows. Breakfast are fine but without fireworks.

I have been several times in this hotel for the good location very near to the city center but overall for the excellent attitude of the staff. I would like to congratulate the GM in the hotel Mr Daniel Dzierba for the great work already done in the hotel and training to his staff....All of them are well prepare to solve any situation to satisfy a demanding guest like me.

pokój 3 os. ok, duży, przestronny. Brak lodówki. Łazienka ma kilka niedociagnięć, chyba nie była dostatecznie czyszczona, bo jest troszke podniszczona. W hotelu zapach jedzenia, akurat niefajnie pachniało. Obsługa miła. Na śniadaniu ok, każdy może coś dla siebie znależć, płatki różne, mleko, jogurty, sery, wędliny, chleb, bułki, jajecznica, kiełbaski, pieczarki duszone, naleśniki, pancake, kawa mocno średnia. Niby duży fajny ekspress ale smak kawy nie bardzo. Do Piotrowskiej tramwaj linii 15 - jedzie do 40 min. z przystanku Kurczaki-Chojny. Do zoo - tramwaj 15 potem przesiadka na np. 80A. obok hotelu pyszna pizzeria - Oliviarnia.
