Unfortunately, the rooms have no wifi but data connection (Globe) is reliable. The breakfast buffet is okay. They won’t clean the room unless you request for it and you have to pay for beach towels. IMO, there are better cheap hotels in Boracay which offer great service and amenities with almost the same price.

I was treated well by everyone here. My room was clean, with a working and effective air conditioning. The location was quiet. I requested a quiet place and the SR section to stay in was sufficient. I have nothing but positive things to say. Everyone made me feel welcome and my needs were taken care of. Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay here at fairways! All staffs are very friendly and accommodating. The property was very spacious and they even have a big private beach. Our room was very clean and smells so good. The best part is the pool party where my kid had so much fun because of the bubbles! Also there are different restaurants to choose from. For me this hotel is underrated. It should be 5 stars!!!

My parents love the place and the transportation are not problem to them. The downside is its hard to contact the hotel but when you there the staff so nice. They help me for my surprise visit to my parents. My parents so happy the service. We will book again soon. Thank u

For the first two days of our stay it was okay tho the people who welcomed us were not comforting as other front desk crew are but they were still nice. Once you entered the lobby it was kinda dead place, you know there are people but they are like robots. It’s kinda dead place for me. The crew at Kuya J’s were fighting over personal agendas and it was in the morning. Imagine having your breakfast and hearing those personal fights of the crews, you haven’t started your day and that’s what you hear. Also the restaurant is also stinky. It gives you the vibes of the Estero in Binondo. No joke you’ll lose your appetite smelling the area and unfortunately you have no choice because that’s where your complimentary breakfast served. Lastly, we chose azalea because of the kitchen this is technically our kitchen but some of our family were staying at henann and other hotels. And since the food was in the place some of us are going in to eat. My niece and nephew ate in our room and since it was a bit late they stayed and decided to sleep at the room. However the following events are very inconsiderate on the Azalea crews. While we were resting the guard knocked to the door with a bit escalated emotion. He told me that the phone was not ringing the front fest were calling us it might be hung or whatsoever, so I checked the phone and it was in good place then I phoned the front desk and asked why. The crew told us that we were five in the room and we were only allowed just 3. I understand the situation but I explained what’s on our behalf I told him that they were just staying because we have food here and so forth. However he told me that I’m going to pay for the extra guests who were still a children (tho still another person) but again children so I told him just wait I’ll contact my family in other hotels where they were staying so I can send them off there. While it was hard to contact them since its in the middle of the night. So I phoned the front desk again and told him to give us a little more time because of the situation in the other hotel. But instead of understanding the situation he was like “ma’am okay but in 10 mins they should be downstairs or else we’ll charge them” uhm okay okay again I understand tho be considerate they were children I know the policy but I think it’s situational that can be understood. Its like yes you have a policy but at the same time you should be human first I guess. But it brings me back to what I felt in the first days. The place feels dead because of the people whose hearts like a robot. So never again. You booked a hotel not just for the luxury but the ambiance the vibe that you feel inside the hotel but its useless if people who are running the business doesn’t have a heart like a human. There are a lot of hotel and resorts that are same rate as they have like henann, Hue, Lime, Altabriza the prices are not far from here but you should pick them rather than here a place where there’s no heart like a parents, si

It exceeded our expectations when they gave us a pool view without knowing it but felt disappointed when we noted for a complimentary birthday set up and went to our room with nothing, even emailed them for it. Also their contact number is always busy and when it rings nobody answers the call. Still recommending it, a good place to stay at a reasonable price.

The hotel is located on white beach. It’s a beautiful resort with a top-class breakfast buffet. The hotel staff were all friendly and kind and tried their best to make us feel welcome. The three pools at the hotel are amazing - this was my favorite part of the hotel! We had to pay a deposit of 6k peso on check in. There were some ants in our room and on the bed and the hotel staff assisted immediately, by offering to change rooms. We celebrated a birthday and they made it extra special during breakfast! One thing that bothered me… the housekeeping leaving a warning for us not to smoke in the room even though we hadn’t been doing so. We followed the rules and made sure not to smoke in the room, but we were met with a warning that a smoking was detected in the room and that the hotel would charge us two nights stay as a result. Overall it’s a wonderful hotel. The beds are soft and the location is perfect!

The environment is clean and tidy. Both swimming pools are excellent, we can jump in the water from our room directly. All the staff were helpful and friendly. The food in the restaurant was good. Specially thanks to a waiter his name is HOMER, he was very helpful and cheerful all the time. It just take a few minutes walk to the d mall and get everything you needed. Will stay in this hotel again next time.

Traveling with our 1 year old son for the first time, the stay at Movenpick was exactly the right place. Amazing amazing staff: Our transfer by private boat, van and bus was organised perfectly. Checking in and out - staff are friendly. Concierge and staff assistance with transfers/ in town travel and anything else - exceptional. Staff at the pools, beach, restaurants, daycare, shops, cleaning staff - all are exceptional and truly warm and friendly. Amazing food and drinks, pool and beach is amazing and we truly cannot say enough how well we were treated and spoiled. Special shoutout to: Rianne, Honey, Antonet, Mia, Cara and Brooks for greeting our boy by name every day, spending time with him, making him laugh all while making sure we are comfortable and enjoying our breakfast/lunch/dinner - you all truly embody professional and loving service - we will miss seeing you every morning. There was a private waiting area inside the terminal, where we waited about 20 minutes for the boat. The boat ride took about 15 mins, going to the far side of the island, instead of the dock directly across the water. We were pleasantly surprised by a beautiful rock formation we’d never known was there, since in all the times going to Boracay, we had never seen that part of the island. From there, we rode a van to the resort, which was about a 10-minute ride. Staff was very pleasant, and all around a good pick-up experience.   Checking in We were welcomed with a glass of dalandan (citrus fruit) flavored iced tea. It was a quick check-in, and we were happy to know that our hotel room was ready right away. We were escorted to our room.   The Suite Our room was amazing! We came to Boracay to celebrate our son’s birthday. When we entered the room, they surprised us with a “Happy Birthday” sign on the bed as well as on the TV screen. There was also a cake and cookies which the kids loved. We booked a 1-bedroom suite with a plunge pool. For reference, we are a family of 5, and the kids' ages ranged from toddler to preteen. The room was spacious enough for all of us and very clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. For someone who has spine issues, I slept well. The bathroom had all the toiletries you would need, from the loofa to bubble bath. Shower water pressure matters to us 😅, and it didn't disappoint. Also, there was also a crimson tote and a beach sombrero. They were very thoughtful with what they chose to provide for guests.   The Restaurants   Saffron cafe - Our booking included breakfast, which was buffet-style. There was a wide selection of food, including continental and Filipino breakfast, a carving station, omelette station, bread and pastries, and dim sum and noodle stations. Some Mediterranean, Japanese, and Korean dishes too. The servers were all so friendly and accommodating, always happy to serve. Mosaic - Latin American grill The first thing that struck me was the beautiful interior design. For appetizers, we ordered the octopus, Caesar salad with anchovies, and the salmon tiradito as appetizers. The octopus paired very well with beets which was unexpected; Caesar salad, you can never go wrong with, while the salmon was just ok. For the main course, we ordered The Tomahawk steak and the cod which were excellent. They served the steak with different choices of salt and sauces, which elevated the flavor and the presentation of the food, and all of them were good. By the way, all restaurants in the resort had a kids' menu, which came with a drink, main entree, and dessert. Do yourself a favor and order their Tres Leches 👌 Azure Beach Club - so accommodating, and the food was great! We entered the restaurant wet from the rain, and they were happy to sit us

Service was very good and very friendly, the breakfast is amazing, lots of choices, different kind of filipino dishes. The location is also very nice, beachfront hotel, the place is very clean, very new, and the Deluxe direct pool access is a must! Its very beautiful there, definitely will go back there again soon! While my stay at this hotel had some positive aspects, a few notable issues detracted from the overall experience. Upon arrival, I encountered persistent problems with the room’s card key system. After being issued two card keys, neither worked to unlock my room door, regardless of how they were used. When I returned to the front desk, I was told—incorrectly—that I must have deactivated the keys, even though they had been in my hand for less than two minutes. The staff reactivated the keys, but they still didn’t work. A housekeeping staff member attempted to assist me, confirming the keys were faulty and using their own master key to grant me access. Despite this confirmation, the front desk staff seemed skeptical until they heard directly from housekeeping, which I found frustrating. Additionally, the room’s sliding door had a noticeable gap that would not close properly. This became particularly problematic on a windy, stormy day, as the door rattled, pulled apart, and emitted a loud whistling noise. My initial request to have the door fixed resulted in housekeeping advising me to “press as hard as I could” or simply tolerate the gap. After enduring the noise for one night, I requested a room change, but the new room also had a gap in the sliding door. Again, I had to insist on a solution, which seemed like an inconvenience for the front desk staff. That said, the dining and housekeeping staff were outstanding—friendly, accommodating, and professional. These teams clearly prioritize guest satisfaction, which was a redeeming aspect of my stay. Unfortunately, the front desk service, particularly from one male staff member, left much to be desired. In summary, while some areas of the hotel staff excelled, the front desk (specially the male reception member) team could benefit from additional training in customer service to ensure guest concerns are addressed with care and urgency.

We recently had an overnight stay at Henan Regency Boracay, Station 2 and it was a nice experience. Location: The hotel is ideally located at Station 2 with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and the beach Check-In/Check-Out: The check-in process was smooth, and the staff at the front desk were friendly and welcoming. I did experience a slight delay during check-in due to a room request initially located at the East Wing where construction is being made, but it wasn’t a major issue. They upgraded our room and placed us near the swimming pool and breakfast buffet area. Room: The room was spacious and well-appointed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was equipped with all the amenities you’d expect, including a welcome home chocolate pieces, coffee machine, and Wi-Fi. The bathroom was modern, with a large walk-in shower and bath tub. However, I did notice a bit of noise because we were at the ground floor, which might be an issue for light sleepers. Facilities: The fitness center is well-equipped for a hotel gym, and spa for relaxation. Hotel kept the pool clean, hygienic and it looked inviting. Breakfast in the morning was a highlight with a variety of options, from fresh fruit to made-to-order omelets. The staff in the restaurant were attentive and friendly. The hotel also boasts the singing and dancing chefs which gives entertainment to all guests Service: The service was generally excellent. Staff went out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay, and housekeeping did a great job of maintaining cleanliness. The concierge was helpful in providing recommendations for local attractions. Cons: While the hotel overall was excellent, the street noise in my room was a bit bothersome at times. Additionally, the prices for dining and drinks at the hotel were on the higher side, but that's expected at this level of accommodation. Conclusion: The Henan Regency Hotel offers great value for its location and amenities. I’d definitely consider staying here again, though I might request a room on a higher floor for a quieter experience.

The service was nothing short of outstanding! Our flight coming from boracay was scheduled early morning. I had arranged our transportation to the airport to one of the front desk employees. My friends were amazed with the service provided. Arrived at the airport without delay and treated like royal customers. Way to go Hennan garden resort staffs.

Well deserved 5 star rating! From the front desk to the pool and buffet attendants, everyone was very professional and accommodating! Service was topnotch! They had ongoing renovations of rooms and I had to request for the construction to stop due to noise issues. Staff immediately took action and apologized with accompanying fruit tray as their form of apology! This was not needed but appreciated anyway.

It exceeded our expectations when they gave us a pool view without knowing it but felt disappointed when we noted for a complimentary birthday set up and went to our room with nothing, even emailed them for it. Also their contact number is always busy and when it rings nobody answers the call. Still recommending it, a good place to stay at a reasonable price.

The hotel is located on white beach. It’s a beautiful resort with a top-class breakfast buffet. The hotel staff were all friendly and kind and tried their best to make us feel welcome. The three pools at the hotel are amazing - this was my favorite part of the hotel! We had to pay a deposit of 6k peso on check in. There were some ants in our room and on the bed and the hotel staff assisted immediately, by offering to change rooms. We celebrated a birthday and they made it extra special during breakfast! One thing that bothered me… the housekeeping leaving a warning for us not to smoke in the room even though we hadn’t been doing so. We followed the rules and made sure not to smoke in the room, but we were met with a warning that a smoking was detected in the room and that the hotel would charge us two nights stay as a result. Overall it’s a wonderful hotel. The beds are soft and the location is perfect!

The environment is clean and tidy. Both swimming pools are excellent, we can jump in the water from our room directly. All the staff were helpful and friendly. The food in the restaurant was good. Specially thanks to a waiter his name is HOMER, he was very helpful and cheerful all the time. It just take a few minutes walk to the d mall and get everything you needed. Will stay in this hotel again next time.

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel safe, comfortable and every single need was catered to. Traveling with our 1 year old son for the first time, the stay at Movenpick was exactly the right place. Amazing amazing staff: Our transfer by private boat, van and bus was organised perfectly. Checking in and out - staff are friendly. Concierge and staff assistance with transfers/ in town travel and anything else - exceptional. Staff at the pools, beach, restaurants, daycare, shops, cleaning staff - all are exceptional and truly warm and friendly. Amazing food and drinks, pool and beach is amazing and we truly cannot say enough how well we were treated and spoiled. Special shoutout to: Rianne, Honey, Antonet, Mia, Cara and Brooks for greeting our boy by name every day, spending time with him, making him laugh all while making sure we are comfortable and enjoying our breakfast/lunch/dinner - you all truly embody professional and loving service - we will miss seeing you every morning. To the managers - Arnold, Marichel and Arlene - thank you for your honest goodness, smiles and small favours (small glasses of fruit juice, extra bananas etc etc). We are sad to leave here but will definitely be back one day - hope to see you all here again!

The Arrival We were met at the baggage claim by a happy-looking guy holding up a sign that said ”Crimson” and were directed to the van, which took us to the boat terminal. There was a private waiting area inside the terminal, where we waited about 20 minutes for the boat. The boat ride took about 15 mins, going to the far side of the island, instead of the dock directly across the water. We were pleasantly surprised by a beautiful rock formation we’d never known was there, since in all the times going to Boracay, we had never seen that part of the island. From there, we rode a van to the resort, which was about a 10-minute ride. Staff was very pleasant, and all around a good pick-up experience.   Checking in We were welcomed with a glass of dalandan (citrus fruit) flavored iced tea. It was a quick check-in, and we were happy to know that our hotel room was ready right away. We were escorted to our room.   The Suite Our room was amazing! We came to Boracay to celebrate our son’s birthday. When we entered the room, they surprised us with a “Happy Birthday” sign on the bed as well as on the TV screen. There was also a cake and cookies which the kids loved. We booked a 1-bedroom suite with a plunge pool. For reference, we are a family of 5, and the kids' ages ranged from toddler to preteen. The room was spacious enough for all of us and very clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. For someone who has spine issues, I slept well. The bathroom had all the toiletries you would need, from the loofa to bubble bath. Shower water pressure matters to us 😅, and it didn't disappoint. Also, there was also a crimson tote and a beach sombrero. They were very thoughtful with what they chose to provide for guests.   The Restaurants   Saffron cafe - Our booking included breakfast, which was buffet-style. There was a wide selection of food, including continental and Filipino breakfast, a carving station, omelette station, bread and pastries, and dim sum and noodle stations. Some Mediterranean, Japanese, and Korean dishes too. The servers were all so friendly and accommodating, always happy to serve. Mosaic - Latin American grill The first thing that struck me was the beautiful interior design. For appetizers, we ordered the octopus, Caesar salad with anchovies, and the salmon tiradito as appetizers. The octopus paired very well with beets which was unexpected; Caesar salad, you can never go wrong with, while the salmon was just ok. For the main course, we ordered The Tomahawk steak and the cod which were excellent. They served the steak with different choices of salt and sauces, which elevated the flavor and the presentation of the food, and all of them were good. By the way, all restaurants in the resort had a kids' menu, which came with a drink, main entree, and dessert.
