Nice hotel . Great.position. Nice rooms . Clean. Only spoiled by top offparking charge which check in did not warn us about. This may have been due to stress over horrendous building site mouse in hotel. But l did ask about parking and staff were vague about the cost. We got abadty shock as cost per day was almost the same as the room. Wyndham have no customer service for Europe so my attempts to contact them failed.

With myself arriving on a late evening flight in Wroclaw and taking a train at 6am the next morning elsewhere, since I was only going to be in the hotel for a maximum of about 6 hours, all I needed was a shower, bed and sleep and then leave and therefore I chose this hotel as it appeared to tick those boxes at a good rate. When I arrived at around 11pm the person on reception was so-so, not unpleasant but not friendly either. However what struck me was that despite purchasing the rooms from the hotel's own website, I needed to fill in a long form with all my personal details such as name, address, telephone number, email address etc that they should already have had. Also the lights were really low in the reception so it was impossible to read the form easily so I had to use my phone as a light. I arrived in my room and it looked spartan but fine. The bed was a little bit low to the ground but was fine to sleep in. The aircon made a lot of noise without really doing anything and opening the windows wasn't really possible as there was a tram line outside which would have meant a lot of noise pollution. Shower was a very small corner one, the smallest I have ever seen in a hotel. barely room to move in it between the controls and the corner door, let alone shower yourself properly. This might be good for kids but not for adults. Water pressure was okay though. Would I stay again? If the rate was much cheaper than anything else and I simply needed a place to rest for a few hours yes, but if I could find something else in the same price range or needed to stay for anything else than straight to shower and sleep and nothing else, no.

We spent 1 night at Arche Hotel at tgecrbd of April 2023. The hotel is the closest to the airport, easily reached on foot or one bus stop from the terminal. It is a recent and modern property, quite anonymous from outside but with nice American industrial loft style inside! Our standard room was quite nice, though not the largest, with a kettle and 2 bottles of water on offer. The bathroom is quite small but functional for a short stay. Breakfast is really wonderful considering the hotel category: you get a really rich buffet plus hot dishes made to order, a really nice touch! Staff are all very young nice and professional . The best choice for an early departure or late arrival into Wroclaw and very convenient to reach che city centre by bus, the stop is just opposite the hotel!

Hotel is very well located in a quiet area, good transportation around. Walking distance to the main square about 15 mins. Service staff really helpful during check in, room was clean and installations in general super good!

Loved the Lalique shower gel and shampoo. The staff is nice, welcome drink is a plus, breakfast is good. It will not blow your mind, but you will be happy.

The hotel is in a great location just a few minutes walk from the station and the shopping centre. The old town is a ten -15 minute walk away but there are trams that stop outside the hotel that take you into the old town. We arrived 45 minutes before check in and hoped we'd be able to take our room but were told there'd be a 40PLN charge. We could leave our baggage however. The rooms are big and spacious but a little tired. However they were clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was very disappointing. The sausage was like the hot dogs from a tin and had a very bland taste. There were mixed vegetables such as cauliflower and broccoli which wasn't what we wanted in the morning. Scrambled eggs were brought to us but we're drowned in salt. The bread was dry and there was no toaster either. We're not fussy eaters but it just wasn't to our taste.

Good option for Wroclaw. It is not in the very center, but a 10 minutes walk and you are there. The hotel is nice, with a good spa, and the room is very comfortable. I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding a recent experience I had at the Platinum Palace Boutique Hotel on August 17, 2023. As a long-standing and loyal patron of your establishment for over five and a half years, I feel compelled to address the unfortunate incident that transpired during my visit. My journey with Platinum Hotel began in earnest when I hosted my wedding event at your venue on June 14, 2018. Since that memorable day, both my family and I have consistently chosen Platinum Hotel as our preferred destination for our periodic trips to Wrocław, averaging three visits per year. We have consistently indulged in your esteemed spa services and savored exquisite meals at your restaurant, contributing substantially to the hotel’s revenue. Last December, I received a thoughtful gift voucher from a family member in Wrocław, specifically for spa services at Platinum Hotel. Given our regular patronage, my wife and I naturally decided to utilize the voucher during our visit in August. On the appointed day, we eagerly handed over the vouchers to the spa representatives after enjoying a rejuvenating spa experience. Subsequently, we relished a sumptuous meal at your restaurant. However, to my utter astonishment, our experience took a disappointing turn during checkout. We were informed that the vouchers were no longer valid as they had supposedly expired at the end of June, which was merely seven weeks prior. It was disheartening to learn about this expiration date as it had not been conveyed to us when the vouchers were presented. We were further dismayed when the hotel staff conveyed their inability to honor the value of the vouchers. This treatment was not only unfair but also fell far short of the standards one would expect from a prestigious 5-star hotel. The refusal to recognize the purpose of a gift and the insistence on monetary gain over customer satisfaction left me deeply dissatisfied. I believe that manipulating the expiration date on non-refundable gift vouchers is a practice that prioritizes profit over providing genuine hospitality and customer service. I implored the staff for reconsideration, but regrettably, my pleas were met with indifference. This lack of understanding and empathy towards a loyal customer who had effectively paid for services not rendered is both disappointing and unacceptable. After having consistently invested a significant amount of money in your services, products, and dining experiences over the years, I have reluctantly arrived at the conclusion that Platinum Palace Hotel no longer deserves my patronage, nor that of my family members. I believe that other establishments, such as Topacz Hotel and Spa Services, will treat their clients with the respect, fairness, and customer-centric approach that I had previously associated with Platinum Palace Hotel. Hari itu bermula pada pukul 3 petang. Saya mengaku perkara ini sebelum saya membuat temu janji, dan seorang lelaki mencadangkan agar dia boleh mendaftar masuk awal melalui telefon. Tertakluk pada ketersediaan bilik. Puan Agata berkata bahawa saya mendaftar masuk di kaunter penerimaan tetamu pada pukul 1:20 petang, dan dia berkata saya akan mendaftar masuk selepas pukul 3:00 petang. Saya bertanya jika ada penyelesaian lain atau kemungkinan bilik, Encik Agata memegang kad pengenalan di tangannya Adalah peribadi dan memalukan untuk mengatakan bahawa anda tidak memahami bahasa Poland! Völlig überlaufen, stundenlang anstehen an der Rezeption, Zimmer erst abends verfügbar ,keine Parkplätze im Parkhaus für Gäste verfügbar ( wird als öffentliches Parkhaus genutzt ). Also wer zur Weihnachtszeit hier übernachten möchte sollte sich ein ruhigeres Hotel suchen. 30€ mehr lohnt sich auf alle Fälle. Leider Massenabfertigung . Die Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich und das Personal versucht bestimmt ihr bestes. Ps. Wer auf Trip.com bucht sollte darauf achten das die Buchungenseinstellungen sich beim Buchungsvorgang nicht ändert. Der Preis ändert sich und man steht ohne Frühstück da. Nach zweimaligem Versuch hatten wir uns entschlossen Frühstück vor Ort zu buchen, Preis war noch akzeptabel.

After a somewhat disastrous stay at another hotel, I quickly booked two deluxe rooms for my parents and myself at Hotel Monopol to save our Christmas Market experience in Wroclaw. The moment we walked into the hotel we were immediately put at ease. What a gorgeous hotel. Fantastic service and the perfect location to walk to the Christmas market and shops. The deluxe rooms were incredibly spacious and modern. The bathrooms are open plan, so make sure you’re comfortable with your roommate if you have one. The bed was luxurious and the bath products were top notch as well. Breakfast was great along with the bar on the ground floor. All of the staff we interacted with were lovely. We would happily return.

W tej cenie jest całkiem ok. Oczywiście można by się przyczepić do niektórych zużytych elementów wyposażenia, niedociągnięć w wykończeniu, organizacji przestrzeni etc. Ale na pewno jest czysto, łóżka bardzo wygodne, dojazd extra, ogrodzony teren, obsługa super fajna, śniadania super.

Came here en route to Ukraine - delivering trucks for the Ukraine army. Great little hotel. Quiet, well designed, easy to use. Very good breakfast! Staff super-helpful with printing off border documents.
