I’d definitely recommend this hotel. The service is professional, the staff are friendly and attentive, and everything runs smoothly from check-in to check-out. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the overall experience makes guests feel comfortable and well taken care of.

The hotels location was ideally set in the old town of Wroclaw. Staff were very helpful, friendly as well as professional. Our room was lively however overlooked a night club that was opened to 6am. Next time we visit we will ask for a court yard view as the street noise was loud particularly over the weekend. We love Wyndham hotels and will definitely be back again in the summer of 2026 to stay again.

Expectations met, good cost/benefit. While I stayed just for a night, a small tip that I think would improve a lot for those staying longer: add some pots to the kitchenware instead of just a tiny frying pan!

The hotel is about a 10 min walk from Wroclaw train station, and also about a 10 minute walk to the old town square where the Christmas market was. Perfectly situated I must say. The room was well maintained, and I really appreciated the wall in the bathroom that was heated (warm towel and clothes after shower in winter = bliss). The staff were all very friendly and helpful, sharing with us the map of the attractions and also bringing to our attention all shops would be closed on Sundays l. We had the most enjoyable stay here.

Personeel liep niet over in vriendelijkheid, stug. Vanaf treinstation ca 15 min lopen. Winkelcentrum ca 5min. Ca 15 naar bezienswaardigheden. Ontbijt veelzijdig, wel duurder dan gemiddeld. Voor 1 nacht prima omdat iwroclaw mij als tourist tegenviel.

Very good business hotel in the centre of Legnica, a five-minute walk from the railway stations. The staff is very pleasant and welcoming. Excellent breakfast and spa facilities (sauna, jacuzzi and gym).

Satu-satunya kelemahan ialah hanya ada satu kunci untuk dua orang, dan kuasa hanya berfungsi dengan kad yang dimasukkan. Orang kedua tidak boleh menggunakan lif, kerana ia dikendalikan oleh kad. Ketiadaan berus tandas tidak selesa. Tiada saluran TV yang diiklankan, dan hanya tiga saluran berbahasa Poland daripada 29. Melaporkan potensi kerosakan menyebabkan juruteknik menggantikan alat kawalan jauh dengan yang baharu, dan itu sahaja. Saya tidak mengesyorkan bilik yang menghadap jalan kerana bunyi bising. Satu-satunya perkara positif ialah katil yang selesa dan selimut besar. Dan satu lagi perkara: tilam dibersihkan. Saya tidak akan menggunakannya lagi.

AAnonymous UserOur stay at Hotel Europejski Wrocław was a mixed experience, with both positives and areas for improvement.
Booking the hotel was a breeze, especially through Trip.com. The process was straightforward and hassle-free, which added to the convenience of our trip.
The location is fantastic, offering easy access to the city centre and public transportation. One of the highlights of our stay was the mulled wine and winter tea served at the hotel café. They were absolutely delightful and perfect for the chilly winter weather!
The room ambience was almost similar to Hotel Hetman in Warsaw—cozy and functional—but there were some issues. Every time we entered, the room smelled like wet carpet, which was unpleasant. Additionally, it lacked basic amenities such as an iron, ironing board, fridge, and slippers, which was disappointing. The room also wasn’t warm enough for winter, although the water heater and pressure were consistent, which was a relief. Unfortunately, the walls were quite thin, and we could hear our neighbours talking, which affected the overall comfort.
Housekeeping did an excellent job of ensuring the room was tidy, though they strictly followed the “clean my room” tag system. On one occasion, even with the tag hung, our room wasn’t cleaned, but it was resolved the next day.
The café staff were friendly and attentive, even though one staff member had limited English. Their effort to serve us to the best of their ability was commendable. Breakfast, however, was underwhelming, especially compared to our previous stays at Hotel Hetman in Warsaw and Hampton by Hilton Krakow Airport, which offered a more varied and higher-quality breakfast experience.
Overall, while the hotel has its advantages, such as its location, easy booking process, and some friendly staff, the room conditions, breakfast, and service inconsistencies leave room for improvement. That said, don’t miss the mulled wine and winter tea if you stay here!

GGuest UserAmazing hotel with fantastic service. The lobby to the hotel is vast, grand and extremely clean and well maintained. All reception staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. The room was superbly clean and very well presented and large. The bed was so comfortable. Dressing gowns and slippers provided). The Gym was free to use anytime and the Spa was very nice and for the price (£5 per hour per person) was a fantastic price. The breakfast choice was vast with hot food, cold meats and cheeses, salads, breads, pancakes and other cakes, coffee, teas and various cold juices. The hotel is very well located right next to the Old Town Square which has plenty of restaurants and bars for a good night out. A perfect stay and I would 100% stay there again. 5 out 5 for me and would advise anyone looking to stay in Wroclaw to stay here. You certainly wouldn't be disappointed.

GGuest UserPolen ist bekannt für die leckere Küche, leider ist es in diesem Hotel untergegangen. Wenig Auswahl , Vorspeisen kommen einen vor wie Tiefkühlkost. Haben weiter auch nichts mehr zum Abend essen bestellt, war genug. Das Frühstück ist da schon besser , doch auch da bei keinen nahmen haften Hotels in Polen ist das Frühstück deftiger und so wie es sein soll , lecker. Das Personal ist sehr nett freundlich und hilfsbereit. Haben uns dann leckere Ambiente empfohlen, das war dann Mega. Am besten in die Altstadt gehen da hat man dann alles.

JJordanxo3The location is just as advertised. Right in the center of the Old Market Square with the best view of the old time hall. The kitchen is well equipped and clean. The rooms are big and spacious (lockers are a bit slim though, think high-school lockers). No elevator, so keep that in mind. I would book again, I was very pleased.

The location is fantastic—quiet yet close to the tram stop, about 5 minutes away. The tram to the city center takes about 10 minutes.
My boyfriend and I had a wonderful vacation here. We will definitely book this hotel again!

AABengkr_orzI stayed here with a friend for one nights and was honestly surprised by how well-equipped the apartment was. We had a microwave, induction hob, cooking utensils, dishes, and even a proper sink and workspace—it’s the kind of setup you usually don’t get at this price range.
The room was clean and bright, the bathroom was spotless, and yes—the air conditioning actually works! It was such a relief after spending a long hot day walking around the city.
There was no hairdryer, which is something to note, but overall the comfort level was great.
Location-wise, it’s a bit far from the city center—we decided to walk and it took us about 50 minutes on foot (yes, we’re a bit crazy). But it’s also reachable by public transport if you prefer not to go full-pilgrimage mode like we did.
All in all, it’s a great spot for travelers who want a quiet, clean, and functional base for exploring Wrocław. Would definitely stay here again!

GGuest UserThis is a nice and modern hostel located just in the middle between central railway station and city centre. Rooms are large and clean, each one has it's own toilet and shower. Kitchen is for an additional fee but it's fully equipped and clean, so would highly recommend to pay for it. In addition you will have access to huge dining room and usually there are no people at all so it's possible to use it for work as well.
Some drawbacks: no aircons, so it can be very hot during summer and if windows are facing the street it can be quite noisy. There was no soap in the shower and it would be good to put curtains between the beds otherwise if you use bed light at night it will disturb your neighbours.
A common problem for the rooms with several beds is you can occasionally get a snoring neighbour...
