Hotel’s staff are really friendly and helpful. Hotel is quite new, and worth the price we paid. Location is a short drive from town, and there are some nearby eateries. Breakfast spread is good and the roof terrace has a good view. Room is spacious and bed is comfortable. But it can do with a luggage stand.

Lovely hotel got moved very quickly on arrival to a new room due to noise. Food was very good although main coffee machine awful ask for the bean coffee behind the counter. It was quite on arrival which was nice but not enough seats or sunbeds when it got busier. Staff very friendly and work very hard.

For the price of our stay it was well worth it!! Food was good and the all inclusive drinks were a big hit! There was entertainment on one of the nights we were there aswell! The pool was standard but a great vibe :) our room had a great view -one of the best in the resort 👌

The hotel is in the sticks abit however the views are magnificent. The hotel puts on a minibus to take guests to mythos beach. Food was ok, drinks really good. We had a room at the bottom of the hill of the hotel which was a trek but can't grumble. Try get a room nearer the pool bar. No evening snacks but shop onsite will be open. All in all good place but not a 5star so lower expectations are required. I would return.

Séjour très agrable ! Nous avons eu la chance d'être surclassés, chambre au 4eme étage avec vue sur la mer, juste magnifique ! Coucher de soleil extra Petit déjeuné très bien, partie faite maison ! Accueil vraiment top, de bons conseils, service parfait ! Je ne peux que recommander ! Effectivement grosse montée quand on revient de rethymnon mais bon, ça vaut le coup !

Είχα πάει και πέρυσι στο ίδιο ξενοδοχείο δυο-τρεις φορές ήταν πολύ καλό συμπαθητικό σε σχέση με τα άλλα που πήγαινα στη χερσόνησο ξενοδοχεία. Φέτος νόμιζα ότι άλλαξε ο διευθυντής και ρώτησα έχετε καινούργιο διευθυντή μου είπαν όχι τον ίδιο ακούστε λοιπόν. Αυτά που θα πω δεν μας συμφέρουν εμάς τους πελάτες όμως είναι η αλήθεια και πρέπει να λέγεται δεν μας συμφέρουν γιατί ανεβαίνει και η τιμή του ξενοδοχείου για αυτό το λόγο λέω ότι δεν μας συμφέρει ο διευθυντής φέτος πρέπει να είχε τρομερή έμπνευση γιατί είδα ένα τελείως διαφορετικό ξενοδοχείο καμία σχέση με όλα τα άλλα που είχα δει και πιστέψτε με πηγαίνω 15 συναπτά έτη στη χερσόνησο πάνω από 6 με 7 φορές το χρόνο διακοπές σε πάρα πολλά από αυτά έχω κάνει διακοπές αυτό που είδα φέτος δεν το έχω ξαναδεί σε κανένα ξενοδοχείο. Δηλαδή από το προσωπικό πιο ευγενικό από τη ρεσεψιόν απίστευτη από τα εστιατόρια ήταν σε ένα άλλο επίπεδο η ποιότητα των γευμάτων Γενικά όλα ήταν υπέροχα θα ήθελα να αναφέρω ένα ένα τους ανθρώπους που συναναστραφεί κα όμως είναι πολύ δύσκολο επιγραμματικά λοιπόν ο μετρ που είναι στο εστιατόριο Κωνσταντίνος διευθύνει την ορχήστρα στο εστιατόριο και πιστέψτε με τη διεύθυνη πολύ καλά η κυρία Εύα στη ρεσεψιόν μας έχει εξυπηρετήσει είναι η τρίτη φορά που μας εξυπηρετεί η ίδια σε οτιδήποτε τις έχουμε ζητήσει την τελευταία φορά μας έφερε ένα φορτιστή από το σπίτι της για να φορτίσουμε το κινητό μας κάτω στην πισίνα δίπλα που είναι το Άρτεμις με τα σουβλάκια όλα τα παιδιά πάρα πολύ εξυπηρετικά για ποιον να πρωτοπώ όλοι καταπληκτικοί τέλος θέλω να πω ένα μεγάλο ευχαριστώ και μπράβο στη διεύθυνση του ξενοδοχείου και ιδιαίτερα στο διευθυντή τα έχει καταφέρει απίστευτα...

Needed a hotel in Ierapetra to stay at whilst I dealt with a family bereavement here, so glad I chose this one, only minutes away from town centre and bus station and metres from the promenade and the many beachfront cafes. The staff are all very friendly and cannot do enough for you. The hotel is spotless throughout, the rooms are large and each has its own balcony. There is a wide selection of hot and cold breakfast items so there is something for everyone. Would highly recommend

My stay at The Royal Senses Hotel in Crete was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by the warm and friendly staff who made me feel right at home. This hotel was perfect on all aspects, the room was amazing, big very clean and well equipped. The view from the balcony and the swimming pool was brilliant! I really enjoyed the spa and the interior pool as well. The restaurant of the hotel was perfect too, the food was really good. But most importantly, the staff of the hotel was highly professional and the nicest people! All of them were very good to us and treated us so well. I include everyone in the staff including the cleaning lady who was so lovely too. All in all this might have been my best holiday in a very long time if not ever. I highly recommend this hotel! Big thank you to everyone at Lagon life spirit boutique hotel, you’ve made our stay so perfect!

Room: sea view room was beautifully designed; simple and attractive. Spotlessly clean. Outside; the pool was also immaculately clean with lots of sun beds and cabanas. My only suggestion would be to have a bit more shade. Food; the food was fine. Nothing exceptional and a bit pricey compared to the rest of the island but it was ok. Location; it’s a little way to walk if you want to visit other restaurants but the view is amazing. My photos don’t do it justice. There’s a lovely sea breeze. Staff; this is where The Nest really shines; every single member of staff was amazing. So friendly, thoughtful and kind. I honestly cannot give enough praise to the staff. They were simply wonderful.

GGuest UserBeautiful hotel, right in the city center. I had a suite, but unfortunately, the room’s hygiene was disappointing. The air conditioning blew out strange dust clouds — it turned out to be extremely dirty (see photo). In addition, the shower seals were full of mold, so I didn’t shower. The room faced a derelict building, which also came with a terrible sewage-like smell. Such a shame. With half board, you get a credit to spend — which is actually a clever system — and the food itself was very good and delicious. But having to pay extra for a cappuccino at breakfast is just absurd. That should simply be included 🤷🏼♀️
