Hotel Dengan Pengambilan dari hotel di Mtskheta-Mtianeti, Georgia

Местоположение близко к подъемнику, номер хороший, новый, красивый вид из окна, уборка не на 100 процентов, забирали посуду, забывали поставить новую, даже после звонка на ресепшен не принесли, пришлось просить уборщиц в коридоре. Не давали новые капсулы для эспрессо-машинки. Завтрак хороший, в отеле есть сауна (только финская) и бассейн с видом на горы (входит в цену), джакузи не работало. Бильярд, боулинг, бар за дополнительную плату, удобно что находится в самом отеле. Заказали отель ради детского клуба, по прибытии оказалось, что нет присмотра за детьми, есть просто игровая комната, в которой практически нет игрушек… Персонал на ресепшн приятный, готов помочь.

Tiada ski pada musim ini. Jika anda ingin bermain ski, lebih baik datang pada musim sejuk, tetapi pemandangan di pergunungan benar-benar menenangkan. Kakitangan perkhidmatan hotel sangat baik, tetapi makanan tidak biasa, lebih baik membawa makanan, atau Pergi ke pasar raya tidak jauh dari hotel. Air yang anda minum pada hari daftar masuk adalah percuma, tetapi anda perlu membayar untuk sebarang air lagi. Lebih baik pergi ke pasar raya tidak jauh.

How can I start, I was nervous to come because of all the bad reviews I was reading. We arrived 5 days ago and at the airport we paid 1062 gel for a taxi but the guys was not speaking one word of english we tried to communicate with him and it was impossible. Check in: very pleasant the front desk staffs are very nice and really try to help, for me they are the most trained and was my highlight in our stay. Still not a 5 star but compare to the rest it is luxury! Room: I feel the rooms were nice we had enough space and it was clean on arrival, we had 4 rooms in total with a suite which was more like a family room, be careful their sofa bed are not standard and a child of max 4 years old can sleep in it. We requested to change the sofa bed as out kids are 9 and after 2 days asking they finally changed the bed, we paid 2 nights were our children could not sleep properly because their legs was too long for the small sofa bed! Housekeeping: this part is a disaster, they just make the bed and thats it, not even clean the tooth paste mark in the bathroom, toilet are not clean. If you leave clothes in the bed they will take it and put where they find space, no folding no tidying, my house is much cleaner and tidy that this 5 stars hotel. I have never had a refill for the body lotion they have zero attention to details and they don t speak a word of english… Restaurant: staff is trying to be nice but you can tell it is not natural they don t like their job and they seems not to care about us, a week of eating lunch and dinner and still treating us like stranger not a nice word I will put that on the culture but not in a 5star hotel. Food is good quality, but international food choice is missing and they are absolutely the less flexible people I have ever experiences in an holiday. Be ready to wait, wait and wait and be ready that they are living on excuses and one of the most concerning excuse was we have too much guest…. Ok so next time will go skiing in July so they might be coping better! Bar: rudest staff Except one. I did not even know In a 5 star hotel in 2022 that could exist, I understand eastern European are not the friendliest people on earth and I’m ok to embrace the culture but we are in a 5 star hotel and I should not see any of this, they managed very badly their orders, they argue with you and when you complaint it is never their fault and the way they talk is so rude. Customer service is not part of their culture or vocabulary. Ski rental: that is not the hotel staff but they I will only say 2 words RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL, they are laughing at your face in Georgian that was quite an experience. OVERALL: It is way overpriced for the experience, the GM which I met tried to explain the difficulties of finding good staff and if she could run the entire place alone with her attitude it will be a great hotel unfortunately 80% of the staff are not up to standard and it can ruined your holidays. Staying at this hotel will cost you a lot

В данном описании отеля спутались 2 разных места. оба расположены в деревне ”Сно”. Но один - это многоэтажный большой отель, а второй - это маленький гестхаус! Мы останавливались в гестхаусе! Это милейший уютный старый дом, где хозяйка сохранила очарование старинного деревенского домика из камня и современный дизайн, создав уникальный интерьер. Самые уютная комната и самая удобная кровать, деревянные ставни расписанные вручную, милый дворик, самые сытные и вкусные завтраки! Хозяйка Лэла очень заботлива, помогает своим гостям во всём, к ней можно обратиться по любому вопросу! Мы влюблены в эту долину, деревня тихая, очень живописно расположена среди гор, рядом горная река и ручей, можно прогуляться по округе, посмотреть на скульптуры местного художника и даже увидеть старинную башню. Великолепное место чтобы не просто переночевать, а по-настоящему отдохнуть и изучить этот красивейший регион Грузии.

來gudauri滑雪的，這家酒店對於熱愛滑雪的不是很方便，來回需要跟酒店預約去雪場的車子，路途大概10分鐘左右。酒店整體設施比較乾淨整潔，房間也還挺大，陽台能拍到日照金山的美景。另外酒店的餐廳也很不錯，是來這邊吃到味道最好的一家，價格也不貴。 除了地理位置不是很友好，其他一切都還OK. PS:酒店頁面備註有滑雪通行證和纜車的，但其實纜車費用是需要另外去雪場購買的

Good: comfortable rooms if a bit on the small side. Very friendly, helpful (and English speaking) manager and staff. Restaurant OK. Pool and sauna are great after a day on the slopes. To note: it is quite a way out of New Gudauri (where the main ski lift, restaurants, bars, ski rentals etc are located). The manager will run you to and pick you up from the base of the ”Shino” lift near the hotel but if you need to get into Gudauri (or fancy eating there after skiing) you will have to call the hotel (they are very efficient about responding) and pay about 20 Lari.

非常非常好的房間！老闆非常熱情，非常喜歡！甚至還提出主動送我去山上的教堂。設施配備齊全，性價比極高

We planned our annual family summer holiday in Kazbegi, a 3-hour drive from Tbilisi.. The Hotel Memoir is a relatively new property, the uninterrupted mountain views are absolutely gorgeous, the staff is very helpful, and always with a smile, breakfast was superb - fresh fruits and continental breakfast, alongwith Georgian local specialities. In the evenings, we enjoyed drinks and hookah on the terrace, while our children bonded over the pool table and Monopoly and card games .... Kazbegi day tours were fantastic - we went horse-riding, Ziplining and simply enjoyed stunning beauty of nature...

We stayed at Residence Hills for 4 nights. The Superior Suite is very spacious, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, generous living area and a kitchenette with a dining area. The apartment can easily accommodate 6 people or even up to 8 if you are willing to share sofa beds. The rooms were clean. The staff on the reception were friendly and helpful. The hotel has ski lockers and a very nice ski rental shop is just next door in the sister hotel. There is a direct access to the ski slopes. The hotel has an amazing restaurant. We had a very nice and comfortable stay. I would only say that ski-in/ski-out option is hard for complete beginners. Also, if you are planning to cook yourself, the shops are about 15min walk up the main road which is not pleasant due to the traffic - bring provisions with you, the rooms have a large fridge.
