I could tell the hotel had been really nice once. It had just weathered a storm a lot of the rooms were not working. My room did not have electricity by the bed nor did the phone work. other than that, trip.com got the wrong dates on my reservation. They book me for Saturday and Sunday leaving Monday, but my conference, the only reason for my trip, started Monday. Essentially they had me checking out on the day the conference was to begin. I told them immediately but they did nothing about it. trip.com not worth the effort. The Shores resort and spa Daytona Beach will be back and certainly worth the stay if you can get over the front desk staff…. except for the one with the purple ish colored hair. she’s a keeper.

호텔은 24시간체크인이라 편했고 짐보관도 돼서 좋았음. 다만 헤어드라이기가 고장나서 요청했더니 바로 바꿔줬음. 근데 욕실문이 안닫겨서 불편했음 실내슬리퍼도 안줌 ㅠㅠ 그래도 저렴해서 좋았음!!

Check in was simple and fast. Our room was ready to go upon arrival, and the desk staff could answer all questions we had when we arrived. It was impossible to find from a car from the outside, but easy to navigate to from inside the terminal. Options to purchase food in the terminal was a plus. Really, it was the best part of flying out of Miami.

Hotel was still in the process of being built with some facilities unavailable. Room was large but very hollow and like a barn with no carpet on the floor only hard flooring. Cold tap in kitchen did not work and no cooking utensils and limited knives and forks etc. Breakfast was also poor with throw away plates and wooden cutlery like on an airplane . Expensive for what it was and I would not stay again

I booked this hotel from 4-7 July to have a resting place after a long day in universal studio. We took a LYNX bus 42 from MCO airport, 45mins to 1hour and walk around 15 minutes to hotel. The hotel provide a free shuttle bus(20 seater bus) to go to universal studio Orlando at 8.25am(only one timing and will go to other nearby hotels to pick up passengers) and pick up at 6pm(only one timing) from universal studio. I highly suggest to wait at the hotel entrance 10-15 mins before the pick up timing to get seats. No advance reservation needed. Uber less than 10USD back to hotel. We got room 313. Two queen beds, bed is comfy and enough pillows. Enough clothing racks/hanger. Only mini fridge is available in the room. No water kettle. Microwave only available at the front desk Cleanliness was good, from the bedroom to the bathroom. Bathroom amenities are only shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion. Housekeeping is done daily. Breakfast is from 6am to 10am, only hard boiled egg, cereals, milk, yoghurt, apple juice, orange juice, bagels, jams, cream cheese, and oatmeal. Free coffee, tea, and hot water 24 hours. Hotel location is pretty far from all attractions. Need to drive or take uber to go to malls and attractions Universal studio 45mins walk from hotel

It is the cheapest listed hotel in the area BUT also the only hotel in the area that charges you for parking, and breakfast so overall price for a night is more like 100+, and on top of that, housekeeping habitually knock on every door at 9am sharp in the morning to wake you up. If the knocking does not work, they directly go into the room without consent. That's a two full hours before checkout time, so you don't really get to control if you wish to sleep in a bit. Also walls are not the most soundproof so you hear neighbors loud music and noises night and day. More like a motel. Will not stay again.

Lovely hotel but paying for the gym leaves a sour taste .  Once you’ve paid all fees and resort fees I feel the gym should be complimentary

The service was excellent. Our bathroom needed some tending to (see pic below), -the staff were quick and courteous to come and repair both the slow running toilet and the broken shower gel. The cleaning staff were very through cleaning the tub from the resulting mold. It cost us an hour of our time all said and done. Then we were enjoyed the pool and had a great meal and service service at the bar lounge in the atrium.

Pretty standard hotel. No shuttle bus to disney but about 20 min walk from disney springs. Nothing was terrible but nothing stood out. Washroom a bit on the smaller end

Nice hotel, nice rooftop book/bar, convenient location walking distance to Brickell city centre, parking charged at an additional $35 USD per day
