GGuest UserWe came to stay at the Merton as a surprise for my girlfriend’s birthday and from the moment we arrived we received great service and could tell we were going to experience a great stay. The facilities across the hotel were fantastic and exceeded our expectations. The breakfast buffet had great quality and choice on offer, the shows in the theatre were well produced and the gym and leisure facilities were simply great. We have already booked our return trip in a few weeks and cannot recommend this family hotel enough, it’s amazing for couples or families. The hotel is very well managed and the service of the whole of the staff really enhanced our stay. Thanks!

The room offered breathtaking views of the sea, making each morning a delight to wake up to. The hotel exudes elegance and comfort, with impeccable service from the staff who were always attentive and friendly. Every detail was thoughtfully managed, ensuring a luxurious and relaxing stay. I would wholeheartedly rate my experience as 5 stars and highly recommend the Grand Jersey Hotel to anyone seeking a memorable getaway.

GGuest UserWorst experience ever in a restaurant. On our last day here, I was having my breakfast till 10 am when the breakfast time came to an end. I asked one of the staff if I can take my tea to my room, the staff said yes. Other customers are taking drinks and food to home as well. While I was walking out of the restaurant, another staff walked past me and stared at the tea in my hand. She then rolled her eyes dramatically and let out a loud, dismissive ”tsk” sound.

GGuest UserGreat hotel. The location is superb and we very glad to have a sea view. The breakfast was a bit pricey, but was good quality. The room was spacious and well maintained. The staff were always friendly and helpful, especially towards my five year old son. Due to a travel problem we ended up having to check out a few hours late and the staff were very accommodating.

10-15 minutes walk to town & sea front. Breakfast fine & plenty of choice, good evening menu.
Spa was excellent with infinity pool, jacuzzi, cold plunge pool, sauna & steam room at no extra charge.
Would definitely recommend.

GGuest UserThe room is large. The toilet flush button is not easy to use, and the heating is not on at night, so it is quite cold. The service attitude is very good, the breakfast is not bad, and the restaurant environment is elegant and comfortable.

WWolfeHad a fabulous stay at the Royal Yacht, our Gold Twin room was really spacious and very clean. The food was excellent especially the breakfasts and the staff were really attentive and helpful.
Perfect location for accessing the local buses and tourist information. Would definitely stay here again.

DDaveDIt was okay. Sauna did not work throughout the whole stay, second day jazzucci stopped working. Outdoor pool was filthy. Our room was missing bathrobes & slippers.

DDarayrayThe hotel is in the south west of the island, the location is very good, it is very convenient to take a taxi from the airport. It is very convenient to take a taxi from the hotel. The bus is a bit troublesome and the road is dark at night. The hotel environment is very good, small but very high-end hotel, the service is nothing to say. You can also rent ebike and pay attention to safety by bike. Very early planes also have breakfast to be delivered to the room. (The pictures are real shots, no filters)
