I liked the hotel very much! I had a wonderful time! I was very impressed by the work of the management and the hotel respiratory! Mr. General Director Riadh and managing Mr. Sofian are always on the spot, with them you can talk and they do everything for your comfort and excellent rest. I apply photos with them on the last day at the hotel 🥰 Resepshn very professional, beautiful woman, unfortunately I don't know her name, always kind, the night shift manager helped me with an extra blanket, The staff member who helps with the baggage is very nice in communication. One word, directory and resepshne Cesar Thalasso does everything possible for guests, not in words, but in 👍 The rooms consist of quiet bungalow, excellent sound isolation, rooms after renovation, clean and new, decorated in an antique style, according to the name of the hotel, in them it is very pleasant to be! The Cesar Thalasso and Sunconnect hotel bar team are equally friendly 💖 The Cesar restaurant is great! A wonderful Tunisian chef is a cook who cooks hot dishes with you, a real genius! 😍He always has everything delicious and aesthetic served! There is the division of Italian cuisine. Señora chef is great! Take her pasta and hot dishes! Restaurant staff, from manager to waiters, are very kind! Good animation teams. Italian team at Cesar and Tunisian guys and girls at Sunconnect. Also there are photos with them. Very friendly to all guests, always interact with them. Very pleasant impressions! Excellently danced with a young man from the Sunconnect team , unfortunately didn 't remember his name but he is on the photo) he is very friendly. I liked the choreographer Nebyl from the Tunisian animation team. His attitude to the cause, enthusiastic to know all new and talent to dance! Wish you luck! 🤗 In the hotel excellent atmosphere, excellent service and hospitality! From the hotel I don't want to leave! I'm glad I spent time with all of you and hope to meet again!

Introduction I have been traveling since the age of 16 and I am 50, I have visited the best hotels in the world I stayed for 2 days and I can say that apart from the price of around 180 euros per night for a double room the hotel is not worth a 3 star rating. Positive aspects Very nice hotel from the outside, the magnificent lobby is very impressive but there is no value for money Room designed in the 70s with. Salty desalinated water!!! There is no hook in the shower for robes Sink knobs with hot written in French and cold written in English!! Fixed shower that doesn't move and you can't adjust the flow of water! For the lights in the room there is no general switch to turn everything off from the bed and therefore you have to get up to do it Room safe not working and you are forced to use the one in reception every time. Lack of simple things like an umbrella for customers in case of rain!!! Lack of enough sockets to charge cell phones and other things Bathtub without hydromassage Positives Friendly and helpful hotel staff Very good and plentiful breakfast

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The building is historic and has an open central space, which makes it a bit cold during the winter. However, the on-site restaurant was very convenient, allowing us to dine without needing to go outside. The staff were all incredibly friendly, and we felt very welcome throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Dommage aucun effort sur l’entretien . Hôtel très vieux , draps couettes oreillers pas propres , ou pas frais !!  Hôtel en plein cœur du centre proche de l’aéroport, du souk restos . Je conseille une nuit pour passage pas plus .  J’ai pas mis de photos sa aurais été trop long .

Was alright for one night stay. My flight was severely delayed, but I had no issues checking in at 3:30am in the morning. Central and close to the market/souk. Wasn't sure if the towels were used or clean as they were not folded but hanged up. There is a local supermarket directly across the road which is useful.

Overall satisfactory for price quality ratio However, there are still some points to improve, such as the quality of some infrastructure (i have inherited a little bit red fridge for example). But honestly, for the price, meals, swimming pools, animations, tastes, staff availability, we should not complain too much. I will recommend, except for a few small details that you can't accept if you're not super-requiring

Surely one of the best places in Djerba, it was magnificent! The staff were incredibly kind, thank you all so much! Special mention to the manager, Ihsen Sui, he's a gem and more! He took my health issues into consideration like a big brother to ensure my stay went as smoothly as possible. I don't even have words to describe this gentleman's kindness and thoughtfulness towards his guests. I recommend it 200% to everyone visiting Djerba. You must experience this place where you feel right at home. I can't wait to see you again in the near future. This was just a goodbye for now. My wife and I are so grateful for everything you did for us. Thank you a thousand times, take care, and see you soon! 🙏

A pleasant stay at the end of April, it makes beautiful, clean hotel welcomes the right room and perfect cleaning service, all the staff to listen to you. The restaurant is a variety of choices with seasonal fruit. Animation team is always on your listening. There is a picnic covered with aquagym session every day as well as other sports activities. There are dance sessions and a large showroom. I spent a good time with the family, I recommend this hotel.

The food was very good amd has a lot of variety all amenities are good staff are very kind and helpful but the Ac was always not working morning time feom 06:00 am to 13:00 And no wifi in the rooms

We received a very warm welcome; the staff were welcoming and lovely. There are plenty of free activities: tennis, paddle tennis, board games, concerts, bars, restaurants, cats, etc. However, for a 5-star hotel, I was a little disappointed. There was a lack of professionalism in the restaurant; we were seated at a table that wasn't set or very clean. The room hadn't been cleaned properly before our arrival: the mirror was dirty, the floor was dirty (we found a used contact lens on the floor), the sheets were stained and had grains of sand on them (?), etc. We requested additional cleaning, which wasn't done. The jacuzzi was dirty, and the steam room door leaked, so it didn't work properly.
