"Servicio inmejorable! Nos recibieron muy bien al llegar al hotel, explicándonos y mostrándonos todos los servicios de los que disponían. Nos pusieron en una habitación en el ala nueva del hotel y estaba increíble! Toda la habitación nueva, muy amplia y con una cama muy grande. Ubicación inmejorable, junto al paseo marítimo y próximo a la parte vieja. Volveremos seguro!"

PPanozzoI stayed at the Best Western Hotel Nazionale in Sanremo and could not have wished for a better experience.
The location is simply perfect: right on Corso Matteotti, just steps away from the famous Teatro Ariston and the sea.
The property is elegant and well-maintained in every detail. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and offered the comfort you would expect from a true 4-star hotel. Breakfast, served on the top floor with a spectacular view of the sea and city center, was one of the highlights of my stay: fresh products, a wide selection, and impeccable service.
A special thank you to the entire staff, who were exceptionally kind and professional—always ready to fulfill every request with a smile. A particular mention to the reception team, quick and extremely helpful with information and recommendations about the city.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to experience Sanremo at its best: unbeatable location, excellent comfort, and a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home.
I will definitely be back!

RRagazziWe stayed at this beautiful hotel for the first time with our two children. We booked two rooms, both offering a stunning view of the sea. The atmosphere is charming and naturally elegant, enhanced by the historic character of the building. The staff was friendly and supportive throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of both international and local options. The beach is just across the street, only a two-minute walk, which was perfect for us. We also appreciated the hotel’s convenient parking, located just outside the building. The swimming pool with its bar was a highlight—an ideal spot to relax and enjoy an aperitif before dinner. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that we would be happy to repeat in the future.

GGuest UserThe hotel was excellent and in a great position in the town. The staff were excellent and very nice. The breakfast is a basic continental but it is very nice and the coffee was lovely. I would go back to this hotel again, no question. The spa swimming pool was cold and overall the spa wasn’t worth €18 each to go in but overall the hotel was superb. One thing the staff did do was cater for our need for having hot drinks in our room. No kettle provided but they were more than helpful in providing a tray and tea pots when needed. Gotta have our cup of tea in the morning. Thank you Hotel Europa!

GGuest UserLovely location, beautiful hotel, set back from the road over-looking the sea. Just outside the hustle and bustle of the centre of Sanremo, only a 10 minute walk into the centre. With a delicious breakfast with plenty of variety. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The spa was lovely, with a large steam room, sauna, Hydrotherapy pool, showers and ice. As well as plenty of loungers, teas, water and fruit.

PPegahYThis hotel was supposed to be a 4-star, but when I got there, they said they upgraded me to their 5-star place because of some change in plans.
So, what I'm writing about is the 5-star hotel, and I'm totally grateful for the upgrade!
The hotel, even though it was old, was super clean and had awesome services like massages and personal stuff.
My room was pretty big, the bed was clean and comfy, and breakfast was amazing.
The only issue was they said there was private parking, but they just parked my car in the lot next door and charged me 30 euros for one night until morning. The parking fee wasn't mentioned anywhere.

I sent a piece of chocolate to be washed, and it was returned to me as if it was not washed at all. Parking is difficult. The front desk asked you to park nearby, and I got a ticket for two days.

GGuest UserWe had booked in two hotel rooms but was offered the option to move to an apartment owned by the hotel instead which was a great decision as we were able to stay in the same space as our teenagers, had a full kitchen, two bathrooms and only 200m from the hotel reception. Had a brilliant stay in Rapallo (which we extended by a night as we were enjoying ourselves too much) and a fabulous experience with the hotel, would definitely come back again.

GGuest UserThis place is great. It’s old but that’s the charm. It’s beautiful and unique. The service provided was easily one of the best parts about the stay, everyone was extremely nice and professional. The amenities were amazing, there was like 4 different types of saunas and even 4 different types of showers (who knew?) and being able to jump into crystal blue waters and then order a beer to my pool lounge which was next to the rocks was pretty sick.
