Hotel Dengan Spa di Liguria, Italy

Chambre spacieuse et assez confortable même si nous avons dû réclamer des couvertures non fournies, pas de bouilloire. Les informations sur l'hôtel et ses équipements devraient etre mis à disposition des clients dans la chambre. Je devais appeler la réception mais aucun numéro affiché. Grosse déception pour l'accès au SPA devenu payant (les années précédentes le SPA était inclu) et cette info n'apparaît pas sur le site de l'hôtel. Et malheureusement, j'avais choisi cet hôtel pour profiter d'un moment bien-être entre amies. L'enregistrement des nouveaux arrivants est trop long ! Nous avons attendu 30 minutes (2 couples devant nous) pour passer à l'accueil. Malgré la propreté de l'établissement et le personnel accueillant, nous ne retourneront pas dans cet établissement qui demande à améliorer certains points négatifs (pas de toilettes au restaurant, il faut descendre au sous-sol...)

We stayed at this beautiful hotel for the first time with our two children. We booked two rooms, both offering a stunning view of the sea. The atmosphere is charming and naturally elegant, enhanced by the historic character of the building. The staff was friendly and supportive throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of both international and local options. The beach is just across the street, only a two-minute walk, which was perfect for us. We also appreciated the hotel’s convenient parking, located just outside the building. The swimming pool with its bar was a highlight—an ideal spot to relax and enjoy an aperitif before dinner. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that we would be happy to repeat in the future.

Great location right next to the train station and underground. Great breakfast and the bed is very comfortable. Easy walk to the old town. The only slight comment is the size of the room is a bit small.

This was one of our favorite hotels we’ve ever stayed in. The location was perfect-very walkable, but still quiet. The hotel staff went out of their way to make us feel at home.

Ho Soggiornato in questo hotel 5 giorni e 4 notti nel mese di agosto 2022. L'hotel si trova in posizione eccellente, praticamente sul mare. Dalle camere che si affacciano sul mare il panorama è stupendo. Inoltre, è a due passi dalla stazione e dai mezzi pubblici con cui raggiungere La Spezia o imbarcarsi con il traghetto per fare il giro delle isole (Palmaria, etc.). Pochi parcheggi interni per cui si consiglia vivamente di prenotarli per telefono. In alternativa c'è il grande parcheggio pubblico esterno (7€ il ticket giornaliero, fornito dall'hotel ma a pagamento) a circa 10 minuti a piedi. La colazione era abbondante con la possibilità di scelta tra dolce e salato. Stanze comode e pulite per la famiglia di 3 persone più un gatto. Nel complesso un ottimo soggiorno. Sicuramente struttura molto consigliata.

We had booked in two hotel rooms but was offered the option to move to an apartment owned by the hotel instead which was a great decision as we were able to stay in the same space as our teenagers, had a full kitchen, two bathrooms and only 200m from the hotel reception. Had a brilliant stay in Rapallo (which we extended by a night as we were enjoying ourselves too much) and a fabulous experience with the hotel, would definitely come back again.

In una posizione tranquilla, dalla stanza si poteva vedere un bel verde. Albergo con un'ottima e ampia scelta per la colazione e personale gentile. Peccato che abbia bisogno di qualche ritocco. La nostra camera aveva la moquette bucata, il copriwater spostato (un po' fastidioso) e le luci erano un po' basse... Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo comunque.

Un hotel ristrutturato ubicato su la baia del silenzio , piacevole , silenzioso, scelto per caso, 4 stelle ma paragonabile a 5 stelle, una camera confortevole, spaziosa , con bagno e servizi nuovi... Il personale reception molto accogliente e disponibile, la colazione ottima servita nei minimi particolari. Inoltre la spa , tutta nuova con un percorso sauna , bagno turco , idromassaggio e tutto il resto molto molto bella e con personale molto gentile. Da consigliare assolutamente, tutti i servizi top.
