Friendly hotel staff nearby folkart I came to do business and it was close. I expected the interior of the room to be more luxurious for the price I paid. I paid almost 200 euros for 1 room, so I expected a nice room, but I did not get this and the smell coming from outside is cat food smells very bad. They had put me on a low floor, unfortunately not a high one. so the price/quality ratio is poor, I wouldn't pay more than €90 for this room but unfortunately I paid almost €200 for this room. unfortunately i didn’t take pictures of the room because i were busy with business otherwise i would add pictures of the room that i paid too much for it’s defo not worth €200.

這是我在網上訂過飯店的最差經歷。第一天，我獨自一人到達了這個飯店。飯店櫃臺漂亮的女士跟我做了解說，她說咖啡，茶，水都是免費的，其他都是要算錢。還強調房間是禁煙房。還請我在一份文件上面簽字。說巧不巧這一天很冷，對於一個來自臺灣的我來說。不住不知道，一住嚇一跳。原先我挑著最貴的房間，主要是因為認為房間夠大，所以應該有比較好的隔音效果。結果沒想到這個奇葩的房間真的是很奇葩。那個水壺裏面充滿白色的水垢。我一開始還試圖想要清理，後來發現根本清理不了，塗起來全部都是白色的粉末。我說要換一個新的。還是要等到隔天早上我自己去櫃臺催，才幫我換的。誇張的還有，竟然把空調放在廚房裏。然後妄想，可以把廚房的空調通過客廳再傳到你的主臥室。可想而知，根本不可能。而飯店的人員也不認為這是問題。
所以我為了不讓自己冷死，拿了優遊卡片插在房間，連出門都不敢爬起來，生怕房間的溫度降了下來。第二天，我的男友到了。我請他去櫃臺幫我拿兩瓶水。一個男生的服務員跟他說了60元土耳其幣，隔天我心裏想找到女服務生，她就會退還了。結果真的是痴人做夢。解釋了一大堆就是你要幾瓶水我可以給你。錢只要進他們的口袋就休想拿出來。房間的隔音也是奇差無比。反正你能抱怨的都可以想得到。
最關鍵讓我火冒三丈的就是要離開當天。他說要確認我們有沒有吃零食。因為我沒有在飯店吃零食的習慣，所以我覺得應該是沒有，但後來他說有，我就肯定我男朋友有吃吧。跟我講了一堆東西。我聽到了巧克力，，，，還有兩瓶水。我問他水不是不用錢嗎？他說冰箱裏的兩瓶是要算錢的。我真的覺得做生意不是這樣子的。他說要190土耳其幣。我直接給了200，他又在那邊假裝櫃臺沒有十元可以找。我叫他留著，因為外面的司機在等我們去機場。
這一間真的真的真的千萬不要訂。因為只要訂過保證會後悔。
土耳其的風景跟人真的很棒。但這家飯店的服務品質真的給土耳其大大扣分。簡直就是丟人現眼。

Eşimle birlikte bir gün konakladık. Giriş işlemleri çok hızlıydı. Odamızı çok güzel tarif edip bizi yönlendirdiler. Odamız deniz manzarlı odaydı. Gercekten manzarası harika bir otel. Gerçekten sigara içilmemiş bir odaydı. Eşimle birlikte sigara kullanmadığımızdan dolayı bizim için önemli bir husustu. Rezervasyondan sonra mesaj attık, ona göre ayarlanmış. Kahvaltı bol seçenekli, açık büfe ve deniz manzarası eşliğinde yapıyorsunuz. Denk geldiğimiz tüm otel personellerinin güleryüzlü olması çok hoşumuza gitti. Lokasyon olarak inanılmaz güzel bir yerde. İzmir'e tekrar yolumuz düşerse hiç düşünmeden tekrar konaklayacağımız bir oteldir.

One of the best - if not THE best - hotel experience/s we ever had!!! ❤️ This small and cute hotel is something like a jewel! The one staff we met was adorable and so kind and caring that we felt right at home and even felt sorry that after only one night we had to leave for our next spot to visit! The hotel is gorgeous, the service impeccable, the breakfast!!! OMG!!! Just look at the pictures and you'll know what I mean! The breakfast was a piece of art made with love 💕 But, originally, the hotel is called Ephesus Hotel and Art Gallery, because all the sculptures you can see on the pictures were made by the owner - it vibes so well with the whole Ephesus area and it's beautiful ancient buildings, ruins, ... We got a nice upgrade to a bigger room that we could directly leave through a door to the inner courtyard where breakfast was served - super convenient! The courtyard was so peaceful that we felt like hearing ancient whispers coming from all around us... So much history!!! So much to see and having this wonderful hotel as the base to discover from was the best choice we could make! No need to mention that the room was simple but very nice and clean, comfy and big bed, nice lighting, spacey bathroom with very modern standard. Aircon as well, but we preferred to use the big fan on the ceiling instead ... There was a little fridge in the room and the beverages inside were free to take, so we were happy about the water after a hot and sunny day ... ☀️ Also, whenever we were on the way in or out, we were offered coffee, tea, water, juice, fruits ... you can see the fruit plate that we happily enjoyed as a mid-day snack ... If you ever visit Selçuk and Ephesus Ancient Town - and you should because it's ABSOLUTELY AMAZING - you should definitely book one, or even better two or three days at Ephesus Hotel and Art Gallery!!! Btw, it's also in easily walkable distance to the Ephesus Archeological Museum, the İsa Bey Mosque, St. Jean Church, the Ayasuluk Citadel, ... Another great plus was the fact that we could park the car right in front of the hotel. Last but not least, we received a beautiful little gift from the hotel employee who was taking care of us so kindly - she had sculptured the little elephant that you can see on the last picture by herself! A very special gift for us! 🎁 ❤️

Great stay! The hotel is clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout the stay. Rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and quiet, making it easy to relax. The location is convenient for getting around Izmir. Overall, an excellent experience and great value for money. I would definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserLocation: The location of the hotel is really good. It is in the center of Alacati, easy access to the attractions around. The hotel has the only Michelin guide restaurant in the town, they have live music in the evening, It can be heard in the room. But do not be afraid, the music is really chill. Alacati is really lively at night, you can find a lot of bars and restaurants with live music. But you do not need to be afraid to be bothered in the hotel, the loud music did not reach to our room at least. We really enjoyed to take a walk in the city center after diner, doing so every night during our stay. Enjoying the lively city, walking around then back to hotel to chill afterwards. Cleanliness: The room is really clean and the staff is really friendly. Services: We have breakfast included, the buffet option is relatively limited comparing to other hotels we had. BUT it has freshly cooked turkish beef bacon with Turkish Fried Bread (Pisi) served to your table with a list of other things, vegetable, cheese, butter, jams, olives etc. Start a lovely day with fresh made traditional Turkish breakfast, it was great. Facilities: The pool is not really big, but good for relaxing. Next to the pool there are benches and a lime tree. You can chose to stay under the sun or under the shadow. We really love the hotel building itself, it looks great, really beautiful building and the decoration in the hotel also looks lovely.

GGuest UserWe were in Izmir when we decided to get a room in Çeşme and I booked this hotel trough Trip.com. It had best ratings and it came up 1st of the list. We didn’t think twice cos we are not keen in staying in hotels for our holiday as we like to travel around. So we didn’t expect anything wow for a 3 stars hotel. But to be honest we found the place charming, a cute family owned small hotel with a cosy veranda for breakfast, served every morning by polite staff. You don’t order anything but eggs, the rest comes fresh from the kitchen: olives, cheeses, watermelon, nuts, honey, tomato and cucumbers and other stuff as meze style. Rooms are small but cosy and clean with a side balcony facing the garden. That’s all we needed. The owner is a gentle person fluently in English and very helpful. We had a problem with hairdryer and a new one came in a minute. Location for us is the best part and that’s why we chose it. Literally 5 minutes walk from the beach, a nice side walk between villas and the cristal water shore. 5 minutes from the marina and all the bars, restaurants and beach clubs. You can just step out from the hall and stop a minibus (dolmush) with your hand. Can go to Alaçati or Cesme in 10 minutes for only 1 euro. If you not too fussy and want to spend few days in a good, clean, cosy and friendly environment we highly recommend to try Mon Ilica Otel.

MMengzhu LThis was our favorite hotel during our trip to Turkey 😊Over the past two days, our overall impression of the hotel has been: peaceful, comfortable, professional, and sincere. The room was tidy, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. We arrived at the hotel quite late, and we are especially grateful to the lovely girl at the reception desk who waited for us and greeted us warmly. Since it’s the off-season now, there were very few guests, and it seemed like we were the only ones staying here over the past two days. However, the hotel still provided us with a buffet breakfast and maintained a clean swimming pool, which truly showed their dedication and attention to detail. Thank you to all the staff! And thank you, Ephesus, for giving us such wonderful memories!

Go for it, friends! This place is great, very close to the main street, just a few minutes' walk. The best part is parking is fantastic! Parking is difficult at most hotels on the main street, but here the roads are wide and easy to navigate. The receptionist is super friendly, the environment is lovely, and the breakfast is plentiful! However, my room wasn't very big, just enough for my needs. If you have a lot of luggage, choose a larger room!
