I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and overall it was a great experience. One of the best things about it was the location. It was very convenient and made it easy to get around, whether for sightseeing, shopping, or finding places to eat. Everything I needed was close by, and the area felt lively and accessible, which made the trip much more enjoyable. Another thing that stood out was the cleanliness of the hotel. The room was very clean when I arrived, and it was clear that the hotel takes good care of its facilities. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and the common areas were also well maintained. A clean and tidy environment always makes a big difference, and it definitely helped me feel comfortable and relaxed during my stay. The staff were also one of the highlights. The tent was sweet, and it was a beautiful and elegant structure, a beautiful room, even though some parts of the wall were a little ruined. A comfortable bed, which, however, gave me a little trouble and that there was a door that divided the neighboring room.

Albergo ottimamente ubicato. Ottima colazione sia dolce che salata. Personale molto gentile e stanza grande e confortevole. Unico piccolo neo la doccia aveva solo il soffione e non il telefono, per mia moglie un po scomodo, per proteggere i capelli.

The hotel is great! The location is excellent, the port is the seaside port, the back is the shopping pedestrian street, eat and drink! The interior of the hotel is decorated in a Mediterranean style, very beautiful and the rooms are very clean! The son was naughty and accidentally broke the flower pot at the front desk. Although the reception was speechless, it was still very friendly! Breakfast is relatively simple, but fruits, bread, cold cuts, coffee, etc. are enough for your belly! This hotel makes our impression of Ancona more beautiful and memorable!

Fantastic and elegant place, my girl and I spent our anniversary here and we were very good between spa, pool, restaurant, breakfast and bar from 11 out of 10, very close to the main parking of Portonova and its beaches, From here you can really reach almost all the interest points on this side of the mountain. Parking was also very comfortable.

Out of vacation season this hotel is amazing, sea view, decent loxal restaurant nearby, good price/value. A bit outdated, but art is contemporary:).

Location beau, normal room, a little small indeed . For time problems I couldn't enjoy the spa, because it closes at 20:00. Deceptive breakfast especially on horrible drinks , another negative note the garage costs 10 euros extra .

The hotel is in dire need of renovation. In its current condition, it doesn't feel at all like a 4-star hotel, but rather a 2.5-star one (it's barely three). The staff, especially the front desk staff, were incredibly kind and courteous, moving us from our original room, which, being on the top floor, was incredibly shabby. They then gave us a room on the first floor, which was large, but with torn curtains and fixtures that apparently date back to the last century. On the other hand, the hotel is very centrally located, close to both the sea and the historic center. I wonder: why not renovate the hotel?

staff is helpful. the environment is good but quite a few mosquitoes in the dinning area and several little flies in the guest room. as a whole, good for short stay.
