The Goldient Boutique Hotel is a fantastic choice for accommodation. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. The hotel's design is modern and stylish, creating a comfortable and inviting ambiance. The room was clean and well-maintained, offering all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The location of the hotel is also great, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at the Goldient Boutique Hotel.

The location is excellent. The staff are friendly. The cons is its small size of toilet. There is not much room to turn around once inside and it’ll be a disaster for overweight guests. Its design of two sliding doors closing at the diagonal point is not admirable and the sliding doors hardly close! The worst part? The bathroom light beams thru the glass door (though designed blurred) separating it and the bedroom!! Maybe good for one person but definitely no no for 2 to share! Hesitate to come back.

호텔 직원분이 룸까지 캐리어를 이동해 주시고 룸 시설 이용설명도 해주십니다. 3층 배정받았는데 룸과 화장실에 큰 창과 문이 있어 탁 트이는 전망도 볼 수 있고 개방감은 최고입니다. 큰 창문 좋아하시는 분에게 강추! 돌풍 바람 소리와 새벽에 닭 우는 소리는 들립니다. (소리에 민감하신 분은 참고해 주세요) 신축이라 당연 깨끗하고 특히 조식먹는 레스토랑 뷰가 최고예요 !!! 삼면이 탁 트임! 쌀국수도 넘 맛있었요 . 닭고기가 특히 ! 망고, 용과 등 과일도 신선해요. 조식먹으면서 힐링하고 싶은 분 가시면 넘 좋으실 거에요 ^^

Very nice brand new hotel with very elegant fascia and decorations. All staffs are very nice and attention to details (from the front desk receptionists to very down to earth General Manger Mr. Le). The hotel offers very nice breakfast with so many options to choose to suit any tastes, however the coffee (already made in a pot which was not hot and not fresh) is well below par and certainly can be improved with at least one or two coffee machines similar to other 5-star hotels. The 25m swimming pool is very clean and warm, however be careful as it is slippery. The Spa which offers both hot and steam sauna as well as excellent masseurs is highly recommended. The room rate is very competitive. We definitely will be back!

Excellent customer service from all staff.Room was almost new and very clean.Breakfast was good.Omelette station and PHO soup station were nice touch.For the price of $32 definitely worth it.My suggestion is to put cup and teaspoon on table for hot cofffee.Overall,room and stay were good. Breakfast staff Minh and Chuc and Le ,and Tuan were all great! Phuc And Uyen in reception area were very helpful.Luggage’s was delivered to our room.Motorbike rental (150,000Viet)was arrange by Uyen.Their motorbikes look newer and no need to stress out to find rentals.You can park it in garage overnight with NO extra charge.Makes our stay in DALAT very convenient.You definitely need the semi-automatic motorbikes to visit Datanla Waterfalls(Alpine coaster) and do some loops. Khách sạn vị trí gần trung tâm, đậm chất Pháp từ kiến trúc các biệt thự, màu sơn, âm nhạc, bố trí nội, ngoại thất…tóm lại không gian mang hơi thở Pháp. Phòng ốc rộng rãi, mới, sạch sẽ, sang trọng, bồn tắm cửa sổ view vườn hoa rất xinh. Đồ ăn sáng vừa đủ, đặc biệt nhiều loại bánh rất ngon. Nhân viên lịch sự, thân thiện. Cảm giác thư giãn, thoải mái khi nghỉ tại đây. Chắc chắn là lựa chọn đầu tiên của tôi khi nghỉ tại Đà Lạt.

Hotel is centrally located, close to everything you need, including the night market. The hotel itself is clean and and beds are comfortable. The buffet has a variety of Vietnamese and continental food, fruits, and drinks - all very delicious. The staff are very polite and helpful. Tuyen, the reception supervisor was exceptionally helpful when i made a mistake with booking my flight and she was able to sort it out for me last minute, going above and beyond.

3층 디럭스 패밀리 시티뷰룸 묵었어요 콜린호텔도 보이고 뷰 좋아요 방도 욕실도 엄청 넓구 가족단위가 쓰면 좋을거 같아요! 엄청 깔끔하구 조식도 종류가 많진 않지만 다 맛있었어요 나중에 1박을 2인실 두개로 묵었는데 1층방들은 담배냄새도 조금 나고 너무 좁고 낙후되어있어서 아쉬웠어요 호텔위치는 조금 올라가야하지만 3층을 묵는다면 그정도 가치는 충분할거 같아요! 단1층은 비추!

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESORT FOR THEIR EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDE OF TEAM MEMBERS!!! Our family arrived on Feb 2, 2023 at 14h35 for check in and no room available!!! They asked us to WAIT (for 2 more hours) !!! And the worse thing is the attitude of the receptionists. We made 2 bookings for our family: • 1 booking they made wrong assigment: twin beds instead of double bed. Firstly they said it's our mistake and didnot listen to us at all. Only when we raised our voice and showed them our confirmation that they told us to WAIT 2 MORE HOURS FOR ROOM SET UP (It means we needed to wait until 4PM meanwhile the standard check in time is 2pm and its their mistake and even after we told that we're so tired after 7 hours driving here). • The another room we had requested the villa number when booking, and ordered joining twin beds. No room's ready at 2:40. No sorry but ”Wait”! We show our disappoinment of course. Then around 3.30PM they had room for us BUT IT'S WRONG ASSIGNMENT AGAIN! (We booked joining twin beds and they gave us only one 1.6m double bed! How can our Family of 4 sleep on that bed??) I said I want to talk with Manager( FOM or GM) as the Guest service Sup couldn't handle our case properly. We gave him our my phone numbers and he promised that his higher manager will be reported and talk with us. And up to now when i write this review (22:30), no one even care to keep their promise!! In the afternoon, they sent 1 plate of fruits to our room without saying any words or leaving any note (?). I did ask the receptionist, Mr Vinh said (with bad attitude): the hotel would like to offer us. I said ”I dont need it”. And he responded to me : ”if you dont want it, you just put it out of your room”. What kind of hospitality it is? THERE IS NO TRUE APOLOGY FROM THE HOTEL MANAGEMENT, Or it made me even feel THERE IS NO MANAGEMENT in this resort. No guest service attitude at all !!! In addition, the room got a lot of troubles : bathroom door cannot be closed properly (villa L3...), bathroom water is very weak and hot water comes suddenly; staff promised to order tuk tuk for her but it took more than 20 minues for that until I called again for that... Overall, we would NEVER COME BACK and highly recommend anyone who wants to come to re-consider!!! Right from beginning everything was fine. Absolutely awesome property and nostalgic French property. Climate was absolutely fine inspite of heavy rain for past few days. I first met at reception Ma Kh’anh who explained lucidly everything about Resort along with a cup of ginger tea. She looked after well everything during stay at Ana Mandara. Regarding food I can say they are best for Vietnamese food. Mr Huong is main chef who has splendid Vietnamese recipes and taste of food absolutely fantastic. Resort is located at a serene place which gives plenty of time to relax. Swimming pool is warmed and I swam there couple of times. It’s a typical French colonial property and everything in order. I will highly recommend.

이틀동안 숙박하고 왔는데 직원분들의 너무 친절한서비스와 시내와거리는 조금떨어제있어도 시내까지 무료셔틀서비스를 미리신청해서 이용하니 크게 불편함없이 잘 지내고 왔습니다 아침에 일어나니 문앞에 공작새들이 반겨주고 리조트호수주위로 30분정도 산책코스도 너무 좋았습니다 다음에도 다시 찾고싶은곳 강추합니다

Very impressive huge nice lobby with many dining/entertainment areas. Large hotel catering mostly for seminars, conventions, weddings and other parties etc. Good selection at buffet breakfast mostly vietnamese dishes. My deluxe double quite spacious with small balcony nice view. Furniture a bit aged. Pillows and mattress very comfortable. Room cleaning needs attention. Staff a bit stressed and not engaged. For a 5 star not up to that standard in general.

Ks mới đưa vào hoạt động đc 1 tuần, 4 tháng nữa mới khai trương. Sảnh và sân vườn decor sơ sài, hầm xe chưa hoàn thiện phải đậu xe ngoài đường, trời mưa đi lấy xe bất tiện. ks khá nhỏ so với tiêu chuẩn 5 sao. Cần thêm bàn console ở sảnh thang mỗi tầng cho đỡ trống trải lạnh lẽo. Vị trí gần hồ, quảng trường và siêu thị Go. Tuy nhiên ks qui mô quá nhỏ, ko có nhiều dịch vụ giải trí tiện ích. Chỉ đáng 4 sao.

This hotel is more a decoration than a hotel. At first glance you're fascinated. A real old fashioned luxury style hotel with a lovely staff. The rooms are nice, the bathroom is spacious, everything looks so fine. As soon as you are in bed you realize, the beds are also old fashioned. No mattress nowadaws should be so uncomfortable. The whole night you're feel like fighting against falling out of bed. The staff of the hotel is friendly, really friendly but - unfortunately to say - completely incompetent. It's pitiful. It started with a booked airport shuttle service. We confirmed their offer and waited...and waited. Finally we took a taxi (which was in fact cheaper than the offered shuttle by the hotel). Arriving at the hotel we told them, we waited for the shuttle but it did not come and they were so sorry, so sorry, so sorry. They were really nice but it seems they are always overstrained. The forgotten airport shuttle is only an example for all the disability. Speaking English is a real challenge and to understand English is a barrier most of the staff can't overcome. To order something, for instance a beer on the terrace, is a challenge and finally to get the brand you want, simply luck. The breakfast wants to be noble, the quality is poor. That butter should be fresh and not a bit rancid should be self-evident. After a while you realise that complaining makes no sense because they do not understand. At check out we told the staff the fridge (mini bar) did not work properly. He smiled and had it forgotten in the same moment. The hotel calls itself a 5 star hotel, whatever that means from their point of view. The wonderful vintage Citroën in front of the hotel, which you can see on every photo is a good example for the hotel. From the distance it looks great. Coming closer you realise, this poor car is not maintained as is should be. It's a gem but nobody takes care of it. We only can say - do not waste money staying in this hotel. It is an illusion but the reality is a poor one.

Chuyến đi chơi 2 ngày 1 đêm cùng gia đình tại Villa khách sạn Tea Resort Prenn. Nhân viên lễ tân rất than thiện, hỗ trợ checkin rất nhanh chóng. Xe điện đưa đón khách rất thoải mái và thuận tiện. Nhà hàng rộng rãi, nhiều món dân dã ngon và hợp khẩu vị của gia đình. Sẽ quay trợ lại mỗi năm!

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe einer wichtigen Durchgangsstraße, daher vor allem durch Busse sehr laut. Die Zimmer sind sehr modern und chic eingerichtet. Die Gastronomie dagegen eine Katastrophe. Im Restaurant gab es abends nur Getränke, keine Speisen. Man muss dann etwas wandern, bis man ein vernünftiges Restaurant gefunden hat. Frühstück das gleiche Problem, es gibt lediglich dürftige a la carte Speisen (Rührei) . Vom Hotel ist man in ein paar Minuten mit einem Taxi am Flughafen Da Lat.

Khách sạn dễ thương và có gu. Sảnh đẹp, nhân viên cũng rất chu đáo so với những ks 2 sao khác thì đây là nơi đáng bỏ tiền để ở. Phòng ốc gọn gàng sạch sẽ. Tuy nhiên dịch vụ cho thuê xe khá đắt đỏ so với mình biết. Mình nghĩ kháhc sạn nên bán thêm các loại nước hoặc đồ khô vì buổi tối xung quanh ít hàng quán mở cửa.
