Die Lage ist Ok, etwas abseits. Das Parkhaus (ehr günstig mit 4 EUR pro Nacht) ist leider gut 200m entfernt, mit viel Gepäck ist das suboptimal, zumal keine Vorfahrt da ist. Für einen Business Aufenthalt für eine Nacht aber perfekt. Der Service an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und flott, Zimmer auf einer höheren Etage mit Aussicht angeboten. Zimmer selbst eher klein, aber sehr schön eingerichtet. Kritikpunkt: die Dusche ist echt klein. Ein 2m Mann wir da nicht reinpassen! Die Bar geht, auch wenn die Auswahl eher klein ist und die Gläser zu Getränken nicht ganz passen.

Zimmerservice wurde von uns nicht gewünscht, in warmen Monaten sollte trotzdem der Papierkorb sowie der Hygieneeimer geleert werden. Außerdem sollte man darauf achten das ausreichend Hygieneartikel wie Toilettenpapier vorhanden sind. Wir waren zu viert im Zimmer. Am letzten Tag war das Toilettenpapier alle.

The location at the border of the old city gives good access to All tourist targets and access to university offices at the center of goettingen. The new campus can be easily accessed with public buses. The negative effect of the location is the noise caused by the traffic and the beer garden of the hotel.

Good beds, functional hotel. No shampoo or any of such in the bathroom (take your own). The breakfast was below expectations, but pricy. The first morning we had our breakfast at 9 am, that was obviously too late, since there was no vegetables at all anymore. Also many other things were gone. The second morning we had the breakfast at 7.45 am, but it did not get much better. I would have expected jus d'orange (both mornings not at all), fried eggs or soft boiled eggs (both mornings not at all), and a bit more choice in bread. The hotel has their own parking lot, which is a plus if you have a car with you.

Es ist ein klassisches B&B Hotel. Das Zimmer war sauber und zum Übernachten ausreichend. Die Lage hat seine Vor- und Nachteile, da es in der Nähe zum Bahnhof liegt. Gut zu erreichen, auch die Innenstadt ist von dort gut zu erreichen. Entsprechend ist die Geräuschkulisse. Frühstück nur gegen Aufpreis, die Auswahl ist ausreichend, auch wenn es nichts Besonderes war. Check-in auch elektronisch möglich.

A German chain of hotels with a novel business model in which they have gotten rid of key cards and send you room codes. You punch in a six digit code to access the car park and your room. With this system, you don’t need to check out. The rooms are clean and basic with no frills. As a bonus, there is air conditioning and the parking is free. There is a breakfast in the morning; make sure you have booked this with your reservation. You need to register and pay with reception otherwise. Another plus the vending machines sell beer for 2€ for a bottle! I had a nice stay and would consider this chain if I stayed elsewhere in Germany. Prices were good and I paid 98€ for something with breakfast about 10 minutes walk from Gottingen centre.

Location is convenient: you can walk from Hauptbanhof, you can walk to Old Town and to many Tourist points of interest. I think it is no more than 15 minutes walkin and the way is easy to walk even with heavy luggage. Check-in experience was perfect: the man in charge was very kind and helpful. Even if our room was not ready (it was earlier than check-in time) he gave us several helpful suggestions about Christmas markets. We found Hannover a beautiful place, more beautiful than it is said. The room was very comfortable and , again, having a problem with the shower, someone from the staff immediately helped us. Breakfast was great: plenty of choices and you can make up to make a healthy one. Great! The only down was the Restaurante: first time, at lunch, the young lady in charge was very helpful and the soup though a quite small portion was delicious. Dinner was completly different: the man who helped us did not bring us bread, though all other tables got it. It was impossible to get a slight variation on one of the dishes and, finally, we ate what we could. We ordered parmesan for the pasta and he never brought it to us. When we finally pointed out that everything had not been to the expected level, he was not very receptive nor offered an apology. The next day the attention improved a little but, definitely, they catered much better to the German speakers, at least it was what we felt. Menu do not offer many possibilities but the place is pleasant and the Christmas decoration was beautiful. Fitness center though not very big is OK. A place to have in mind when going to Hannover.

In our group several of us had asked for separate beds but got one double. Me and my husband got separate. The bar, opening hours were 5 pm ’til midnight, announced both on the internet and in every room. In fact it was not open at all. The woman in the reception sighed loudly when we asked for something, for example a glass for the drinks we bought from the cooler. Or some nuts. The soap in the shower was empty. I wanted some pepper for my scrambled eggs and used the one with a big P on it. It contained salt.

Room quality is average for the price. Paid extra for an Executive room. The wall paper was falling off the wall rather extensively by the window. Didn't request room change because I didn't want to move room. Needed extra room so also had a regular double room. The LCD screen for the thermostat was damaged so we were unable to control the HVAC. We had to pack up and move to another room. The breakfast was excellent and the staff at the breakfast were 5 star. Value (price paid) versus quality of room was not great. Overpriced room for the value.

We went for a 50 year bday...what a mistake..we had been 2 x and I especially chose this hotel on the way to Denmark because i knew it..arrived in hotel late...got a room on 1 st floor no airco and fridge not working. Called reception. Answer: our technical team hasn't reported anything.. airco working fine...my answer : but I am telling u it doesn't work...1 collegue came to say come to reception and chg room this colleague very friendly. second person saying ur room is fine....we go down and got the most unfriendly and rude receptionist I have ever met. I have worked in several hotels as a receptionist so I know really well what this work is all about..but this guy...I reserved this hotel making a detour on our route to Denmark but had I known I would never have done this I paid for a superior room..no airco no fridge..was transferred with rolling eyes and shaking head into room with huge lump of hair on floor dirty bathroom glass and had to go back to rude receptionist to get bed done for my child who had just had operation and wasn't feeling well..we have been staying in a lot of Novotel hotels..london paddington Hammersmith hannover brussels...but this leaves a very bad experience and I am so sad I chose this hotel for such a special occasion.

My flight was cancelled due to snowKLM booked everyone in to this hotel. On arrival the two ladies on reception were very short and gave off bad vibes, not the best start. The room was huge and well equipped, shame I was not stopping here for pleasure. I checked out at 04.45 waked to the airport to find my 06.00 flight was cancelled until 10.25. Went back to the hotel hoping I could get back in to my room for 3 hours rest, the gentleman on the desk was an absolute star, no issues getting back in to my room, the ladies on reception earlier could do with some customer service training from this guy. Shame I didn’t get his name. Would I stay here again? Probably yes good location for the airport

Had a good and comfortatble stay here, everything was as expected. Central location, comfortable and modern rooms. Everything was clean and the staff was really friendly. I'd stay here again when in town next time.

We wanted to stay just out of the hustle of the city and this hotel fitted that bill. It’s located in a good area with plenty of eating options nearby and is really close to the tram, u bahn and bus stop for getting around. Everywhere in the hotel is exceptionally clean with good size rooms. We were there 3 nights and were given the opportunity to decline the maid service which we did and were given two vouchers for a free soft drink. The breakfast was excellent with a huge choice and this set us up for the day. Really pleasant staff in the restaurant as well as throughout the hotel. The only disappointment was the bar was closed when we wanted a drink on a Sunday evening at 9.30pm.

Die Scheiben dämmen nicht ausreichend den Schall von der Hauptstraße. Ohne Ohropax hätte ich nicht einschlafen können. Wasserkocher, Kaffee, Tee gibt es leider nicht auf dem Zimmer. Aber die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und ich konnte mir gegen Aufpreis Kaffee vom Frühstücksbüffet aufs Zimmer mit nehmen gegen angemessenen Aufpreis. Auch konnten wir für unseren ehemaligen Kollegen der zum 66. Geburtstag eingeladen hatte im Foyer ein Liedchen spielen. Vielen Dank Dafür!

Excellent! Close to the autobahn and 24/7 reception so this was an excellent stop for us. Safe garage parking (10 euros) and we were able to also get a room where we could bring our dog (10 euros extra for this as well). Spacious family room and great selection for breakfast. Efficient and friendly staff at the reception. Top!

Hotel in die Jahre gekommen. Zimmer (wir hatten ein grösseres), sind Ok. Möbel und Teppich jedoch abgewohnt. Nicht schön. Um Zimmerservice zu bekommen, muss man danach fragen. Steht nur auf einem Instruktionzettel der im Zimmer liegt. Wer das übersieht hat Pech gehabt. Frühstück ein positiver Lichtblick. Aber ansonsten bietet das Haus kaum Infrastruktur. Die Bar wird von dem Rezeptions Personal mit bedient. Parkplätze sind gratis. Alles in allem eher enttäuscht vom Hotel. 4 Sterne hat es sicher nicht verdient.

Ich hatte eine Weiterbildung im Göttingenklinikum. Hotel war sehr in der Nähe. Frühstück sehr gut auch das italienische Restaurant hatte ein sehr gutes Preis/Leistung Verhältnis. Zimmer ist relativ Dunkel. Die Duschkabine war nicht dicht

Reaching a 5 - 7 min walk from the main station, the hotel is very conveninent for both city sightseeing and access to the station. The room is very clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet is basic but freshly prepared. The hotel also has a classic German-style restaurant where I enjoyed the meal very much. Definitely, I will stay there next year again for the famous Handel Festival.
