The hotel room had no towels in the bathroom , yes times are changing due to Covid , but just need them there.There was no pressing iron despite the presence of the board . Generally all else was good .

Excellent quality hotel and conference center. The cuisine was international standard, the rooms were modern and comfortable, and the conference center ran smoothly. All staff were especially helpful and friendly. This was a business trip, but I’d definitely stay here on the way to a safari. Thanks you

The rooms where need and tidy and with the expected extras that come with your standard hotels. Positive: very friendly staff, your access card is your key to elevator, neat place and no noise. Negative: could do with a mini fridge and you need to bring your own food if you don’t want to leave your room. Overall assessment: I would definitely come back and would recommend the place to friends, colleagues and family. Great job.

I have stayed on multiple occasions, including recently in June 23, at the newly refurbished N! Rotten Rowe Hotel for functional business travel. I was looking for cost-effective accommodation for routine stays in Harare, and I got much more than I anticipated. The location, accommodation and business facilities are excellent for short term business stay and the hospitality team as well as the general ambiance inside the hotel is professional, friendly and super efficient. It makes sense to stay where everything just 'works'. Wifi is excellent, there is around the clock service desk, and the team lends a helping hand wherever they can. For a budget-stay, this is a cut above. Good job N1 group!

I was impressed by the food quality and variety, especially the emphasis on traditional meals. The restaurant staff were friendly and welcoming, thereby adding my appetite and I always looked forward to go to the restaurant. The hotel is located conveniently to the city centre business district. The room provided all the comfort I needed after the stressful business engagements in the conference rooms. Cleanliness was superb. I really appreciated the smiling culture and friendliness of staff, customer service is very good and the team was very responsive to our needs and queries. While customer service was spot-on, I would single out my unpleasant check-in experience. The room key (for room 272) was a duplicate key since there was another occupant in that same room on opening. How it opened from outside when there was already an occupant inside remains a mystery to me. However alert staff resolved this and I was relocated and given room 172. If this mix-up can be avoided in the future. Overall, the facilities and the experiences represent excellent value for money.

The service was extremely terrible and slow starting from the reception to the restaurant, the beverages took forever to come through, the main meal wasn’t all that great. Extremely Disappointing especially for the price and being the most expensive hotel in Harare.

overall i enjoyed my stay. the staff went above and beyond serving me and my family. they were especially helpful with my kids. as usual the food was fantastic and the bed comfortable and linen clean.

Although the hotel is lovely and in a wonderful area, the restrooms might use some remodeling.

I've stayed at Bronte Hotel many times, and whenever I come back, I find the place as great as all the times before. The central location in Harare can't be beaten, and yet the place has a friendly and relaxed atmosphere as if it was located somewhere way outside the city centre. The lovely garden invites you to chill, especially after a hard day's work, and the restaurant offers you a good variety of food. I recommend Bronte Hotel to everybody who visits Harare. As for myself, I will certainly be back.
