This is a nice hotel with lots of great amenities. It is very accessible to alot of attractions and experiences

Great hotel except the TV controller didn't work with the TV, the body wash bottle was empty.

Hotel ini unik kerana pada asasnya menyediakan keseluruhan apartmen tanpa dobi Ia dilengkapi dengan pinggan mangkuk, peralatan, tv, meja, tempat tidur, peti sejuk besar, peralatan dapur, ketuhar, microwave, periuk / kuali, dan kemudahan khas hotel seperti sabun, tuala, kolam renang, dll. Namun, dengan bilik-bilik ini anda tidak pernah tahu apa yang akan anda perolehi. Sebahagian bilik adalah pasangan suami isteri tetapi bilik lain belum dibersihkan dengan sempurna terutama di kawasan dapur. Terdapat senarai barang yang mesti dijumpai di dalam ruangan yang biasanya disematkan ke peti sejuk, tetapi itu adalah gulungan dadu barang apa yang akan anda dapatkan kerana tidak ada ruang yang lengkap. Secara wajar, saya akan memberikan tempat ini tiga bintang kerana masih memberikan yang berikut. Rasanya seperti jauh dari rumah. Dan ini adalah tempat percutian yang hebat dan berpatutan untuk pasangan.

The location was perfect! We came by boat on a Friday evening and the dockmaster was so helpful and accommodating. The room was beautiful and we love the activity options. The beach and pools look like so much fun! We spent all of our time out on the water and exploring Charleston by boat this trip but we cant wait to bring out two boys back next time!

Difficult review to write as I think I got them on a bad day, firstly the facility is in a great location just off main, lots of super restaurants all within walking distance from the hotel. Check in was a disaster, we were given the wrong room number on our key card, I was just about to go back to reception when the lady who checked is appeared on the floor to correct the room number. The room was great, I suspect it was an upgrade as I am a Diamond member although this was not acknowledged at check in. I was not asked about a welcome bonus points and never received any. I went then to park the car, I found it ok (pretty straight forward so not sure why it is commented on so much here) but the key card had not been properly activated- meaning backing up and apologising to the people in cars behind me waiting to get in. The key was recut and all worked well after that. Breakfast was average at best, after a mix up about whether I had to pay or not what was served was more Holiday Inn Express than Holiday Inn. We were leaving very early on our final day so I tried to settle up and complete all payments the night before as there was customers in reception- they would not allow me to do that and assured me someone would be there when we were departing. The receptionist on when we left seemed to be having a bad night, no interaction at all, I requested the invoice be emailed to me but it never arrived. All in all the location is great, service was poor for me - but as I say I got the feeling I got them on a bad day, I think there are other better options in the area.

The AC-Heating unit in my room was cleaned and now has the freshest air I've ever seen in a motel. Most places have units that smell musty and will make you sick, but not at the Motel 6! The toxins from molds can make one's joints ache and their sinuses hurt, but after a few days I feel good all over. I'm so glad that Motel 6 pays attention to what most motels think are ”little things,” but are very important: environmental health through clean air. A vacation in a ”sick” building can never be good for anyone! Thank-you Motel 6!

My husband and I really enjoyed are stay. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Rooms are very very clean and the bed and pillows are so comfortable. So many stores close by. Everything you can thunk of is right there. .. we will go back again.

Staff at the front desk was a bit dismissive and parking costs $20/night. Breakfast not included but there’s a restaurant on site. Pros: - great location, close to attractions, restaurants, shops - Wifi works well - rooms are relatively clean however I found a few hairs here and there - rooms are spacious enough - Check-in is at 4pm officially but our room was ready at 2pm so we could check in - mini fridge in room - the hotel is nicely furnished and decorated - 24-hour fitness center - 2 complimentary bottles of water - Coffee machine in the room Cons: - staff at the front desk could’ve been friendlier - bed too soft and pillows too thick - A/C didn’t work properly—the room was either ice cold or hot

The Charleston Place sets the bar for customer service!

Saya berada di bandar setiap minggu, dan tinggal di lokasi ini kira-kira 90% sepanjang masa. Kakitangan sentiasa sangat membantu dan mesra. Bilik sentiasa bersih. Tempat letak kereta adalah mudah. Satu-satunya negatif yang saya ada, ialah TV di semua bilik diimbangi dalam kedudukan yang luar biasa, yang menjadikannya sukar untuk menonton dari mana-mana sahaja di dalam bilik.

What a charming place to stay! Very cozy!

Room was clean and a nice size but the bathroom was super small. Breakfast could be much better! The pool could be bigger and they need to clean the pool water. I was disappointed that there wasn’t a hot tub.

Loved our stay, below are a few things to improve upon: 1. Booked a King, hotel received reservation for a Queen. 2. No way to darken the room, light filtered in greatly from Plantation shutters and from the hallway light through the door.

In town for soccer games so picked this hotel due to it being close to the fields we were playing on. We like staying at Hilton and the Tru brand but this was not up to the normal standard. Check-in service was great but the guy working the desk in the morning was not friendly at all - hotel seemed dated but the rooms were fine and typical Tru style. If in town again would pick another hotel - maybe the Home2 Suites down the street. Not terrible but just not great considering all the other options around.

This property did a nice job at doing everything it set out to do, but not trying to be more and instead focus on getting the important stuff right. As a whole, I left very satisfied, and please look below for a more detailed outline. Location: 5 Stars It’s super close to a mall, tons of restaurants, a grocery store, gas stations, and is easily accessible from I26. Curb Appeal: 5 Stars The outside is in fantastic shape and looks nice no matter how close or far you are. The landscaping is also well done, and parking is plentiful and well lit. Common Areas: 5 Stars While I didn’t make use of the pool, I can vouch for the business and fitness center being perfectly adequate, and all of the sitting areas, hallways, plus elevators were well appointed, and were kept clean throughout my stay. Customer Service: 6 Stars I couldn’t help but give a bit of a bonus here, this is seriously one of the best managed hotel, and probably the friendliest people I’ve encountered in the industry. Jessica specifically was fantastic, she’s definitely in the right industry. The Room Itself: 4.5 Stars I had room 407 which was a 1 Queen Studio Suite and was nearly perfect. The entry way was well lit, and had a spacious closet with tons of clever storage solutions (a theme that continues throughout the room) and all the amenities a good hotel would have. There was also a galley kitchen across from it that did everything you’d expect with nice and clean dishware. Past this was a rather nice desk area that was well lit and had plenty of outlets and a ton of built in storage. Beyond this is the sofa which was pretty comfy and featured some tables. The view was nothing special but the drapes where in good shape and the HVAC worked well. The bed was also nice and had plenty of storage and plugs around it. Last but not least is the spacious and spotless restroom with tons of storage and a functional sink and toilet. The only complaint about my stay would be the fact that the shower had a few rough patches in the caulk and the curtain was every so slightly too long and proved a nuisance when trying to shower. Neither of these are big deals though. Value: 5 Stars Considering this was the cheapest mid scale hotel in the neighborhood, and included an above average free breakfast, I consider it an excellent value. Summary: If you’re coming to the Columbiana area, I think I found your hotel!

A great replacement for a bad hotel down the road. I had a reservation at the Fairfied on Blarney. I arrived to a loud and rowdy gathering in the parking lot. I immediately called Marriott and booked this hotel. This property has undergone a fairly recent reservation. The staff was courteous and responsive. I was amazed by coffee available at the lounge. It was as good as fresh coffee at a Starbucks store. The room was clean and quiet. A great stay after a bad experience. The property had the feel of a much higher priced hotel.

環境一流，可以盡情欣賞莊園的美景。遺憾的是酒店餐廳週日和週一不提供晚餐，看別人的遊記中寫菜品還是不錯的。注意導航的時候要輸入酒店名稱，不然會讓你開到莊園景點了。

Everything was wonderful. The room was clean and inviting the bed was comfortable. The staff was so friendly every single person we encountered. They were kind helpful. Everything was perfect in this stay. We love the proximity to everything downtown the comfort of the food, the snacks throughout the day in the parlor. could not have asked for a better experience. Looking forward to going again.

Very good location for experiencing West Ashley in Charleston South Carolina. Very impressed with the staff as I first entered they were very helpful and showing me my room getting the paperwork done as quick as possible all with a smile on the face. Also very impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms featured refrigerator microwave the beds were comfortable sheet soft. Also it was very quiet which I hadn't expected being on Sam rittenberg boulevard where there's always a lot of traffic. I would recommend this place to anyone traveling to the area. If I'm ever around again this will be my first choice
