One of our favorite spots of all time. The hotel is run so well, so clean, all the people who serve will go the extra mile for the comfort of their guests. We feel like Kings in the Majesty hotel in Florianopolis... so much is convenient from the restaurant with exceptional food in the hotel to others all-round the block, to the huge shopping mall and all the event of Florianopolis... this is like a 5-Star New York City Hotel on steroids, bigger, better, cleaner, nicer... its amazing and the place to be... we return to the Majesty often as it is in our hearts... VIVA Majesty!!

Ótima opção pra quem for correr maratona de Floripa, mas tem que se reunir em grupo e todos solicitar café antecipado no dia da prova. Poderia melhorar limpeza e kit toalhas, cama não muito confortável.

Fui no fim de semana do dia dos pais comemorar meu aniversário e para um show na casa Opus. Tivemos um upgrade de suite, a recepção de uma educação exemolar, alias todos! Da recepção, aos rapazes que buscavam o carro, no restaurante. Viajei muito esse ano e o Faial sem duvida entrou no meu TOP 3. Café da manhã com muitas opções, muitas mesmo! A unica observação é para o produto de limpeza que passaram no quarto, achamos muito forte e nao era um perfume agradavel. Mas nada que atrapalhasse a estadia. Voltaria mais vezes.p

Accessing the hotel from the airport is a little inconvenient, as the best way there by road includes a ferry. The location felt safe. The room was spacious and clean. The lighting, however, left the room a bit dark. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. If I visit Navegantes again, I would definitely stay here.

Único ponto negativo do hotel é a acústica, passamos o final de semana e teve festa ao lado, o que não é problema algum, mas o que incomodou foi que não conseguimos dormir devido ao barulho, portas e janelas não isolam o som que vem de fora! O atendimento do hotel é muito bom, gostamos bastante.

Hotel muy acogedor, las habitaciones estan buenas para ir al final del dia a descansar despues de disfrutar de la playa y sol, todo el personal que trabaja en el hotel y el del restaurante es muy amable, siempre estan dispuestos a resolver tus problemas. El hotel tiene una muy buena ubicación ya que cuenta con salida directa a la playa y tiene un restaurante con una gastronomía principalmente de productos del mar muy buena .

Adoramos o hotel. A localização é muito boa próximo de tudo, restaurantes, supermercados, lojas para lembrancinhas, na mesma avenida tem vários bancos.. Tem até um pronto socorro PA. achei incrível. O atendimento da recepção, o pessoal é muito educado e gentil são muito simpáticos. Café da manhã muito bom, a limpeza do nosso quarto deixaram muito cheiroso e organizado. Adoramos foi uma experiência incrível e retornaremos.

In a completely positive way, this stay for two nights was a typical pleasant Novotel experience. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and quiet. It was very conveniently located across from the waterfront and easy walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The room was well-appointed and the bed was comfortable. Wi-fi was fast and reliable. The breakfast was a quality buffet was a good variety of hot and cold foods. I didn't eat in the restaurant for other meals and I didn't use the fitness center due to the proximity of well-marked running trail along the waterfront. All-in-all a solid stay and a good choice for a visit to Florianopolis.
