Hotel Dengan Gim di Murcia, Sepanyol

It was a nice hotel and room especially for 3 stars accommodation. We faced the problem with a door key during our stay but had been given a combination to open the lock, thou not a big problem. The bed is comfy, free coffee and tea are fantastic. There is a microwave downstairs so you can easily warm up your lunch if you are on budget. Walking distance from all sights and a bus station to the nearest beach. There is no beach without the city instead, take it into account. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay for us, thank u😘

Hotel de cuatro estrellas que guarda relación con sus instalaciones en general. El desayuno incluido con la reserva bastante completo y surtido. Destacar el spa por sus instalaciones que igualmente se incluye con la reserva sin coste adicional. El coste del aparcamiento es de 5 € aunque hay estacionamiento en el exterior sin coste alguno. Su ubicación no es buena dado que la zona de playa se encuentra bastante distanciada y se encuentra aislado.

Hemos estado alojados el puente de la Inmaculada y ha sido un gran descubrimiento para nosotros. Es un hotel reformado recientemente. Tiene unas instalaciones muy buenas, las habitaciones muy cómodas, todo muy limpio y el personal muy amable y simpático. Tiene una muy buena relación calidad/precio. Repetiremos.

We arrived early and asked at Reception if we could leave our luggage there until our room was ready - they allowed us to use our room straight away (over 3 hours early) The room was nice, comfortable bed & a very large bathroom. We enjoyed our breakfast - decent value for €10 with plenty of choices. I used the Fitness room which was a nice extra. The staff were extremely helpful at reception & the location of the hotel is excellent. You’re only about 5 minutes walk to the Cathedral. We were there for the Ricky Martin concert at the Plaza Los Torros, which was a 15 minute walk away. Will definitely stay at the Hesperia Murcia Centro again.

Hotel limpio con todo lo necesario y donde todo funciona Lastima que en invierno haga frio en las habitaciones por la tontería de los 19C El aire sale tirando frio De noche al no haber aire caliente necesitaras una manta que no hay en la habitación Facil aparcar Recomiendo visitar el barrio de detras donde en la calle mayor hay un horno muy bueno y mas tiendas.

Estuve el pasado viernes día 13/10/2023, y reservé una suite. Indicar que el baño está casi tan grande como la habitación, con su bañera de hidromasaje que no use, pero que tenia. La cama era de las dimensiones indicadas, pero el olor de la habitación, era insufrible. Cuando llegue, las ventanas estaban abiertas de par en par, luego eran conscientes de ello. Baje a recepción y lo indique ( la chica exquisita) y me dijeron que enviarían al servicio, ya que yo salía hacer unas gestiones. Cuando llegue, el olor igual y las ventanas de par en par. Habitación 523. Una pena que lo que podía hacer estado bien, suponga un no volveré, por si acaso. El tema del olor en las habitaciones, posiblemente de la ventilación debe corregirse, dada la mala imagen que te llevas. El parking, para coches muy pequeños y fuera del hotel. Avise de que el vehículo era grande y el chico que me acompañó quería que lo dejara en una plaza que no entraba. Lo pude acomodar en otra, con muchísima dificultad. Y cuando fui a salir, pues no podía, dado que habías vehículos que me impedían salir. Un poco de cuidado con estos detalles también vendría bien

To say that this hotel was disappointing is an understatement. We arrived at around 10:45 pm on June 5th. When we arrived, we asked if there were any places open to eat. They informed us that their restaurant closed in 15 minutes, so they couldn’t help us. We asked if they could recommend someplace to which they responded that we could walk 20 minutes “that way” and maybe something would be open. No offer of calling a taxi, nothing. We were underwhelmed with the staff already, but when the elevator door opened, we were hit with a smell that I can only describe as dirty gym socks. Then we opened our room. The ever present odor remained, but we were greeted with a whole new set of issues. It was hot, and there was no way to regulate the air. There was a poorly patched hole on the wall inside the door with some brown substance smeared/dripped down the wall. The curtain was shredded as if a cat had been hanging from it. There were broken tiles in the bathroom. The toilet seat was broken (when you sat on it, it slid to the right). One tile was so loose next to the bathroom door that my husband almost lost his balance. Mirrors were dirty. There were lipstick prints on the windows. One of the most disturbing things was that when I picked up the hairdryer, it was sticky. So gross. So, the next morning, we got up to get breakfast only to find out there was no breakfast menu. Also, no lunch menu. So, we did have a tea and a croissant while we watched the kids at the daycare that functions outside of the hotel interact. That was the best part of the experience. During breakfast, we booked another hotel in town. We left for the day. We stopped by and checked into our new hotel which is lovely. We returned to Sercotel to retrieve our bags and check out. So, we paid for four nights in advance. We stayed one; that’s how bad this place is. Also, to add insult to insult, when we checked out, they tried to charge us $44. I told them that we paid in full in advance. The clerk suggested that maybe we had dinner!!!!! NOPE!!! In the end, they couldn’t explain the $44 charge and told us we didn’t have to pay it. Gee. Thanks for not charging us money that we didn’t owe you. Do yourself a favor. Never. Ever. Book. Here.

Great hotel with access to Tram station literally outside front door. Good restaurants within walking distance. Staff very helpful especially front desk staff and breakfast staff. I would like to mention Alejandro who was always very cheerful and helpful. Great pool area but only open at certain times. Spacious, comfortable room.

I stayed for 11 nights. My room was quiet, no traffic noise and the occasional sounds from other rooms stopped at a very reasonable hour. The sheets and bedding were as good as new. My room was attended to every day. The staff were professional, friendly and simpaticos :-) The hotel's location is perfect adjacent to the shady tree lined Floridablanca garden and about 7 minutes stroll to the Cathedral the historic heart of Murcia. The Universal is completely unpretentious, great value for money and I will definitely return.

easy to find the perfect hotel. parking underground parking ( fee ) only fault we could find was the view from a window which was of crashed cars ?? really staff in hotel very helpful. ideal if your going to the bullring only a ten-minute walk which is flat but what I would say is have a chat with hotel staff before you set off as sat nav took us via a very poor and run-down area and would defo not feel safe at night walking back to hotel stick to the main road and you should be fine. didn't dine so do not comment would we stay here again yes if going to a concert at bullring! as a footnote i would say beds are so so hard like sleeping on concrete?

Tiene unas instalaciones muy buenas, las habitaciones muy cómodas, todo muy limpio y el personal muy amable y simpático. Tiene una muy buena relación calidad/precio. Repetiremos.

La experiencia y estancia aquí ha sido muy buena, era la segunda vez que venía aquí con mi pareja y esta vez ha sido mejor que la anterior. La nevera de la habitación funcionaba correctamente, la localización del hotel está perfecta, tiene muchos supermercados cerca y también restaurantes de comida rápida. En cuanto a la limpieza, la habitación seguía oliendo a tabaco a pesar de que era una habitación para no fumadores, igual que la primera vez que estuve aquí. El secador tienes que estar pulsando un botón todo el rato y al final se te cansan los dedos, y al menos en nuestra última habitación no había enchufe en el cuarto de baño, por lo que no pude plancharme el pelo frente al espejo. Por lo demás, el trato fue muy bueno y la cama muy grande y cómoda.

Nos ha encantado éste hotel. Muy cerca de los Centros Comerciales y de ODISEO. La cama es súper grande y muy cómoda. El personal es encantador y profesional. Está todo muy limpio. Fácil aparcamiento. Volveremos

The hotel is perfectly location to explore and enjoy Murcia. The rooms were spacious and very good value for money (room 512). The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, nothing was too much trouble despite our lack of Spanish.

Faktanya ialah mereka telah banyak bekerjasama dengan kami. Sekiranya benar bahawa kami menemui beberapa butiran yang tidak penting pada awalnya, kerana ketidakselesaan yang disebabkan oleh anda, mereka tidak memberikan sebotol cava kepada mereka, tetapi mereka sendiri memberikannya. Banyak perincian. Kemudahan bilik lengkap dan terperinci. Harus dikatakan bahawa hanya perincian bilik mandi yang membuat kita jatuh cinta.

Room: gap under door and thin door so you hear conversations in the hall when you’re trying to sleep. Windows old. No in-room safe. Bed sheets clean. Bathroom clean. Stand out point was very helpful front desk. The hotel has parking a two minute walk away. Very central property. The restaurant and tapas bar next door (also Rincon Pépé) is excellent

My wife and I recently went for a long weekend (8 - 11 September) at the Hotel Londres, and stayed in one of its self-catering apartments. We live in Puerto de Mazarron, which is to the south of La Manga, so the journey didn't take us long. We took our chocolate labrador with us, and it was nice to see a hotel venue accepting dogs. This cost us an extra 5 Euros a night, along with a 100 Euro deposit, which was returned without problems at the end of our stay. The initial room allotted to us was unacceptable, but we were quickly given another room on the 9th floor, which had a very reasonable balcony with good views. Overall, the apartment was quite large and spacious, and - given the very reasonable price of the stay - thoroughly acceptable. There was also free entertainment available on two of the three evenings we were there, on the courtyard outside the hotel, which we quite enjoyed. The hotel was clean, tidy and functional. The gas bottle was empty on our arrival and should have been checked, and a toaster would have been useful. Still, overall, it was a good holiday experience.

From the second we set foot into the hotel we were greeted and treated as VIP's by the reception staff, the assistant manager and the manager. We arrived late morning and were instantly taken to the restaurant for drinks and snack. This was our third visit to the hotel and we could not recommend it highly enough. The room we were allocated was spacious and spotless and overlooked the infinity pool and the 9th signature hole of the golf course. Each time we bumped into a member of staff we were asked how our holiday was going. We of course replied that it could not be better. Our fight home was late evening so we asked for a late checkout which would normally be only up until 4pm however we were allowed to keep our room until we were ready to leave at just after 6pm with no charge!! We would highly recommend this fabulous hotel to friends and family and will certainly be back again in the future. Thanks to all at Double Tree by Hilton La Torre Golf & Spar Resort. Lugar ideal, por su ubicación, por las instalaciones y por el gran equipo personal, atento y profesional y todos los servicios de que dispone. Estuve alojada con mis dos niños durante cuatro días y sin duda una experiencia para repetir tan pronto se pueda. La comodidad de las zonas comunes de cocina y comedor. Nosotros hicimos uso de ella para desayunar, ya que las comidas y cenas fuimos a los restaurants que María, la jefe de recepción nos recomendó, y agradecidos del acierto. Así como a visitar diversos lugares y Cala Cortina .Estamos muy contentos. También hicimos uso de la lavandería, subimos a la terraza con unas vistas espectaculares. Los niños encantadísimos con los toboganes que comunican las distintas plantas, toboganes que también usaban los adultos, una novedad que diferencia el hostel. En definitiva, satisfechos de la gran experiencia en LoopINN Cartagena. Repetiremos seguro! Gracias equipo

The photos display on the website of this hotel are not from this hotel. The hotel doesn’t have swimming pool and it is not closed to the beach either. Hotel is very modern and it is good for a 3 starts hotel, they have even minibar in the rooms but the beds are not comfortable for me, the mattress are not hard enough and you feel you are downing in. The shower is really good tho! The staff from the reception should be more friendly and welcome the guest nicer. No nice touch upon arrival nor when we did the check out. Hotel is ok for 1 night stay and if you dont plan to stay in the room too long.

El hotel limpio, en la habitación faltaba la cafetera como ponía en la descripción. La cama grande, el colchón un poco duro, las almohadas estupendas. El baño regular, hemos pedido una ducha pero nos dieron la bañera. Los artículos de aseo regular, colocados un poco en mal sitio y además el uso es más difícil. Faltaban el resto de los artículos que pone en descripción del hotel. El desayuno muy rico pero poco variable , muy elegante el comedor y mucha tranquilidad, pero el precio es un poco elevado.

We just checked out of this Cartagena Sercotel hotel and we had a very comfortable stay. The hotel lived up to the standard of the Sercotel Group with a polished and always polite and courteous staff. A special mention to the reception staff, Mariano, MaJose and Isabel who were so helpful doing our stay. The room we had was a junior suite which was really spacious and the bed was huge and super comfy. We would definitely stay at a Sercotel hotel again!

Positief: Het hotel heeft een mooie ”oude sfeer”. Vooral de algemene ruimte op de eerste verdieping (waar wij verbleven) vond ik persoonlijk erg sfeervol ingericht. Ook de hotelkamer zelf vond ik wat betreft de ”sfeer” toepasselijk. Lift aanwezig. Gratis parkeren op straat. Prima tramverbinding naar centrum Granada (20 minuutjes) Goed ontbijt/lunchrestaurant naast het hotel! Verbeterpunten: In ”onze” kamer helaas alleen hoge ramen zonder uitzicht. In de bedlampjes zaten geen lampjes, dus alleen groot licht in de kamer. In de badkamer is een probleem met schimmel in kitnaden. Dat is écht een groot minpunt. Hopelijk wordt daar snel iets aan gedaan! Verder was er geen receptiemedewerker achter de balie bij het uitchecken. We hebben 2x de bel geklingeld en een poosje staan wachten. Toen maar de sleutel door het luikje in het scherm geschoven. (Betaling was al geregeld).

Stayed a couple of nights during the Romans festival. The hotel is very calm, and the reception staff is very helpful. The elevators don't keep you waiting. The rooms are adequate size rather than grand but are clean and everything worked. Breakfast has loads of choice and provides a nice relaxing start to the day. Our Mercedes could not fit into the hotel parking elevator, so it was parked round the corner in the publico, no bother. Hotel provides a discount voucher (€34 for 2 nights). Hotel location is fantastic for everything. Our friend with mobilty issues got on really well. There was some noise outside with street cleaning activity early morning. Tea and coffee, kettle provided and an iron board and hairdryer. Very pleasant stay.
