True hospitality and customer service, profesional, attentive and pays attention to details. My personal experience with Front desk & Hospitality ManagerJose Orlando Martinez and he's staff. On one of my many stays at the GA hotel, I experienced severed allergies due to the air freshener they use for their rooms, after reporting my situation to Mr. Martinez he immediately provided me to another room and made sure they don't use the product in questioned, since then every time I stay at the GA they are very caution and attentive to my condition since my allergies can trigger my asthma. Taking such responsibility and to have immediate empathy to my situation is part of a great leader and CS representative. To Mr. Martinez and the Staff at the El Gran Almirante hotel, I say, thank you for caring and keep providing Excelent Customer Service!!

I want to take the time to share my experience at this Hotel,I'm sure that it can be helpful for other people. Stating with my check in I was greeted by door service and (Manuel Molina )at the hotel reception was very helpful and professional, he guided me through the entire process and explained all the hotel accommodations. Also want to say that the entirestaff, the doorman,bell captain,room service was out and beyond, I want to outline that the restorant is extraordinary,the food is excellent,and the kitchen staff very overwhelming. I want to recommend accommodations on deluxe rooms. Also wanted to thank (Ana Garia) because she was extremely profecional,helpful with minor issues that where correct immediately. The attention and friendly environment of the staff of this hotel makes it a 5 🌟s I recommend it over and over again. Forgot to mention they have private Parking as well for those who are not sure.

Everything was really good!!! The food, the rooms, and the service was really nice. Everyone was really friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was really good and tasted amazing. The rooms have air conditioning which I loved. I would definitely come back.

This is a beautiful hotel. Our group needed a place to stay after volunteering all week and this hotel was very accommodating and checked us right in. It was a nice place to relax after a long week of working.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Residence Inn, for Christmas. It was a wonderful experience and the restaurant exceeded my expectations. The menu offered from the Chef Solano had a diverse selection of dishes, catering to various tastes. Each plate was crafted with care and presented beautifully. Whether you're looking for a place to celebrate a special occasion or simply enjoy a great meal, this restaurant is a must-visit.
